Shao home
Shao has waked up from his after school nap. He always takes a nap after school since he can't take one after diner anymore like he usually does when he didn't go to school. He always does since he was very young and it always gives him a boost of energy for the rest of the day and he can stay up longer that way. He was about to fly away because today was the first day the Videocon. The title was Videogame con XV because it's the 15 times it happens in the city. He gets up and he takes his bag. He will go there in his human form. He was about to get out when his father stands in front of him with a furious look.
"Hi dad...What's the matter?" Asks Shao.
"Come to the kitchen...You'll see what's the matter." Says his father.
Shao sighs and he follows his father. When he reaches the kitchen, he sees his mother too and she was also giving him a furious look. Shao sits in front of his father and mother and wait for the bomb to blow up.
"Son...We have receive your result of your English and mythological class exam." Says his father.
"We are really not satisfied by the result." Says his mother.
"What do you mean? I pass both of the exams." Says Shao.
"Yeah...Barely will be more real." Says his mother.
"You have a D for your English class and a D- for your mythological class...That's almost a failure!" Shouts his father.
"That's because I don't have that much time to study and-" But Shao was cut.
"That is not an excuse! We let you do those missions because you ask it and promise you'll have good grades!" Says his father.
"It is not only that! It is a school for the level of humans and not of dragons! If you were in a dragon school you will have fail!" Says his mother. "We ask Ryu and he told us Abel manage to have an A in both class with more duty than you!"
"That's not the worse...We know that you can do better than this! In school on Dragon Island...You always have around B for your grades!" Shouts his father.
"Well..." Shao has nothing to replies and he looks on the ground.
"Shao...You cannot go around your study that way...So...We decide about your punishment...You will not go to this...Videogame con." Says his father.
"What?! But-" Shao was cut by his father.
"NO BUT! You will also stay in the house after supper to study! If you have better grades...You will have the permission to go out again!"
"That's not fair!" Replies Shao.
"Do not shout back at us!" Says his mother with the voice that always put Shao to silence. He was bigger than them...But when she speaks that way...He always feels like he shrinks. "We are your parents and you have to respect us! It is fair because we let you do what you want if you study hard but you didn't! Now go to your room and study for the next exam!"
Shao stands up and he walks to his chamber. He throws his bag on the wall and he sits on his bed. He stays there for a moment.
I won't stay here and miss the Videogame con...There's only one 15 after all. Thinks Shao.
He walks to his window and he opens it when he sees his father appearing on the other side.
"Nice try son...But you can't outsmart the master of evasion...I've done this way before you were born." Says his father. "Now return to your room and study! If you want your punishment to end fast."
"That's...You...AAHH!" Shao closes his window furious and he puts his head under his pillow and shouts his fury.
He decides to try again later. He has some trick in his mind to get out. He learns some technique only a few of them can use it.
Jake chamber: 20h14
Jake was laying on his bed and he was a little furious. His father has forbid him to go outside during night because of the dangerous event, which he has contribute to end it. His mother always helps him to go outside during his mission but when he hasn't...He's stuck in there. He starts painting another draw of himself with his foot. His cellphone ring and he answers it.
"Hello...Jake here." Says Jake.
"-Jake...Where are you? You are missing the videogame con!-" Says Spud on the other side of the phone.
"I am stuck in my house because of the danger we have to fight. I'm so happy you call me and remind me of my situation." Says Jake.
"-Sorry dude! I can't hear you over all the fun! See ya!-" Says Spud hanging up.
"*Sigh* Abel is also stuck in his recon mission." Says Jake to himself. He then puts the paintbrush in the glass. "That's it! I'm getting out of here."
He takes some pillow and makes himself appears to be in the bed and sleeping. He opens his window and he's about to get out when.
"Jake...Are you in there?" Asks Haley.
"Haley! What are you doing?" Asks Jake panicking. The handle is moving.
"I need some glue." Says Haley.
"Go search somewhere else!" Orders Jake.
"But mom says that the glue is here. I need it to finish my better art than yours. Give it to me please." She says. She tries to open the door.
"Haley! Can't you see its lock?" Asks Jake.
"Do not worry. I have something to unlock it...and...Done." Says Haley. She opens the door and she sees her brother near outside the window. "Jake...What are you doing on the window? Is there a fire or something happening out there?"
Jake parents appear at his door. Jake knows its game over for him.
"That is true Jake...What are you doing here?" Asks his mother.
His father gives him a disappoint look at Jake.
"Ah Man!" Whines Jake looking at his sister furiously.
Episode 30: When child goes wild part 1
Jake home: 9 march 10h12
Jake looks at his window and he sees his father finishing some kind of alarm system at his window. He has done it at his door.
"Done...With this Jake. With this new security system, you cannot get out of the house now." Says Jonathan.
"Dad...Don't you think you go overboard?" Asks Jake.
"You've try to get out of the house. I've warn you that it is dangerous to go out there with all the weird things going on!" Says his father. "I do not want you to get hurt. This is for your security. Also...You've disobey the rule and we know we can't trust you anymore with this." He walks out of the room.
Jake walks closer to his mother.
"Mom...What if I have my dragonknight business?" Asks Jake.
"Your grandfather will call me and I'll close up the alarm." Says Susan.
"But-" Jake was cute.
"You've brought this to yourself Jake." Says his mother. She then walks out of the room when:
"Alert! Alert! Teenager trying to escape the room." Says an electronic voice.
Some pincers appear and take Susan by her feet. It drags her in the air and she is suspended in the air.
"Hum...Honey...Little help." Asks Susan.
Jonathan appears and frees her. She falls on the ground and she stands up.
"Thanks." Says Susan.
"You are still young and beautiful." Says Jonathan with a smile.
"Oh Honey." Replies Susan.
Haley walks in the room. Jake looks at her and he turns his back.
"I brought back the glue...What?...Are you giving me the silent treatment?" Asks Haley. Jake tries to ignore her but she starts to get in his nerve. "Because I doesn't work if I don't know if you're giving me the silent treatment or not. I can't read you mind and-"
"Ok! Ok! I give you the silent treatment." Respond Jake.
"Why do you give me the silent treatment?" Asks Haley.
"Because you are the reason I am in this situation." Replies Jake.
"It's not my fault if you've try to get out when dad doesn't want you too." Says Haley.
"...That is true...After all...You are miss goody 2 shoes who has done anything wrong." Says Jake.
"What? That's supposed to be a bad thing?" Asks Haley.
"Miss too good." Says Jake.
"This is not true I'm not-" But Jake cuts her.
"Miss perfect." Says Jake.
"I'm not perf-" She is cut again.
It continues for a few seconds.
"Stop it! I'm not a goody 2 shoe! I think about doing something not so good for a while." Says Haley.
"Oh yeah! Like what?" Asks Jake.
"Ok...I got one." She then closes the door. "I like to see the new TV show call Pooka Pooka fun farm...But dad says that the puppet Pooka is too creepy." Says Haley. "I really want to watch it anyway...Does that make me a bad person?"
"Hahahaha...That's it? I got like 6 ways to watch things my parents don't want me to watch. I think the number 4 is for you." Says Jake.
"What is it?" Asks Haley.
Jake then whispered to Haley ears what to do.
Shao chamber: 13h17
Shao was in his chamber and he is preparing his escape during the night. Since it is week end, Shao has already taken his nap. He hides his intention by studying a little. He reads the book for his math exam with his tail moving on the ground, showing is frustration about his current situation when he hears the sound of his chamber opening. He ignores it for a while, even when it pulls his tail until he feels something against his flank. He drops his book and he sees her sister against his belly and smiling at him.
"What do you want sis?" Asks Shao.
"I heard about the news...So the one who pretends to be smarter almost fail at school." Says Yue.
"You have to rob in it." Says Shao.
Her sis looks at him.
"Of course...That's what a sister is here for right?" Asks Yue.
"Yeah...Family is supposed to support each other's, not rob the knife in the wound." Says Shao.
"Listen bro." She says quietly when she moves closer to his brother.
"What?" Asks Shao.
"I know you will escape the vigilance of our parents tonight." Says Yue.
She knows me too well. Thought Shao. "So?"
"I want to go out with you at the videogame con." Whispered Yue.
"So you are embracing the dark side of the dragons." Smirks Shao and moving his hands like he's an evil dragon.
Yue gives a small punch at her brother chest.
"Stop doing that! I was counting on you to go there. You are old enough to bring me to that place without mom and dad to come with us and they can't bring me for the Videocon show since they have to watch you staying here and another reason." Says Yue.
"Why did you want to go there?" Asks Shao.
"I heard about a new show. It is about a funny puppet that does crazy things. I've been watching it for a while now." Says Yue.
"Ok...A stupid puppet." Says Shao. "Sorry but I was busted. I cannot do anything."
She looks at him and she doesn't believe him at all.
"Yeah...Right. I'm sure you have a plan in your mind to get out of here. I want to go there with you and if you don't, I'll make sure you are caught." Says Yue.
"Blackmailing me now?" Says Shao.
"What do you think?" She asks.
"You are finally getting everything I teach you." Says Shao with a smile and sitting on his bed looking at her.
"You haven't taught me anything at all." She replies.
"Are you sure?" Asks the red dragon.
She puts her finger claw on the big gut of Shao and pushes on each of her words:
"Yes I am."
"But...You win...I'll bring you to the Videocon tonight when it will start." Says Shao quietly.
"Thanks you big bro." Says his young sister hugging Shao at his belly.
"That's what I'm here for." Says Shao a little sarcastically.
He is a little worried for her. Even if he has said all those things...It is not her style to think about disobeying the family.
Lao Shi Electronic shop: 14h00
Haley was in the shop and she looks at her grandfather with a smile.
"I just thought you might want some help cleaning the storage closet." Says Haley.
"Of course you can help my little sweet and good kid. Just be careful not to work too hard hurt your little angel wings." Says Lao Shi.
"Thanks grandpa." She says walking in the closet.
"Haha. That little girly girl can't do anything wrong." Says Fu Dog.
But in the closet, Haley was watching the show Pooka Pooka fun fun farm. She laughs quietly at this and she doesn't know but she is lucky that Abel and Ryu aren't there or they will have heard him.
The Pooka in the show has the back and top of its head is purple and ends in a little curl. It has pointed cheeks with a round shape at the end, pale green skin and a flat orange nose. It constantly wears a teal bow tie as well as a purple outfit, gloves and shoes. He makes the sheriff flies in the air by using the mustache has a helicopter.
He then starts to sing and then the show was almost over.
Shao home: 19h30
Shao was with her sister and she is watching him.
"How are we going to get out of here?" She asks.
"Simple...But...Do you know how to get out of here while escaping dad vigilance?" She asks.
"I have a few tricks on my own. I already test it on you and you never notice it." Says Shao.
"..." Yue watches him.
Shao sits on his bed and he starts to meditate. She sees Shao splitting up into 3 and she then wonders who the real one is.
"What did you do?" Asks Yue.
"This is the dragon doppelganger power." Says the 3 Shao.
The real one then moves closer.
"I am very good at it...It doesn't use magic so dad will not figure out which are not real. It is supposed to be learned when a dragon reaches 20 years by their parents but I'm a little...Sooner for this." Says Shao. "Anyway...The one who's going to do a diversion is the one who is not solid and will disappear in 3 minutes, the other one will pretend I'm sleeping and be...reasonable." He adds smirking.
"Sometimes...You can be really smart." Says Yue.
"Sometimes? Anyway...It is the time to go...You know where it is?" Asks Shao.
Yue shakes her head and that means no.
"Then you'll follow me." Says Shao.
His copy flies outside and they hear Shao father shouts:
"Hey! GET BACK HERE!" Screams Shao fathers.
"Wait for iiiiittt...go!" Says Shao.
They both fly away and they are at the direction of the Videocon.
Meanwhile, their father manages to catch Shao but he passes in him when he disappears and he crashes on the roof of a building.
"Argh! That's...That was...an illusion or...Maybe I need to sleep...I'm starting to see things." But before doing that, he checks in the chamber of Shao and he sees that he is sleeping in his bed and hasn't try to get out of the chamber. "Good little dragon...For once."
Videocon: 20h00
Spud and Trixie where in the Videocon and they see Shao and her sister coming in.
"Hi there!" Says the 2 humans.
The 2 dragons answer the same before entering in the Videocon. Shao sister immediately goes searching for the Pooka Pooka fun fun spot while Shao sighs.
"You're finally here." Asks Trixie.
"Why are you 24 hours late?" Asks Spud.
"I am punished right now." Says Shao. "I just disobey dad and he'll see nothing." He adds smirking.
"Doesn't your sister will like...tell them?" Asks Trixie.
"No." Says Shao. "She will not. She knows I'll drag her down with me and she is not someone who can stand to be in cold with mom and dad compare to me."
"Look!" Says Spud.
Jack and Haley enter in the Videocon.
"Jack! Run! I'll make a diversion to your sister. Look, free stuff." Says Spud.
Haley looks at him and she is not affected by this.
"Relax Spud. She is with us." Says Jack.
"What happen?" Asks Shao.
"She disarms the alarm of my house and she comes with me to see the section of Pooka Pooka." Says Jack.
"That is clear. Now..." Says Trixie taking a glove. "I need to find the one I'm with who has lost the glove." Trixie walks away.
"What does she mean by that?" Asks Jack.
"She has found a glove given by a boy she has a crush and she is now searching for the one who wear the gloves." Says Spud.
"Well...I guess we should give some good luck to her." Says Shao looking at her when they disappear. "I'll go check on the recent video game. Later!" Shao walks away.
"We are finally here...Where is Abel?" Asks a voice.
The 3 left turns around and they see Celerina and her brother Gabriel enters in the place.
"Hi there!" Shouts Gabriel happy to see them. He then suddenly runs away to the puppet show where Yue is gone.
"Hey!...Little bro...You...*Sigh* What is happening to him?" Asks Celerina worried.
"What is happening to him?" Asks Jake.
"Well...It's been a week but he starting to be a little...rebellious...He wanted to come with me when he learns that Pooka Pooka is here and he doesn't listen to me or mom and dad for a while."
"Him?" Asks Shao who can't believe it. He then sees that he is doing the same has his sister. It must be a coincidence. Maybe Gabriel is trying to act differently...He'll be back to normal soon like Yue.
The rest of the group disperse during a big part of the night. Shao was able to watch lots of video game coming but he didn't take any souvenir, his memory is perfect enough for this. Haley, Gabriel and Yue were watching the puppet of their show and they hear him singing for a while. Spud takes lots of souvenir and even one of the Pooka Pooka replica puppet and they return home. Trixie didn't find the boy she was looking for. Celerina was a little sad when Shao explains that Abel is doing is round with Ryu again but tomorrow and the final day of the Videocon...He will be present and Celerina says she'll be there.
Celerina and Shao have some little trouble to bring their sibling back to their home and the night ends that way. Shao and Jake manage to stay out of trouble when they return home.
Lucifer house: 10 March: 10h12
Lucifer sees his 2 student coming in his home and he greets them with a smile. He is starting to like them for who they are. He sees both of them as very good student and Trixie reminds him of his best student he has 60 years ago and she looks so much like her. He sees Spud taking out his book of magic when he sees the puppet Spud has brought from the Videocon.
"What is that?" Asks Lucifer who recognise the form.
"That? Well...It's a puppet." Says Spud.
"...I can see that...More specifically." Says Lucifer.
"It's green and purple." Says Spud.
Lucifer does a facepalm strike at his nose and it hurts.
"Trixie...Need some little help." Says Lucifer.
"It's a puppet at the Videocon. He is Pooka Pooka and he does lots of dance." Says Trixie not very interested in this.
"I see." Then Lucifer eyes went a little darkly. I'll have to ask the angel lord for some investigation. If this puppet is the right one...Then he is the creation of the puppet master...*Sigh*...One of his bad inventions that gives my kind (Demon) such a bad reputation. Says Lucifer in his mind. He then looks at them in a more friendly way. "Well...Anyway...It is time to see the lesson about the charm potion. I'll give you just the theory so you will be discouraged to use it."
"Why discouraging us to use it?" Asks Trixie.
"There is a lot of reasons. One of them is that it isn't real love so it will become freaky for the user after a few weeks and it end up usually by ending the effect of the potion by giving him an antidote...In rare case, it end very badly for the user and/or the victim." Says Lucifer.
"Who bad?" Asks Spud.
"Nasty at the level of horror movies with lots of blood and weird dead. The victim has one time wanted the heart of his love and takes it out of the chest." Says Lucifer. "That is caused by a single mistake in the potion. Anyway, there is another reason morally. Artificial love isn't love and there are not 2 sides of this love."
Lucifer continues to give them explanation about why it must never be used and end up lightly traumatising them and they swear to never do it. Lucifer claps his hands, happy to have done his job.
M.Q. Restaurant: 12h00
Lucifer has ended his class earlier and he has called someone to meet at 12h00.
"Hello and welcome to the restaurant." Says Sasha. "Lucifer is just at that table." She says with a surprise voice.
Lucifer looks and he sees Sasha guiding the Angel Lord to his table and the 2 takes the menu and they don't look at each other's. Everyone in the restaurant stops talking when they see the 2, which hves a terrible and aggressive relationship, at the same table. Every time it happens since their first meeting eventually end up in a fight.
"It's been a while since we've meet each other's." Comment the Angel Lord.
"I'll be honest...I hope it would have been in 2 years when we will have to renew the contract." Replies Lucifer.
"Agreed." Says the other one. "...If you are asking to meet me...Something really bad must have happen Demon Lord."
"True." Says the Demon Lord. "I've also give up that title compare to you. But it can be understood with the stupid name you have."
"I suggest you shut up Luci." Says the Angel Lord.
"F*** it. Anyway...I have to return to the topic because I have a feeling it will be an Angel business." Says Lucifer calming down.
"What is it?" Asks the Angel Lord. If Lucifer ends the tension prematurely, the angel knows its important business.
"Pooka Pooka." Says Lucifer.
The angel looks at him surprise.
"It is still here?" He asks to Lucifer.
"Just a second. Have you anything else to do but spy a conversation?!" Shouts Lucifer to the customers.
They then mind their business.
"Yes...And he is on television it seems. I've check it and he is at the convention until tomorrow night...If a demon tries to stop him...It will end up badly because he can detects us and act sooner. But you...You can counter his power." Says Lucifer.
"My kind cannot act today. Most of them are busy in searching him since the massacred a while ago." Says the Angel Lord.
"I know...I think he is not here anymore." Says Lucifer.
"We will neutralise him tomorrow." Says the angel.
"You're going there yourself?" Asks Lucifer.
"No...Angelo and Heather will take care of him with more angels ready to help in case it turns into catastrophe." Says the Angel Lord.
"Angelo is still watching Celerina sister...Gabriel. The child of light." Says the demon.
"True...He hasn't awakened his light power yet but it will come." Says the Angel Lord.
"Only 2 humans, a boy and a girl are referred to child of light and child of darkness. So...Gabriel is the new messiah of the angels." Says Lucifer. "We are searching for the girl representing the darkness and messiah of the demons...But we haven't found her yet."
"You know...I am surprise a boy is representing the light. It only happens once per millennia minimum. Normally it's a girl." Says the angel.
"I know." Says Lucifer.
"Something big is coming." Says the Angel Lord.
"True." Says Lucifer.
They both order the diner and they eat a while later.
"How are your students?" Asks the Angel Lord.
"I have traumatised them about Love potion; both human and good talent in them. Trixie remind me of one of my 2 last students." Says Lucifer.
"Before one of them end to the path of Evil and you felt betray. You just drunk yourself and get fatter." Comments the Angel Lord. "Speaking of that...You are still very big...Hasn't bulimia kick in?"
"Do you mind your own business. I am fine the way I am. I'm finally at peace about my physical and mental condition since I train those 2 kids. About him...Did you need to rob in it?" Asks Lucifer angry.
The tension starts to rise.
"I wasn't my intention. But I still remember you when you weren't a sumo demon. So...Did you try to hit on Lilith again?"
"You know she is a human lover! What about you?! Still a virgin or did you cry when you try the first time having done with a girl...No wait...You fail at your first try because you didn't know where the 2 pieces assemble!" Mocks Lucifer.
"You want a punch at your groin?" Asks the Angel Lord.
"Alright!" Shouts Lucifer. "I'll show you I'm strong as ever!"
They are about to fight when Sasha throws a knife on the table between them.
"IF YOU WANT TO FIGHT! GO OUTSIDE OR PAY THE DOUBLE OF THE REPARATION OF THE DESTRUCTION OF THE RESTAURANT!" Screams Sasha.
"Let's end this outside." Says Lucifer.
"I don't have enough money anyway." Says the Angel Lord.
The 2 goes outside and the battle between the angel and the demon begins. It is a vicious one with surprisingly not bloody. Half of the fight has shouting and very dirty insults that is not to the level of an Angel...Especially the Angel Lord. 2 hours later, the battle end in a draw and they both return to their home with bruises, injures and have to put clothes on the since it is completely destroy and they have no choice but to walk naked.
AC: End of the first part. I decide to cut it in 3 parts.
The second will rise up the tension when Haley, Gabriel and Yue goes wild and the third part will be the fight to end it.
Finally introduce the Angel Lord. He is a character that exists in 3 religion, Jewish, Christian and Islam religion which they are the same. When you'll find out who he is, (Episode 47) and how he looks like. You will know that I've downgrade him from his position for plot reason and the fact that angel aren't the first being but dragons.
