So this was other world that her mother had spoken of had startled her from the beginning. Her nose crinkled at how she reacted when she and her brother stepped out of the well house. She had looked at the sights, with wide eyes, never seeing anything like it in her life. Yet a frown crossed her features at how the smells were so different and unbearable for her nose, causing her to gag to many times.
The lights of the "village" or she assumed, shined brilliantly even if there was still light provided by the ever glowing sun. "This is strange," she uttered in confusion. Kisara had never felt so lost in her life, excluding the time she had lost her way in her father's forest.
"What is?" A kind older voice said, she spun to come face to face with her grandmother, instantly lowering her guard. "This…village?" It came out more like a question of her own.
Mrs. Higurashi nodded and let out a soft laugh,"Yes it would seem so. Your time is different from ours, tell me, what is your name?" The older woman wanted to know her first granddaughter's name, before she can let them return to their era.
The young Inu-pup smiled,"Kisara."
Mrs. Higurashi gave her a small nod, repeating her name in her mind, liking the choice of name for her first granddaughter. "Why don't we go inside and let you have something to eat before you go, ne?" She outstretched a hand to her and Kisara gladly accepted to take it, both granddaughter and grandmother walking toward the home.
Jii-chan rubbed his chin, hearing the boy speak of the different wording that were written on the ofuda he had used. "Miroku-oji-san would-" Makoto continued on explaining what his Uncle would use when there were demons in the village. Jii-chan quickly wrote down what were some medicinal remedies that his granddaughter often used to care for the injured or sick villagers.
Kisara stared at her brother who was speaking with their great-grandfather. She was seated on a cozy green couch, staring at the items all around her. Yet wonder filled her mind when she noticed pictures on the peach colored wall of the living room that connected the dining room.
She jumped off the comfortable seat in which her Uncle called a "cow-ouch" and trotted over to the photographs that hung on the wall. Her curious eyes gazed from one photo to the other, each with a different picture that mesmerized her.
Then there was one photo placed on a brown end table near the dining table that her great-grandfather headed towards. It was a man with short black hair and blue eyes.
"I wonder how the well works again, do you think onee-chan and Inu-no-nii-san can come back?" her ears twitched to hear her Uncle's words.
Michiyo turned to face her son,"Possibly, but I think that situation back in their time is chaotic, don't you think. Besides, I think that the children would return. Inuyasha could be waiting for them right now."
Souta nodded, silently agreeing with her words. His brown eyes trailed to see his niece staring at a photo that was carefully watched over. Excusing himself from speaking to his mother, Souta ambled towards the white-silver haired girl.
Kisara noticed his presence near her and she looked up. Smiling down at her, Souta opened his mouth to speak,"That is my Otou-san, Jiro. He passed on when I was just a few days old."
"Kisara-chan, would you like some ramen?" Her thoughts were interrupted when she noticed a small cup in her grandmother's hands. The older woman was smiling warmly at her and she gladly accepted.
"Tell me my boy, what kind of demons does your mother face, where is your father through all of this?" Jii-chan arched a brow, settling down in his seat by the table. He didn't want the others to see the look on his face, happy to be speaking with his great-grandson, pleased that the young Inu hanyō was informing him of everything his parents faced with or without each other, and how to work on his spiritual powers.
Makoto took a sniff of the food his grandmother had handed his little sister, feeling his mouth start to water at the delicious aroma, but his thoughts snapped towards his great-grandfather's question.
"Haha-ue mostly faces the lower demons because they know better than to get my Chichi-ue angry," then he paused when his grandmother placed one of the cups in front of him. Taking a moment to smell the starchy noodles he was seeing, he turned back to the elder man.
"Chichi-ue would travel outside the village, almost once or twice a month, with Miroku-oji-san to fight demons that are plaguing the villages. But he hasn't gone in a while because he had traveled with Sesshoumaru-oji-sama to fight some cats in the West," Makoto reached for the chopsticks that were placed in the holder. "Itadakimasu!" He heard his sister chirp from the other side of the table, she had appeared literally out of nowhere once their grandmother had given her the cup of noodles. He then later repeated her words and both pups began to eat.
Jii-chan wondered how his granddaughter was doing and by the way the young half dog demons were speaking of the demon that ventured into their village, he hoped that Kagome was all-right.

Jaken paled at the words that the half demon he was sat in front of, hearing the mutters under his breath. Jaken wanted to speak against him, yet he knew better than to enrage his lord's brother even more.
"I should have kill that f-" Jaken zoned his words out and he nervously looked up see his lord soaring onwards. They would be arriving at the castle in a short while and just before the sun dipped behind the mountains.
When the kappa demon had the first glance to notice that the half demon had transformed into a full fledge demon, even if it were for a short while, he had never been so afraid. However he had seen his lord transform into his true form, but never had he seen Inuyasha transform into a demon. It was as if he sought to kill anything in his path, no matter if it were friend or foe.
Jaken gulped at the menacing growls behind him and didn't dare to look over his shoulder. The growls were enough proof to take a hint that the anger never left half demon's system.
"How long are we going to get there?" Currently, he and Inuyasha were seated on Ah-Un, flying towards the castle that was in the sky. It wasn't far from his lord's Gobodō-sama's sky castle;however, they did return and leave the ningen village which housed his lord's brother's family upon hearing the news.
He was terribly worried over his life, which was surprising to himself really, but he hoped that he made it through the flight.
"Soon," He heard his lord say sharply. Jaken gulped at the low and intense growls behind him. Soon is not enough, he thought worriedly.

Nishiyo seemed quite pleased to be speaking with the miko that was considered fearful for all demons. It was most likely a half hour that she had arrived at the castle. The miko didn't seem to her eye but appearance wasn't everything.
Kagome felt water stinging her eyes,"What do you think will happen to me, can I leave soon? I cannot leave my children alone. I-I don't even know what happened to them." Nishiyo patted her hand reassuring her that all will be well.
"From news I know, demons must be wise not to go against your children, as of now, they are considered very dangerous," Nishiyo retorted, moving back into the velvet chair she sat in.
Silence overtook the two of them yet both gasped when a loud explosion sounded and echoed the room. Then a knock at the door caused Kagome and herself to look at the door. Taking a moment to clear her throat, Nishiyo let the guard who waited outside to let the person who wanted to speak to her in.
"What is it?" She inquired. Her golden eyes flickered to see her brother's servant shaking in fear.
"My…m-my lady, the miko's m-mate is here f-for her. He started taking down the guards outside in a b-blink o-of an eye. Th-Then used his sword to bring down the doors, m-milady." His wide eyes showed the evident panic in them. Nishiyo noticed the miko beside her stand slowly to her feet.
Kagome looked from Nishiyo then at the door. The demoness gave her a curt nod, then moved along to the door to follow the miko that hurried out.
Inuyasha stood growling with tetsusaiga in his hands, his sclera a bright red yet his eyes weren't blue, but their regular golden color. The dog demons that released growls of their own stopped when Sesshoumaru appeared behind Inuyasha.
"Sesshoumaru-sama, what are you doing here?" Rikuto choked out when he felt a death glare hit him. "This Sesshoumaru knows that you have my half brother's miko," The daiyōkai retorted, looking solemnly at his uncle.
"The miko is not here in the room as you see," Rikuto said, quite nervously under the half-demon's glare.
"You're lying, I can smell it," Inuyasha said gruffly, his brows knitting in anger. Rikuto drew in a quick breath but then noticed a change across his features.
Inuyasha gripped tighter to the hilt of his tetsusaiga but then soon relaxed when he smelt his wife's scent near closer. Suddenly, like lightening, she was holding him tightly.
"Kagome," he rasped out, burying his nose in her hair, and closing his eyes for the moment to relax. Inuyasha opened his eyes to see a demoness with a small smile on her face. "I'm okay," Inuyasha heard Kagome tell him. "We're okay."
He realized that she was also speaking of their unborn pup and his eyes snapped open to make sure that she was not injured.
"You know better than to take the mate of a dog demon let alone when she is expecting," Nishiyo said knowingly, staring at her brother. "You should have returned Kagome once you had her in your grasp, Onii-sama."
Inuyasha glanced at the demoness and noticed how she looked like his father from her appearance, a little though. "She's your Oba-sama," Kagome whispered, trying to calm him down. The news was all too much for him and all he wanted was to return to their home.
"Don't worry, I will take care of matters here," Nishiyo told them, giving Kagome who stared at her in concern, a smile. Her gaze switched to Sesshoumaru, his face holding a serious expression, yet another emotion she couldn't describe.

"Obaa-chan, will we be able to see you again?" Kisara questioned, tilting her head to the side rather cutely inquiring an answer. Michiyo smiled down at her granddaughter, running a hand in her hair, tweaking her small dog ear a little then placed a kiss onto the crown of the Inu-pup's head.
"Someday," Michiyo retorted. She promised herself that she did not want to cry in front of the young ones, but even promises were meant to be broken. Kisara gently wiped a stray tear that trailed down her grandmother's cheek. "I can't wait for that day, Obaa-chan."
Souta ruffled Makoto's head, even if it were for an hour, he felt as if he knew the boy his entire life. His nephew would turn out to be so alike his "hero" but with his sister's caring heart. "Remember to tell your Okaa-san that okay." Makoto smirked in return and then gave a good-bye to Jii-chan, whom tried to stay strong.
The elder man was losing his chance at figuring out how to manage a proper ofuda and to make it work;however, saddened that his great-grandchildren were leaving.
Kisara hugged her grandmother's waist and trotted to her Uncle Souta, the teen was standing there waiting for his hug, and she hugged him tightly. "I'll miss you too, Kisara." She nodded into his dark red shirt and was released from his embrace and quickly hugged her great-grandfather.
"Onii-chan, I hope Chichi-ue is waiting on the other side for us." Kisara mumbled to her brother. Both siblings looking over the lip of the well, staring at the darkness at the bottom, wondering if they would go through time again.
Makoto nodded and before she could recollect the next few seconds, he helped her over, and they both jumped in.
"Onii-chan I can't see a thing!" Kisara barked at her brother, as they climbed up, using the vines that helped them go up and out the well. Makoto scoffed and mumbled something under his breath.
However, before he could even reply, he was pulled out from the back of his kariginu and noticed a hand extend to his sister. His eyes narrowed at the yelp that came from her and they raised to see a few demons in similar armor to that of the demon who attacked earlier that day.
"It appears that they have returned," a woman's voice reached his twitching ears and his head turned to see a woman, dressed in a purple and white kimono with green and yellow butterfly designs on it. She had a navy blue outer wrap that has a fur pelt and at the end of her outer wrap was another fur pelt.
She smelt awfully like his Oji-sama and he growled lowly at her, sparking the power of both youki and reiki in him. Kisara was released when the man that held her was zapped and she felt to the ground. She hastily ran to hide behind her brother's back, but that didn't stop her from standing in a battle stance, hands held ready and glowing a deadly green.
Makoto stared at the men who accompanied the woman who glared immensely in his direction. Surrounding him and his sister was a barrier that he didn't think he'd use anymore. His eyes flashed and they had all been pushed back.
The demoness gaped when she was hurled into the air by the power that came from the boy. "Milady!" A soldier shouted, catching her and setting her down quickly.
"Hiraikotsu!" A familiar shout resounded the clearing and Makoto looked to his left to see his Aunt Sango flicking hiraikotsu back and swinging it to the small army of dog demons. The men raised their hands, intent on attacking the female when he growled lowly, not wanting to see his aunt her. Another small portion of his power broke out and his barrier had departed from him towards the demon slayer.
"Makoto-kun!" Sango shouted, being separated from the children and the demons that switched their direction to him. Miroku had arrived and did not sense the barrier that the Inu-pup placed, causing him to forcefully bounce back hard into the ground. Sango rushed to help her husband up. "He doesn't want us to go through."
"You smell like Sesshoumaru-oji-sama, who are you?" Makoto pointed out, placing a hand on his sword.
"I am Sesshoumaru's Okaa-sama, InuKimi, young one. I have come to test your powers." The dog demoness smiled but Makoto held his guard and stared at her angrily.
