Author's Note: Annnd…Minako gets dragged back to the meeting!

I look up as Kusakabe comes in to the room. "Kusakabe," I greet.

"Mina-san, Reborn-san requested that you attend their meeting again in the base," Kusakabe says.

I nod a bit reluctantly. "I suppose I should go back…" I get up. "Thank you for the tea, Onii-san," I say quietly. Onii-san glances at me and nods. I follow Kusakabe out of the room. I wonder…why do they want me to be part of the meeting now? My hand goes into the pocket of my black hoodie where the letter I finished reading last night resides.

As I walk into the room, Tsuna exclaims "If Chrome is here… We shouldn't continue to stay here."

"Hm?" I ask.

"Ah! Minako-chan!" Tsuna exclaims. "H-Hibari-san isn't with you…right?" he asks. He seems a bit frightened.

I shake my head. "Onii-san? No." I raise my right eyebrow. "Why?"
"N-No reason," he replies.

I decide to change the subject. "Why was I called here?" I ask. Suddenly, the monitor starts ringing and red text flies across the screen. I sigh. This is going to be a while seeing the pattern that always seems to happen when I'm with Tsuna and his group. I pull the empty chair next to Gokudera out and sit down.

"The monitor!" Tsuna exclaims.

Yamamoto asks, "What now?"

"It's an emergency," Giannini explains.

"What's this code?" Reborn asks.

"It's the assassin squad's code."

"Eh? Assassin squad?" Tsuna asks.

I sit there and wait to see where this will lead to. Suddenly, Tsuna declares, "I have to go to Kokuyo Land!"

"Calm down, Tsuna," Reborn commands.

"But…"

"If we keep going out leisurely, what would we do if you get caught by the Millefiore? We might not be able to get past them safely like in the past." Reborn sends a look in my direction. I'm about to say something, but I hold my comment back. "If we wait for the code to get deciphered, we may be able to get information that will help."

"Eh?" Tsuna asks.

Reborn smiles. "Just wait." It feels like there's some tension here… I wonder if it really is something to be worried about though… I think back to the notes that my future-self left for me. Surely, he would help if Chrome Dokuro is there, right? Or…at least it seems that way according to the notes. Of course, unless he was… My eyes widen slightly. I'm…concerned about him… What's wrong with me?

Tsuna seems worried about me and I realize that my expression must be revealing how I feel. "It's nothing," I reply a bit too quickly.

"A-Ah…" he replies. He seems skeptical about my answer. I look away.

"Giannini, how is it?" Reborn asks.

"The data has a video, I think," Giannini replies as he continues to type away. "Give me another minute. I'll see if I can get it."

Gokudera, Tsuna and Yamamoto all look a bit worried. "I can't think of anyone but those guys…" Tsuna says.

"But in this era, there are a lot of groups like that," Kusakabe replies.

"I think I got it. As I thought, the code belongs to the Vongola. The digital signature matches as well," Giannini says.

"In other words…" Gokudera starts.

"Vongola Special Assassin Squad," Tsuna finishes.

Giannini replies, "I'll put them on the monitor then."

"VOOOOOOOOOOOOOIIIIII!" I look at the screen with a flat expression. Squalo. I recall reading about him in the notes. "Are your heads still attached?! Damn lousy brats!"

Gokudera looks extremely annoyed. "Him… There we go…."

"T-Ten-years in the future?" Tsuna asks. Tsuna seems surprised.

On the other hand, Yamamoto looks happy and a bit relieved. "Squalo!" he exclaims with a grin.

Lal Mirch says in a very aggravated voice, "Turn that crap off! I can't stand to listen to this!" She's letting of a very strong killing intent right now.

"Yes ma'am," Giannini says. He starts to type away frantically. "It should be off, but…"

"Listen, you damn lazy brats! Stay where you are! Even if you've picked up a signal of a new ring outside!" Squalo says. The one from Kokuyo Land, huh? "And if you brats know where Minako is, let her know that she'd better get here!" I look blankly at the video. Why?

"Shishishi…" a person laughs in the video. A person I recognize pops out from behind the couch. It's Bel. "If you understand, then more simple instructions will come later. Until then, be good and stay put, you kids!" He grins. "Also, let her know that the Prince was quite annoyed that she took off and left him to do the mission alone." What?

"The knife bastard," Gokudera comments.

Lal Mirch asks, "Instructions?"

I continue to watch the video. "Voooi! What are you doing here?" Squalo asks Bel. "

"The Prince was bored and came to bug you," Bel replies.

"If you interrupt me again, I'll kill you!" Suqalo replies. He seems annoyed.

"Wanna try?" Bel taunts. Squalo responds by jumping over the couch. Sounds of fighting can be heard. Yamamoto starts to laugh.

Squalo is too close the camera now and only one of his eyes and the top half of his head can be seen. "I hope we can meet again in this lifetime. You'd better make sure you don't die!"

"I-It cut off…" Gokudera says.

"T-That's it…?" Tsuna asks.

Giannini reports, "The signal is down."

"Those two guys haven't changed a bit!" Yamamoto says a bit happily.

"They're still scary…" Tsuna replies.

"So, these are the kind of people that I end up working with…?" I say quietly.

Reborn says, "Oh yeah, I heard about that."

"Huh?" Tsuna asks. He missed that apparently.

"In this time period, I'm the Varia's Cloud Guardian…apparently," I explain. "I can't believe I have to deal with people like that. How annoying," I say darkly. Tsuna flinches a little.

"A-Anyways, what is the 'simple instructions' he mentioned?" Tsuna asks.

"I guess it must be referring to him," Giannini replies. "He's returned from Italy."

Someone walks into the room. We all turn around. It's Sasagawa. "Sasagawa, Ryohei has arrived!" he announces. He's carrying Chrome Dokuro who seems to have passed out.

"Turf-top!" Gokudera exclaims.

"Onii-chan and Chrome Dokuro!" Tsuna exclaims. I decide to bear with the increasing amount of people for just a little while longer to find out what happened.

I learn about the large scale invasion. "Oh that's right. There's a message for you too, Minako," Sasagawa says. "You're going to travel to Italy in a three days and head to the Varia headquarters. Fran will be picking you up. They want you to participate in the invasion as their Cloud Guardian."

I nod. "I see. Thank you."

"Minako-chan, are you sure about this?" Tsuna asks.

"I'll be fine," I reply. "If you don't mind, I'll be on my way. I should let Onii-san know anyways."
