IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Hello everyone!

It's been a long time since I had last touched this story. One year, to be in fact. And in that course of that one year, and after rereading through the chapters a countless number of times, I have come to an important decision.

I have decided to completely rewrite The Reincarnation.

As I look through this story over and over again, it has come to my realization that the story was indeed not perfect, and that a newer and better version had come to fruition in my thoughts. While I know myself that no story can be perfect and I had been satisfied with how this story had ended, I knew very well that there were plenty of room for improvement and changes that can actually add some spice to the tale. As a result, I have decided to start all over.

But wait! The Reincarnation would still be here on this site. I have no intentions to delete it, for I know that there are still some of you who love to read this story frequently and would still love to read it. And to be honest, I am one of them, because I would like to see how my initially plan had gone.

And before any of you ask 'But you're going to do a rewrite about it, so why not take it down?', I will tell you why not.

The new story would still have the similar plotline as The Reincarnation (that is absolutely and most certainly NOT a spoiler, by the way), but the story would take on a different course. New scenes would be added, original scenes would be altered, new characters mentioned, and other characters who had not been mentioned frequently in the original story will have a bigger appearance in the new one. And this time, there would be a bigger account on Demeter's betrayal of the Olympians before she had stolen Persephone and went into hiding in the guise of a mortal and how she had managed to escape the Olympians' detections for many years, and the limelight would have some points of time of focusing on the strained but still familial relationship of Hades and Demeter. Most especially, it would also provide more vivid detail about The Abyss (the void of black nothingness where the Olympians' went to during the 50 year gap), which was not really talked about too much in this story.

But alas, I am sorry to disappoint some of you by telling you that the story would not really be coming as soon as you hoped it would. At this point of time, I am currently going through my final year examinations, so all my time and effort has to be put to that. As much as it pains me greatly to say this, I may have to put aside writing for at least a month and a half or so.

But I will not disappear forever! I would still be popping in now and then to upload some one-shots to make up for my absence, but none would be relating to the new story though. That you would just have to wait.

However, I can give you a confirmed date on when the new story will begin, and also the confirmed title of the new version of The Reincarnation, so mark your calendars and get ready for it.

As of now, the release date will be on 30th September.

The title will be Divine Reborn.
