Welcome back to Tiny Toons: Happy World Land. Sorry for the lack of updates. I've had Writer's Block. Now, I'm back and I will hopefully update more frequently. Anyway, a quick recap of what happened so far:
It is Summer Vacation and Buster, Babs, Hamton, and Plucky decide to go to Happy World Land for their vacation. Montana Max learns about their plans, and sabotages their plane. The four toons crash land on an island full of tribesmen. Once they escaped, they became separated. Buster and Babs went on a hunt for treasure while Plucky and Hamton had to defeat an evil monster in Gotham City. Now they are together again and ready for their next adventure in their quest for Happy World Land.
Now that you remember what happened, it is time to get on with the story. I want to say thanks to the people who favorited and followed this story and thanks to ToonFan for always giving me awesome reviews, and thanks to anyone who sticks with my story no matter how late I update. Now, on with the show!
Chapter 8
Buster Bunny felt like garbage. He was sulking in a room inside his house/burrow. He, and Plucky, Babs, and Hamton, was back in Acme Acres. Since Gotham City wasn't that far from home, they traveled on foot to Acme Acres.
- Flashback -
Buster, Babs, Plucky, and Hamton were walking back home to Acme Acres. Buster had not said a word during the entire trip back home. He looked upset. The other three toons were starting to worry about him. Even Plucky was starting to worry about him, though he will never admit it (unless his comics are in jeopardy).
It was quite obvious that Buster was depressed. He hadn't been this way since last Christmas (See It's a wonderful Tiny Toons Christmas Special for more details).
They were walking to Acme Acres and Babs, Plucky and Hamton were sharing details about their two separate adventures. When they had arrived back home, Plucky had kissed the ground (Literally!).
"Yes! Home sweet Home at last!" Plucky shouted.
"Hey Buster! We're back home!" Hamton said.
Buster didn't respond.
"Buster?" Babs said.
"I'm sorry I failed you guys" Buster said before walking off.

Buster had locked his door and was sulking in his room. He felt like a failure. After all, he was the one who planned this whole trip and every attempt he made to get to Happy World Land had backfired...and it was his fault. He was the reason they got kidnapped and nearly killed.
And now, they were right back where they started. Meaning that all of those adventures were meaningless. What was the point if they were right back where they started. They might has well have just stayed home.
'Plucky was right' Buster thought, 'I wish I had never planned this stupid trip.'

Outside Buster's House
Babs, Hamton, and Plucky were outside Buster's house. Hamton knocked on the door. A few seconds later, Buster's mom opened the door.
"Hi, we're here to see Buster" Babs said.
"He's in his room" Buster's mom said, "He's been in there ever since he got back"
Babs, Plucky, and Hamton walked up to Buster's room. They tried opening the door but it was locked. Babs knocked on the door.
"Buster? Can we come in?" Babs said.
A few seconds later, they heard the sound of the door being unlocked. They walked in to see Buster on the bed looking depressed.
"What's wrong, Buster?" Hamton asked.
Buster didn't respond.
"Buster, just tell us why you're upset" Babs said.
"I'm a failure" Buster muttered.
"What?"
"I said I'm a failure!" Buster said more loudly, "Every time I plan something it backfires somehow! I'm the one who planned the trip to Happy World Land and look what happened. It's my fault our plane crashed, it's my fault we got kidnapped, it's my fault we nearly got killed by a man with a torpedo!"
"Don't blame yourself, Buster" Hamton said.
"Yeah. We also helped plan the trip along with you so it's as much our fault as it is yours." Babs said.
"Actually I never-" Plucky said.
Then Babs nudged him with her elbow.
"Okay. Yes. It's our fault, too." Plucky said.
"But you shouldn't give up so easily. You can't just quit because things get tough! You're Buster Bunny, you never quit! You never give up! When the odds are small, and the situation looks bleak, you always pull through in the end! Even when it seems impossible! Now are we just going to sit here, or are we going to Happy World Land?!" Babs said.
"You're right!" Buster said.
"WHAT?" Plucky shouted, "We are not going to make another attempt to go to Happy World Land, are we? I am not going there again! I will NOT go with you guys again! I don't care what you say to me. I am NOT going!"

5 minutes later
"I can't believe I let myself get dragged into this" Plucky said.
Buster, Babs, Plucky, and Hamton were in the center of town.
Buster was now determined to go to Happy World Land even if it killed them. And knowing this story, it probably will kill them.
Meanwhile, Montana Max was walking home from the store with party supplies so he can have a party to celebrate the death of his four arch-enemies. He turned the corner and his jaw dropped at what he saw. He saw Buster, Babs, Plucky, and Hamton walking down the street.
"Those dweebs are still alive! But how?" Monty said.
The four toons walked off leaving behind a very confused Monty. He looked at the party supplies that he was carrying. How was he supposed to celebrate the death of his arch-rivals if said people are still alive?!
"WHAT DO I DO NOW?!" Monty screamed angrily.
The other people crossing the street looked at him funny before turning away, not wanting to get involved in whatever problems this weird kid had.
Monty was in the middle of crossing the street.
'I need to think of a plan. But what?' Monty thought.
Then Monty stopped in his tracks because he just had an idea.
'I've got it! I have the perfect idea!' Monty thought.
Then the street light turned from red to green and since Monty was still in the middle of the street, naturally, he got hit by a bus and was knocked into the air like a human missile.
"AAAAH!" Monty screamed.
Meanwhile, Hamton looked up and saw Monty flying through the air.
"Hey, look! A shooting star! Everyone make a wish." Hamton said.
"I wish we were at home playing video games like most teens would do during their summer. Instead, we're out here killing ourselves just to go to an amusement park!" Plucky said.
"I wish Plucky would stop complaining" Buster said.
"I wish Buster would shut up" Plucky said.
"I wish Plucky would stop being so immature" Buster said.
"I wish Buster would go jump off a cliff" Plucky said.
"I wish Plucky would get kicked in the head." Buster said.
"I wish Buster would get struck by lightning." Plucky said.
"I wish Plucky would come up with better insults" Buster said.
"I wish you two would stop acting like teenagers!" Babs said.
"But that's what we are" Buster and Plucky said.
"So how are we going to get to Happy World Land, now?" Hamton asked.
"As long as we don't have to fly in a giant bucket of bolts that's 10,000 feet above the ocean then I don't care" Plucky said.
"Excuse me, did you say that you were going to Happy World Land" A mysterious yet familiar voice said.
They turned a saw a man with a hood and a jacket walk up to them.
"Say, have we met somewhere before?" Buster asked.
"Um, I don't think so. But I couldn't help but overhear that you were looking for a way to go to Happy World Land."
"Yeah"
"Well, you're in luck. I've heard that there's a bus that travels to Happy World Land every day."
"Really? Where?" Buster asked.
"Right across that street, you'll find the bus stop. The bus that'll take you to Happy World Land will be coming in 5 minutes so you better hurry."
"Ok, thanks" Buster said, "C'mon guys! This is our chance to go to Happy World Land!"
"Suckers" The man said, "Buahahahaha!"
"Was that an evil laugh?" Buster asked.
"Um...I have no idea what you're talking about. Anyway, don't you have a bus to catch" The man said.
"Oh yeah, you're right! C'mon guys!" Buster said.
Then the four toons walked off.
"Note to self. Don't laugh until AFTER they leave" The man (Monty) said.

Buster, Plucky, Babs, and Hamton were at the bus stop. The sign said that the bus was headed to Happy World Land. Like the man said, the bus came in less than 5 minutes. They got on the bus and then the bus left.
Then the wind blew the paper that was taped to the sign off revealing that the bus was NOT going to Happy World Land.
Instead, the bus headed to a place called the Black Lagoon.

Meanwhile, on the bus, Hamton was singing a song.
"The wheels on the bus go round and round, round and round, round and round, the wheels on the bus go round and round all through the town."
"Hamton, my ears would feel much better if you stopped singing", Plucky said.
"Is my singing that bad?" Hamton asked.
"I liked your song, Hamton" Babs said.
"Don't encourage him, Babs, or he'll try his hand at rapping again" Buster said.
"It's funny. I've never heard Hamton rap before." Babs said.
"And you don't want to" Plucky said.
"We're here", the bus driver said.
Buster, Babs, Plucky and Hamton walked outside.
What they saw was a dark and grim wasteland. The sign said:
'Welcome to the Black Lagoon, where your worst fears come alive'
"Buster, this doesn't look like Happy World Land" Babs said.
"Uh-oh" Buster said.

Authors Note: Oh no! Where have our heroes ended up now? I wonder what will happen next? I hope the author updates soon! Oh wait, I AM the author. Heh heh.
Anyway, sorry for not updating. Like I said, I had Writer's Block. I'll try my best to update more often.

PSS: FernandTV, I was already planning a sequel called Tiny Toons: School Dayz. It would star the characters you mentioned and more. But it won't be published until around January or February.
