Kuroko sat in the locker room as Akashi briefed them on the game. Aomine had his arm wrapped around him and was almost holding him back from attacking Akashi as Anna was in the room, holding his arm and acting all cutesy. Akashi didn't even bother to look at Kuroko, he was heart broken, he didn't need that right now, but he promised himself after the game he'd chat to him. He just wanted to be a part of his life, he wanted to talk to him. Make him laugh.

The game that they were playing was with the teiko Generation of Miracles and not the improved version and they were playing against an American professional team called the ravens. They were only to have five members playing as well. They saw the game against the Uncrowned Generals and wanted to play against them.

Kise pulled Kuroko to the side and gave him a kiss on the forehead then wrapped his arms around his waist. Kuroko rested his head against his chest and just swayed along to their hug, "I'd play instead of you, but I can't so how about you just play the best and make him jealous. I have to sit on the bench with Anna. Should I kill her?" Kuroko laughed and nodded his head and made his way onto the court with Kise and saw the big American players.

Kuroko walked over to one of them and they patted his head and saw Kagami standing next to the, speaking, he was translating for them.

"Nice to meet you," Kuroko spoke in english. And the large male smiled at him and watched as Kise walked over to translate for him as he too was fluent in english.

"You're nigga told me you were getting cyber abused," the american spoke and Aomine frowned at the term and allowed Kise to speak to Kuroko.

"You're black friend told me you were getting cyber abused," Kuroko nodded and looked down and the american put a hand on his shoulder and bent down to whisper into his ear but Kise had to lean in to translate.

"During intermission we are getting them. You're a little bro," Kise relaid the message and Kuroko just nodded and was looking away. "You're nigga told us all about it...well he was the one to contact us...well this brother of you did all the talking," Kise smiled softly at them, "About your boyfriend or ex boyfriend and new girlfriend. Dog can't just flaunt it. Let us deal with the haters," Kise repeated it and Kuroko laughed and nodded his head.

"Good game we have," Kuroko spoke in english and the american nodded his head and shook his hand and went to stand beside Aomine, "Why'd you ask the american guys?" Aomine bent down and kissed his friends forehead and whispered into his ear, "They hate cyber bullies and they are the favourite american team in japan," Kuroko nodded and saw the big american guys.

"Aomine what's a nigga...i heard him say it earlier," Aomine bent down to see his friend and smiled.

"It used to be a form of racism...sometimes it still is...but he didn't intend it to be...it's more like brother I guess," Kuroko nodded and patted his back bowed and went to his position that Akashi had arranged. Murasakibara stood beside the american male and they just laughed as he was taller than him.

The short stumpy referee throw the ball up and scampered away as the giants went to grab it. Kise sat on the bench with Anna smiling, "Has Akashi got a bad past with the blue haired guy," Kise didn't turn to answer her. It was none of her business and he didn't want to explain it and he couldn't tell her that they were dating.

"Ryo-chan -"

"Never call me that. Call me Kise-san," he hissed to her and she nodded slowly.

"Why are you so angry Kise-san?" He never said. He didn't like her as Kuroko hated her and he knew that Akashi belonged with Kuroko. Having seen them have sex plenty of times or just whispering to each other. It was beautiful even when they were in Teiko the way they looked at each other, it was love. Raw love. It had no strings attached and now he couldn't even face him due to the cyberabuse.

Anna continued to speak to him but he wasn't bothered to listen, he was watching the game. He enjoyed it and he knew that Aomine loved the power forward. He had a poster off him his room. He learnt that Aomine indeed have a poster of him but didn't want to admit it. It was rolled under his bed and he loved it.

Akashi passed the ball to Kuroko who easily directed it to Midorima who shot it into the basket. At least they had decent co-ordination and he wasn't trying to ignore him. He was grateful for that. It was only a fun match and for the cyber bulling awareness but still, winning would mean a lot to a bunch of teenagers.

"Kise-san...so my dad was talking to be about this show and it was our favourite show and apparently the main actor - who is totally hot was gay and had a boyfriend so we had to stop watching it completely. My father canceled the show and we got the guy to break up with his boyfriend," Kise growled before knocking the bench over and letting her fall to the floor with it.

"I could kill you for that comment," The referee paused the game and Akashi came running over along with Aomine to see the problem and to calm down Kise who was crushing her leg with the bench.

Aomine moved him away from the bench and sat him further away, "She's a homophobic bitch," he screamed out at her. Akashi glared at Anna but helped her up all the same and walked over to Kise who was so riled up and gave him a small cuddle.

"I'll deal with it later. Just relax okay. Would you like to play? I need to take Kuroko out soon?" And Kise nodded his head and Akashi ran over to the officials and told them of the change. It would only be for five minutes but to have a swap and allow Kuroko to relax some more.

Kise high fived Kuroko and he sat as far away as he could from Anna on the other side of the stadium and watched the game. He felt exhausted and lay down on the bench and took many deep breaths until his heart beat was no longer in his throat.

He soon heard a buzzer and watched as huge screens began and Aomine's dad came on, "Hello, it has come to our attention that no one knows that cyber bullying is a crime. One of my son's close friends has received a lot of cyber abuse. And here is some of the screen shots of the hated things he has received," Kise sat down next to Kuroko and cuddled him.

Images of Kuroko's text's showed up and Akashi stormed over to his side and whispered in his ear, "This is the reason you were scared? Why didn't you tell me?"

"Leave me alone. You have your whore," Akashi grabbed his arm and Kuroko stood up and free'd himself.

"Tetsuya!"

"No! It's Kuroko-san!" He stood up and ran to be free. He ran out the building and onto the road with Akashi chasing after him.

"TETSUYA!" Kuroko turned to look at him and heard a screech and that was it.

Akashi screamed in horror, almost girly as Kuroko was hit by a car and bounced off and landed on the ground in a limp less heap. Akashi rushed over and touched his cheek, he was out cold, "TETSUYA!" He screamed again. The car driver got out and was phoning an ambulance. Akashi was biting his lip from crying but he couldn't stop crying. The tears fell onto his face and he didn't know what to do.

"Sir...I need to get my friends. I'll be right back. Don't let the ambulance leave without me," the male nodded and sat down next to the boy who was out cold. Akashi ran in crying heavily and ran into Aomine's arm and cried so hard.

"Games canceled. Come outside. Grab our stuff," Aomine ran outside and saw an ambulance. Everyone was running outside and Aomine pushed away and managed to see Kuroko on a stretcher. Akashi walked over to the driver and apologised to the driver who was so confused.

"I'm terribly sorry. Why are you apologising to me?" Akashi bowed to the male. He was about twenty year old and was so scared.

"This is my fault so please don't apologise. You can either head to where you were going or the hospital with me. If it is the hospital, you'll need to give those two a lift," he guestered to Aomine who was in tears and was so scared and Kise.

"Daiki. He'll be fine," Aomine shook his head and cuddled into Kise. Anna came running out and over to him. She glared as Aomine kissed Kise on the lips and hide his face in his neck.

"Anna...these are my brothers you are glaring at," Akashi hissed to her. He was not in the mood to deal with female. The male who had hit Kuroko looked to Aomine and Kise then walked over to Akashi.

"I was heading to work. Could I phone my boss?" Akashi took his phone and found the number on his phone and dialed. He asked his name before he phoned.

"Hello...I am Akashi Seijuro. I am phoning from Kenji Sawada's phone as my boyfriend ran into his car and he feels awful and will coming to the hospital to ensure his safety," he hung up without an answer.

And turned to Anna who was growling, "Go home. I will be at the hospital," Anna walked away in a huff and Akashi got into the ambulance with Kuroko and held his hand. The ambulance staff was very kind to Akashi and were trying to reassure him that Kuroko would be alright.

"Does he have any parents?"

"Erm no...they disowned him when they learnt that we were a couple?"

"So you are his boyfriend?"

"Ex. We broke up recently can't get a word in without him running from me hense why he's in this state," he muttered.

"Oh we are sorry for that. Is there someone we can contact...has he got someone that we should contact?" The really nice dark haired female asked with the huge glasses. Akashi shrugged and looked down to see his ex-lover lying in pain.

"I just wanted to talk to him," he began to whimper. "He was getting cyber abused...really bad with everyone telling him to kill himself, I just wanted to talk to him about it," he cried. He rarely cried but he seemed to be crying every night over the male before him. He just wanted to talk to him about the weather, about the Ravens, tell him that he loves him.

They arrived at the hospital and Kuroko was rushed away leaving a sad Akashi. He walked into the waiting area to see his father standing their and he rushed over and was brought into a hug and just cried into his dad chest. It was unbelievable that his dad was their for him, giving him the comfort but he needed it more than anything.

They watched Daichi run in and walked over to Akashi to talk to him about it and wait for his son...parking was hard to find. When he did come in, Daiki ran to his dad and received a hug from him. Ryota walked over and was brought into the hug by Daichi and he too was crying.

Midorima's dad walked out, looked round at the scene and made his way over to Akashi and smiled, "He's not that bad. He was knocked on unconscious, sustained a concussion and broke his legs and a few ribs but he is awake. He's dosed up on morphine but you can visit him. Be nice," Akashi followed Midorima's father into the room where he was held and saw him lying in bed staring out the window.

Akashi walked in slowly, studying Kuroko's face, he was smiling happily when he walked in and he made his way over and took his hand in which he gladly held and wrapped it around him. Aomine walked in and smiled at the sight. Kuroko smiled even more and held an arm out for him. The hand that was once holding Akashi was gone and was now holding Aomine. Aomine held his friend and just cried heavily.

"Why am I here?" He asked looking round the room with a huge grin. He looked to Kise and held his arm out, the other was tied to his side. Kise gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

"Tetsuya Kuroko...you were in an accident but you'll be fine. You were hit by a car but you are well. You are drugged up on morphine, so you may feel a bit loopy," Midorima's father explained then headed out and spoke with Akashi's father and Aomine's.

"Hey...wait...no," Kuroko then turned and hissed at Akashi then used his hand like he was a cat to swipe him. "I love you so much but we can't date so don't tease me,"

"Why can't we date?" Akashi was almost smirking.

"Because...if I date you i'll get the abuse again and I hate the abuse," Akashi stood up and being brave kissed his lips and felt him respond so well. He almost wanted more but he felt horrid for almost manipulating him.

Akashi headed into the toilet and just sat there until visiting hours ended and everyone left. He heard the door open and looked up to see Kuroko standing there with a small smile. He limped in with a cane and bent down to kiss his forehead.

"I love you," Akashi whispered to Kuroko who just nodded his head, "I love you and I want to show how serious I am," Akashi slipped off the toilet and went onto one knee. "I don't care how we do this...but I want to marry you. I want to be your partner for ever," He went into his back pocket and brought out a chain and Kuroko stood staring for some time. Speechless. He asked him to marry.

"But the abuse..." Akashi shook his head and brought out his phone and saw there was a small article. 'Today during the Raven and Generation of Miracles, 400 audience members were apprehended after cyber bullying Kuroko Tetsuya. Though cyber bullying it's self is not illegal the actions taken within it are, such as:

Protection from Harassment Act 1997*
Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994
Malicious Communications Act 1988

Breach of the Peace**
Defamation Act 2013

Kuroko slowly nodded his head with a large smile. Akashi looked up to see the large smile, "Yes," was all Kuroko whispered to make Akashi weep in happiness. The red head stood up and kissed the male passionately on the lips and put the chain around his neck.

"Come to Kyoto with me now," Kuroko nodded once again and Akashi laughed and grabbed his stuff including his medicine and jumped out the window and pulled Kuroko out leaving a note on his bed.

The two laughed as they escaped and made their way to the train station.
