Thanks for the reviews Guys. I know these couple of chapters are tense but trust me next chapter will be worth it.
Alex woke up the next morning hating herself even more. She was laying naked in Trevor's bed. Her head was pounding after drinking too much. She rolled over to her side of the bed, to see a naked woman in the bed with them. She quickly sat up in the middle of the bed to hold her head that was spinning "Shit" She uttered.
"That's what you said all night." The dark blonde with piercing blue eyes sighed as she rolled over to look at Alex.
Alex examined the unknown female, with her butchy hair with highlights. She stared at the Angelina Jolie lips, and a couple classy tattoos on her body. She was beautiful, "Did we," the half covered woman nodded her head to answer Alex. "All three of us."
She sat up next to Alex, "Yeah but he couldn't handle us, he basically was forced to observed." She laughed at the outcome and leaned closer to Alex.
"Look," Alex turned to see Trevor still asleep, "This wasn't suppose to happen." Alex rushed out of the bed to find her clothes. "Do you even have a name?" she asked the mystery girl; not remembering much after Trevor and her hit bar.
She was enjoying Alex squirm, because of her shyness, "Yeah, it's Laura." She enjoyed observing Alex. "Your shirt is in the living room."
Frustrate, and embarrassed Alex harshly exhaled, "Thanks." She walked out of the bedroom.
Laura was intrigued at the blonde. She followed the Alex out of the room putting her white tank top on and her jeans on. "You don't be embarrassed you were really great last night." She offered the compliment while holding Alex's jeans.
Alex looked at the gorgeous woman standing in Trevor's living room, "Thanks." She calmly stated, "Look last night I apparently drank way too much. I didn't know what I was doing, and…" Alex tried admitting this being the first she had sex with a woman. Let a lone volunteer for a threesome.
Laura touch Alex's arm, with a smile, "Hey it's all good, you were fun last night. And for your first time with another woman," Alex blushed with the assumption that Laura gave.
"Was it that obvious?" Alex quickly put her pants on.
Laura shrugged her shoulders, "No, but you mentioned like three times during the night. You've got a talent and if you put any more effort than what you did last night, Olivia will go crazy."
"Olivia?" Alex tried to play stupid.
"Yeah the girl you couldn't stop talking about, throughout the night."
"I'm sorry." Alex was embarrassed about her words and actions to a complete stranger.
"Don't be, she is your girl."
Alex liked the honest lady she hooked up with, "I'm starving do you wanna grab brunch?" she found her purse to get the brush out to fix her hair.
"Sure should we wake up your boy?"
Alex knew after the talk they had last night about not wanting to be toyed around. She had to talk to him on a different time. "No I will deal with him later." Alex grabbed her keys to walk out the door.
The girls walked outside, Laura put her very slimming jacket. She wasn't very shy for awkward situations. "So Alex, now that you are sober. Tell me about this Olivia." She began as they walked down the sidewalk.
Alex tucked her hair behind her ear, while counting the cracks on the sidewalk. "She's fantastic. When I'm around her, I feel like there is nothing around us. She makes me feel completely safe." Being able to talk about Olivia freely made Alex's face light up.
Laura noticed the difference in Alex's tone of voice. when she talked about Olivia, "So why aren't you with her?"
Alex felt relaxed with Laura, "I don't think I should answer that."
"Okay, well is she involved with someone?" She watched Alex shake her head. "Then if she's single, just go for it."
Alex liked talking to Laura, "See that's the thing, we just can't."
Laura stopped to look at, "Do you love her?"
"Love? That is a little too much."
"But you feel strongly about her?" Alex shrugged her shoulders. "Than nothing should matter, and go for it."
"How did you get me to just open up and talk to you." Alex asked the new lady.
"I'm a bartender it's what I do." Laura smirked with the confidence that everyone opens up to her.
Alex laughed at the situation. Alex's phone rang, she picked it up to look at Olivia's number. "It's Olivia. I forgot we have tentative lunch plans." She answered the phone, "Hey, how is the case?"
"It's fine, are you still up for lunch?" Olivia questioned laying in her bed looking at her clock saying ten o'clock.
"I'm actually heading to brunch with a friend," She rather not start off conversation about Laura over the phone. "Wanna do a rain check?"
Olivia was confused that Alex was having brunch with someone. "Yeah…Okay?"
"I'm sorry." Alex didn't like the sound of Olivia's voice. She looked at Laura and rolled her eyes, "If you want to join?" She shouldn't have asked the question.
Olivia was curious to know who the friend was, "I guess so where should I meet you guys."
"Our normal café we are on our way there."
"Okay see you in a few." Olivia got out of bed.
Alex put the phone in her pocket and began walking towards where they need to go. "Do you know what you are doing?"
"No, but I can't turn that woman down." Alex freely admitted to Laura.
Laura was more intrigued to see Olivia, "Just be prepared. If she has the same feelings as you. She will be jealous."
"I know." Alex honestly hoped she would get jealous. She wanted to see a reaction out of Olivia.
Olivia walked into the café they normally go to during their runs. She saw Alex sitting with a random girl she has never met. "Hey," She sat down at the empty chair with a water.
Alex turned from the conversation with Laura to look at Olivia, "Hey. Olivia this is Laura, Laura this is Olivia." Alex introduced the girls.
Olivia tried to read Laura, "Hey." She put her hand out for a shake.
Laura smiled at Olivia, she could see the desire Alex has in Olivia. "Hello, Olivia I've heard so much about you."
Liv shot a look at Alex who was looking at the menu that she knows. "Really that's good to know. But I haven't heard anything about you." She quickly expressed to Laura.
"That's because there wasn't a need to talk about her. I met Laura last night through Trevor after you left." Alex responded as she could feel the tension from Olivia that she has never gotten. "But you can get to know her too."
Olivia felt Alex's words slap her in the face. She didn't know what Alex was trying to pull. She didn't know why did decided to go out to the bunch. She felt unwanted, but she didn't want to appear as the bitch. "So Laura, tell me about you. What do you do?" She proceed with the brunch to get to know this mystery woman.
