"What?"
"I'm pregnant, and you're the father"
"Are you sure? I mean I know you slept with Alvin"
"Uh uh" I shook my head "He has an erectile dysfunction. He can't get it up." I laughed at his troubles. I'd told him it didn't matter. I didn't really want to be there anyway.
"Really?!"
"Really! I guess the amount of sleeping around he did in High School and College backfired huh?" I said laughing, so pleased I was back with Danny.
"I guess so" he replied, laughing with me.
"What does this mean for us Danny? " I asked. It had been playing on my mind for a few hours now and I didn't want to give myself time to over think it.
"Well," he said "there is no way I'm letting you go for a second time. These last two days have been hell for me Jess. I hardly slept, ate, I did nothing but drink and work. I can't cope without you. Jess, will you marry me?"
I gasped and felt tears roll down my cheeks. "Yes Danny, of course I will"
Several Months Later
I stood in the lobby waiting for my music to start so I could walk down the aisle to Danny. My big day was finally here. The day I'd been waiting for, for so long had finally arrived. I took a deep breath before making my last walk of freedom.
Epilogue
Danny and I lived happily together for the remainder of our lives and gave had three beautiful children. 2 boys and 1 little girl. The children inherited the business and it thrived as I knew it would under them. They never found out about the deviance of their mother and the acts that led to their birth, our marriage and why they never saw their uncle Alvin.
Not the best I've written but I think that it's a fitting ending though it could do with being longer. Review guys :D
