Juliet was still debating whether to approach Claire or not when James called. She had already talked to Ethan, first thing that morning, so she knew he had no memories of the Island. Locke had no clue either. And she didn't want to go to Jack so soon, the man could have the wrong idea and the last thing she needed was for Jack and James fighting for her. Thus it left her with Claire but she wasn't sure that to disturb someone so soon after giving a birth was a good idea.

"Hey there, Blondie." James was too cheerful for that being just a call but Juliet was willing to do anything that could delay any decisions about Claire right now.

"James. How are things going on in precinct?"

"Fine, fine." He paused and Juliet could hear him talking to someone.

"Is everything okay? We can talk later." She suggested but he stopped her.

"Nah, nothing to worry about, just some rookie that still didn't find his way over here." Juliet could almost see him frowning at the unfortunate guy.

"The reason I called you."

She stopped her musings concentrating on James' words.

"How do you feel about visiting our Korean friends?" James finished. Now with them being strangely forgotten on their respective jobs they could do anything they wanted still he felt like asking Juliet before dragging her out of the hospital.

"I'm all for it but why such a sudden rush?"

"Let's say I have some tips on Sayid and I'd prefer to have a little more information on my hands before confronting him."

"Okay. Sun's number is only contact information I have. Give me few minutes to call and check things with her before I call you back."

"I have much better idea. You have all the time you need while I'm driving to you and you can tell me where to go."

Juliet looked at her phone smiling at James eagerness to get to her as soon as possible. No matter what she told him she still could feel how uncomfortable it was for him to leave her out of his sight.

"Hey. Was going to ask how you are these days but it's pretty obvious with that huge smile."

She turned surprised by the sudden intrusion to see Jack looking at her.

"Hello. I didn't see you coming."

"Of course you didn't with all your attention on the phone." He smirked. "Do you need to tell me anything, Juliet?"

She stood there frozen, not knowing what to do. It was only fair for Jack to know she's dating somebody, well for Jack, the father of her son that is. Did she really need all those problems right now? They didn't belong here and all but she owed Jack to be sincere.

"I met someone very special. Maybe you saw him too, he's a cop, been here few days ago because of one of my patients."

It could also be her chance to talk more about others.

"Umm, probably, I'm not sure. You know how it's for me on the work."

"Not seeing anything around you, yes, I remember." She laughed, after all that's how they met and… She stopped herself. It wasn't real, nothing of that. She met Jack Shephard long before any of this.

"By the way, how is your sister doing?"

"Are you interested as a doctor or a family member?" Jack teased being in a suspiciously good mood today. Juliet didn't want to think about another possibility for his actions.

"Both I think."

"She's fine. Though she's acting strangely the last time I saw her. You know like she's seeing not me but someone else."

"Oh." Juliet didn't dare to hope that Claire got her memories back too. However if the loved one was a trigger then maybe giving birth to Aaron…"Is she alone?"

"No. She's with some band guy. Honestly I'd prefer him to stay away from her but she was adamant about that."

Charlie. It had to be Charlie.

"I could talk to her if you want, could try to knock some sense, you know."

"Yeah, that'd be a great idea. Thank you."

He hugged her before walking away but she couldn't care less. James was right about new possibilities opening up to them. Now they had not only Claire but Charlie to talk to. But first things first she had a phone call to make.
