"What's bothering you?" Juliet asked worriedly. She had been watching James for ten minutes now and he didn't turn the page of his book even once while very different emotions changing each other on his face.
"Nothing." He shrugged. "Just not in the reading mood today."
"James?!" She glared at him knowing too well how he was, how they both were, but determined to do her best to become more open with each other.
"Okay, there's something but it's nothing for you to worry, just a feeling. You know those crazy ones we sometimes have here."
"Tell me."
"Things were okay while there were only two of us but after meeting with our Korean love birds yesterday I can't stop thinking that everything changed." He paused. "I know it sounds childishly like I'm being jealous and all. Just…"
"It's not about us meeting Sun and Jin but meeting other people who remember. It makes things official." Juliet suggested. Now thinking of this she realized she felt same way.
"Exactly" James nodded grateful that she found the right words. "How did it happen that you're better at wording than me?"
"I always told you I'm much better at cons. Guess it's time for you to finally admit it." She smirked but she knew the conversation wasn't over.
"With them added to the picture it's like we can't wait anymore." James whispered after a while. "Like our time here is over."
"I know." She took his hand in hers. "But no matter what is waiting for us in the future we will be together."
"Always Blondie."
Their eyes met and there was no need to say anything anymore. They both knew that they would find each other in any crazy world that destiny put them in. He was her Prince Charming and she was his Goldilocks and they would get their fairy tale happy ending.
