Chapter 18: Saturday, Coming Home Part 2

As I was about to leave Ichigo's house, another boy stepped through the door. A boy who looked exactly like Ichigo, named Hichigo. I turned to see Ichigo, glaring at the new boy with dark eyes.

"Well, well, if it isn't little Ichigo. Why didn't you tell me you were coming back?" Hichigo smirked.

"Maybe I didn't want to!" Ichigo shouted in a dark voice.

"Ichigo, who is this?" I finally asked.

"That guy, is Kurosaki Hichigo. My twin brother." Ichigo answered with a tinge of anger in his voice. His twin brother?! When he said he had a large family, he wasn't kidding! I mean, two twins living under one roof…

"Oh and who's this?" I felt Hichigo sling his arm around my shoulders and had his face quite close to mine as he looked at my face.

"HEY! Leave Kurara alone!" Ichigo exclaimed as he grabbed my hand and pulled me away from Hichigo.

"Hmph! Looks like the king's acting up again. What, she's your girlfriend?" Hichigo smirked. Why does everyone here think I'm his girlfriend?!

"No, but she's my classmate and roommate so back off!" Ichigo glared at the white hair boy. The boy just gave a soft cackle.

"Ichigo, what's going on?" Yuzu came out again and stopped once she saw Hichigo. "Oh, Hichigo. You're back." She said in a soft voice.

"Hey Yuzu! Thanks for the warm welcome." I could sense a bit of sarcasm in Hichigo's voice.

"Why do you even bother coming back here?! Didn't you say you belong better with them?" Ichigo spat. Them?

"Come on Ichigo, what's wrong with wanting to come back home once in a while?" Hichigo smirked.

"After what you did, you still dare call this your home!" I was practically caught in the middle of a stare down between the two brothers, I could see lightning coming out from their eyes. For your information, my hand is still grabbed by Ichigo.

"Uhm, Kurara-nee. I think it's better if you come out from there." Yuzu offered as she held my other hand and brought me to her room.

"Yuzu? Kurara-nee? What's wrong?" Karin asked, taking off her earphones and got off her bed.

"It's the boys. They're at it again." Yuzu sighed.

"Again? You mean this is normal?" I asked and the two girls nodded. "But why, aren't they brothers, twins moreover. Shouldn't they be closer like you guys?"

"I guess we can tell her." Karin said and Yuzu agreed. "You know that our mother isn't here right." I nodded at her words. "Well, eight years ago, Hichigo and our mom were out and were getting back home. But Hichigo lost hold of his ball and ran straight for it as it rolled on the road. At that time, a car was speeding in towards Hichigo and our mother ran to save him, but…" Karin couldn't even finish as tears were about to fall from her eyes. Yuzu started weeping as well.

"I'm sorry I had to make you guys remember that." I said calmly as I hugged the two of them for comfort.

"Anyways, after our mother's death we were all really broken. Everyone except Hichigo. He wasn't even bothered by the fact that our mother died, because of him. That made Ichigo hate him even more. After that, Hichigo started to turn into something else. He became more distant with us. He always left the town to go fight with gangs, he practically almost had a criminal record. He also takes away money from dad, making things really hard for us to make money, and with his criminal record, it's even harder for dad to get customers." Karin explained as she wiped her tears.

"But Hichigo never cared for us. He just continued with his own way. That's why Ichigo isn't close with him anymore. That's why Ichigo left to Gotei Academy. To get good results and hopefully make things easier for us." Yuzu continued. I never knew Ichigo went through all that to get to the academy. Everyone thought that Ichigo came here by luck, but he must have really worked hard to help his family. "He's always tried to smile for us, but we all know that smile is fake. Even at the academy, he always had to put a fake smile to forget about the problem we're facing."

"Until he met you." Karin said. What? "Ever since you came to his life, he's always been so happy talking about what happened at school. I think you really changed him Kurara-nee." She smiled. I could feel a blush coming up on my face. Suddenly we heard a loud bang and the three of us rushed down to find the front door wide open and Ichigo's dad standing in front.

"Dad! What happened?" Yuzu cried out.

"They're at it again. They'll just never learn." He sighed. I have to stop them. Before things get even worse! "Kurara-chan! Where are you going?!" I quickly wore my shoes and rushed out of the door.

"To stop those two idiots!" I stated and ran out. If this is a fight between Ichigo and his evil twin, things will surely end badly. I had to get to them before things get worse.

"BASTARD!" followed by a loud thud. I quickly ran towards the sound and saw Ichigo and Hichigo having a fist battle in a field.

"Ichigo!" I cried out and I rushed down to try and stop them.

"DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH PAIN YOU'VE CAUSED US?! DO YOU?!" Ichigo exclaimed and punched Hichigo in the face. "YOU TOOK MONEY FROM US! MADE US A FAMILY HOLDING A CRIMINAL! AND TOOK MOM AWAY FROM US!" Ichigo went in for a kick but missed. "DO YOU HAVE EVEN AN OUNCE OF SHAME?!" Ichigo and Hichigo then went in and punched each other's faces. They're all bloodied and bruised. Just how much do they hate each other?!

"Stupid. I never felt anything for you guys at all. I've been just taking advantage of you all. I'm surprised they still think of me as family." Hichigo smirked.

"ARGH!" Ichigo flared and started to get even more serious. Their faces were all bruised and cut. Traces of blood could be seen near their lips. As Ichigo was about to punch Hichigo, I rushed to step in.

"Ichigo! Stop!" I screamed and grabbed his fist before it hit Hichigo. "Stop this! Fighting isn't gonna solve anything! Look at yourself. You're practically not acting like yourself. You don't fight. Please Ichigo. Just let it go!" I pleaded as I held onto his fist with all my might.

"Kurara, get away! This is my fight and I'm gonna settle things this way!" Ichigo exclaimed and tried to get his fist off from my grip.

"Please Ichigo! Just listen to yourself! This isn't like you!" I cried out, tears were about fall as I held onto his hand. Just then, I felt someone from behind about to launch a punch at us. Ichigo saw it too and held me in his arms to protect me. But the impact never came.

"Man, you always have to go and cause trouble." I know that voice!

"Ishida-san?!" there he was, standing in front of us, clutching Hichigo's fist which was about to hit us.

"Take him away." Ishida-san said and soon policemen came out from the bushes, grabbing onto Hichigo. "I'll leave the rest to you." The policemen nodded and left with Hichigo.

"Uryu?! What are you doing here?" Ichigo exclaimed as he loosened his grip on me.

"It was thanks to your dad we're here."Ishida-san explained.

"Dad?" Ichigo asked.

"He knew once you two see each other things are gonna get rough. So he called my dad to come over to help. And since he isn't free, I had to come over. Such a pain." Ishida-san explained.

"ICHIGO!" another familiar voice screamed and I was pushed away from Ichigo's arms. Luckily Ishida-san was there to catch me. "Ichigo! I'm so glad you're alright. When I heard that you were fighting with Hichigo I came here at double the speed!" Orihime cried out as she tightly squeezed Ichigo in her arms.

"I…Inoue! Can't…Breathe!" Ichigo stuttered as he tried to grasp for air. He's practically turning blue in the face. Orihime saw and quickly let go of her arms. "Man Inoue! I'm already injured! I don't wanna get suffocated at the end!" Ichigo complained.

"Man these two are such a pain." Ishida-san muttered. I gave a slight giggle.

At home:

"Ow! It stings!" Ichigo grunted as I tend to his cuts.

"Are you ok? It's a little swollen so just hang in there." I said as I continued putting the medicine.

"Thank god he didn't do worse or else my reputation of a prince will be ruined." Ichigo joked.

"If you can still joke like that, I think you're just fine." I sighed.

"But…Why did you just jump out like that? You could have gotten really hurt." Ichigo said.

"Well, I have my reasons. One of them is that I didn't want to see you get hurt." I smiled as Ichigo gazed into my eyes. Suddenly I was embraced in strong arms.

"I'm just glad, you're alright." Ichigo murmured. I couldn't help but smile. Then I felt a pair of eyes looking at us. I turned to see the door slightly open, with two eyes looking through the gap. What the?!

"Ichigo! I knew you two were going out!" his dad came barging in.

"Idiot! Don't just come in without knocking!" Ichigo exclaimed and punched him in the face. Ok, he's definitely fine. I gave a soft laugh as I saw the two bickering men.

Done! Announcement: For all the Kuchiki fans, I need help on ideas where Kuchiki and Kurara are having lovey times. Cause I have loads of ideas for the other two and I'm just leaving Kuchiki out :( So if you want to see more Kuchiki, pls review your ideas.
