Haruhi's POV

The next day I woke up with the sun in my face, reminding me instantly of home. But in no way, shape, or form am I wanting this break to end. It's gotten so interesting so far. My dad would understand, seeing how he travels sometimes during the summer to see his friends from work. Maybe I'll go back to work at the hotel this summer, who knows. Maybe this time they won't follow me.

Going into the bathroom I changed into my clothes and put on what my dad packed for me. Ugh, he always packs the girliest stuff. Pulling out the pink knee length shorts I sighed before sloping them on. All that was left was the white and purple sideways stripped tank top.

"This is going to be great." I muttered running the brush one last time through my brown hair.

A knock came from my front door and I hesitantly opened it, knowing all to well who it was. The second I began to pull it back it came soaring open and Tamaki stood there all "commoner-ed" up as he would say. Taking a large step back I waited for him to explode, and he did.

"Oh my baby girl, daddy loves you so much!" He wrapped his arms around me squeezing out my appetite. "You look so cute in those close!"

The twins came in rubbing their eyes from lack of sleep and stopped in their tracks. Kaoru smiled while Hikaru stared wide eyes. Tamaki put his right arm around me and smiled, giving the heads up on whose fault it is. The twins gave us the thumbs up.

"Way to go dad!" The cheered, causing Mori, Honey, and Kyoya to come piling in.

"What's going on." Honey whined, rubbing the sleepy out of his eyes. Mori was carrying him and Kyoya had to move on past them to see what was going on.

"Haruhi's dad did us all a favor." Hikaru said with a scheming smirk. Tamaki shot him a glare while winking at me then picked me up bridal style.

"Tamaki-sempi, put me down!" I ordered fighting the urge to laugh, there was footsteps in the doorway and Joceline with Yuki and the others appeared in the doorway. We all froze.

"Ugh, hey guys..." She said awkwardly, "I ran into these guys on the way here from the kitchen...breakfast is ready."

Kyo and Yuki were in the doorway frozen like white, blobby, tube men. Tohru just smiled politely next to Momiji. Hey, I got all their names! Taping Tamaki's shoulder I got him to set me down and I smiled.

"Well, let's go everyone." I said, "Hey are you guys having breakfast with us?"

Tohru nodded as the boys slowly came back to reality. We all walked as one big group to the room where breakfast was served. Our hostess greeted us, a worried look on her face. "You all are eating together?"

"Yeah." Kyo said giving her a serious look, forcing a smile out of her.

"Right this way."

Leading us all into the nice sized room we took our seats. Tamaki was between Kyoya and Yuki, I was next to Joceline and Tohru, and sitting across from me was Kyo then Mori, Honey, and Momiji. It was nice to have breakfast with everyone together, but it was a shame my other friends had to stay back home. Ari would have loved the nature being the nature boy that he is. Me, I'm more of a book worm.

Tohru got up to serve us and Momiji told her to let him do it as a gift. We all thanked him except for Kyo, he just shrugged. Gosh, it's jerks like that who make me sick.

"So, what high school do you guys attend?" Honey asked Momiji, taking a bit of a chocolate covered strawberry. The boy smiled.

"We all go to Kaibara high, not to far from here."

"Are you in high school too?" He asked joyfully seeing another high schooler his height.

"You bet!" He gave the thumbs up.

They began to talk nonstop about their heightened various joys in life while Tohru talked to Joceline and I. Tamaki began to question air the two cousins. We all seemed to be getting along very good for the first day, I only wished it could last longer.

"You? A martial arts master?" Kyo said with a laugh in disbelief. "A hell, that's the best joke I've heard yet!"

"Stupid cat," Yuki said throwing banana slices at his face, one got the boy in the eye. "you're being rude."

"What's it to you, you damn rat?" He hollered wiping the diced food off himself.

Tohru got this worried look on her face as the orange haired boy began to rant. I knew something would decide my hatred for him, I thought going for the pile of eggs.

"I can so fight." Honey said with a smile, then got up from the table. "We can have a little match later if you like."

Momiji gasped, "Let me go call Haru! He's gunna wanna see this!"

"Don't decide things on you're own!" Kyo shouted as he left, Tamaki sighed.

"Just like Honey." He said as he turned towards Yuki. "May I ask what you do in you're school?"

"I'm the preside-"

"Beautiful! You are now my brother and second king ruling for the common people!" Puting his arm around him he smiled, "I am the King of this club!"

"What is you're club, exactly?" Tohru asked innocently. I gasped.

She didn't just ask Tamaki Suoh what-"

"The Ouran High School Hosts Club!"

Kyo and Yuki went pale.

"What's that?" She asked. The boys covered Tamaki's mouth quickly while the rest of the host club watched in silence.

"Don't worry about it ." Yuki said, taking his feminine hands back to his side. Kyo crossed his arms and looked away from him, muttering something under his breath.

With all of this happening Joceline will never want to stay in Japan, I thought to myself taking a bite out of my breakfast. Tamaki stood there dumb founded and a low rumbling noise came from underneath the floorboard. The Host Club and I exchanged glances. "Oh no."

"Ahahahahahahahahaha!" Rengea evilly laughed coming in with her usual appearance. The Sohma's jumped back and Yuki told Tohru to stay with them.

"Rengea," Kyoya stated pushing up his glasses, "when did you decide to drop by?" His glasses glared with his narrowed eyes.

"Well, I'm apart of the Host Club too!" She whined happily jumping off her pedestal. I let out a sigh and glanced over at Joceline, and she looked shocked beyond belief.

"Joceline, this is Rengea, and she is our manager." Leaning in I quietly added, "Sorry you had to meet her."

"No, no, no," she said, regaining her composure. "it's cool."

Momiji came prancing in mid sentence; he stopped cold when he saw all of us standing around with one extra person. After facing introductions once more, and seeing Momiji and Hunny take off towards the back field Joceline and I began talking once again joined by Tohru and Rengea this time. Tamaki pulled Yuki towards him and took off towards another direction.

Tohru looked off after them, and she seemed worried. Then again, it was Tamaki, so she had every right to be worried. There was a huge crash and a female voice coming from the entry, and we all ran out too see what it was.

The hostess began screaming at some kid, and he looked at her dully. She apologized and dropped to her knees. "I'm sorry, I should have called you over the second they arrived without you!"

He kindly smiled, "No, mam, it's alright. Thank you for the apology and all, but I am just happy to meet new guests." His attention turned towards us, and then his eyes met mine. With the most polite dialect and poise I could ever imagine he hurried over and bowed, "It's a pleasure to meet you; I am Hatsuharu Sohma, but you can call me Haru."

I bowed back and motioned for Joceline to do the same, "Thank you for letting us stay at the hot spring. You're family owns it right?"

He chuckled, "You could say that-"

"HARU!" The little boy yelled jumping onto his back. Hunny came rushing in behind him with a smiled, and he quickly introduced himself.

The boy looked confused for a second, and then he sighed glancing up at the ceiling. I introduced everyone and let Joceline introduce herself, and she was happy too mentioning that she needed some practice. Kyo came in looking irritated.

"Oh great, you're here." He said dully, and Haru smiled.

"Well, Kyo it seems you haven't changed a bit."

"It's only been a couple days!"

"Hey, Haruhi," Joceline said giving me a tap on the shoulder, "You were very polite just then, why? I didn't think you'd be that kind of person; no offense, I mean, but, you see-"

Laughing I held my hand up, "I know what you mean. And no, honestly I wouldn't care and didn't really. But it was mostly for Tamaki and an apology for when he meets the others."

"Why are you apologizing for that?"

"Have you seen them?" I halfway joked which made her laugh. Tohru joined in then went to go talk to the others for a second, and I raised my eyebrows when she made eye contact with Kyo. Mentally spalling myself I exhaled, Come on, Haruhi, you've been hanging out with Tamaki too much.

"OH YEAH? COME ON LITTLE KITTY CAT AND TRY ONE ON ME!" Haru suddenly yelled, and he gave Kyo a shove pressing him back into the wall. "WHEN I'M DONE WITH YOU, YOU WONT BE WALKING FOR A WEEK!"

Kyo rumbled his shoulder, "Keep dreaming!"

"BRING IT!"

Joceline shrunk behind me and I slapped my face for real this time, and kept it covered with my hand. She'll never want to stay if their acting like this. Tohru gulped and backed up, then suggested we do the same. When I asked she got all frozen with nervousness and looked ahead at them who had already readied theirselves for an attack.

"Black Haru." She said quietly, then jumped as Kyo flew into Haru bringing him down to the floor.

The twins came in and evil smiled played across their faces, and soon enough they were chanting alongside Momiji and Hunny, "Fight, fight, fight, fight!"

Tamaki and Yuki rushed in startled, and Tamaki shouted for Kyoya to start the biographies for the two. Yuki tightly shut his eyes and a really irritated look appeared on his pale face. Tohru ran over to Yuki and asked what she should do, and he told her to not get between them. Haru had this look in his eye that almost petrified me with how dark it looked.

Haru kicked Kyo in the jaw and upper cut him in the stomach sending him almost through the roof. He backlashed immediately with a swift punch in the rib which sent Haru out into the front lawn. I blinked noticing his hair color, and tilted my head to the side seeing white layers hanging over black.

"Haruhi, what should we do?" Joceline asked scared beyond belief. I looked at Tamaki and Kyoya who both were intensively watching and asked for their help. Tamaki rushed over and took her hand lightly kissing it.

"Princess, do not worry for I shall comfort you-" She pushed him away and backed up towards the hall, "I told you that I don't like that!"

I watched her take off down the hall as everyone turned towards her. Haru looked in her direction and his hands ran through his multicolored hair, and he muttered something under his breath. Kyo just stared while Yuki muttered, "Stupid cat", and then Kyo retorted with, "Damn rat". Looking up at Tamaki I sighed, "Great."

"What was that?" Kaoru asked dying of laughter, and Hikaru mimicked, "She looked terrified!"

"Knock it off you two!" I shouted, then watched Tamaki give off a sad look.

"We didn't mean to depress her-"

"Well, that's what happened!" Kyo shouted, then stormed off. Looking at Tohru I asked where he was going, and she sighed.

"The roof."

"Alright men," Tamaki shouted, "Plan 'B' is now a go!"

Yuki walked over to me, and stopped within a foot, "Is she a member of the club as well?"

"No," I said defeated, "When we were offered this trip she was also invited by her cousin who gave us the tickets to begin with, and she's from America studying abroad. She will leave soon after this if me and the others can't convince her to stay."

"It looks like you guys did just the opposite." Haru said, walking inside and joining us. I gave him a funny look, "What was that just then?"

"Allow me to explain, ." Yuki said, stepping in, "Haru has two personalities that switched very easily. With the slightest accusation he will set off, and we nicknamed that side 'Black Haru'."

"Well, someone better go explain that to Joceline." Kyoya said, pushing up his glasses yet again. Tamaki smiled brightly and puffed out his chest, "Me being the King of this club it would be best if I do it!"

"But she likes us better!" Kaoru and Hikaru exclaimed, and I rolled my eyes.

"You guys were just laughing at her several minutes ago!" Crossing my arms I looked over at Tamaki, "I'll do it. Tohru, would you mind accompanying me?"

"What about me?" Reange asked with pleading eyes. I sighed slumping over in my stance, I had forgotten about her.

"We had forgotten about you." Hikaru said, reading my mind out loud. Kaoru nodded, "Yeah, who are you again?"

She gasped and ran over to Kyoya who easily ignored her. I motioned for Tohru to come and follow me, and quickly waved bye to Haru. "It was nice meeting you."

He nodded then Momiji sighed, "I guess we didn't get the chance to see Hunny fight this morning..."

The boy smiled, "A fights a fight, no matter who it is."

Tohru and I left after that to go find her room. Tohru mostly talked about how she was going to apologize, and I giggled hearing how polite she was. I really hoped Joceline wasn't mad, and it was already going to be harder with her already drawing away like this. I assumed she just had a low self of steam and really was brave for having the courage to go overseas at such a young age, but I guess I was wrong.

We made it too her room and we waited outside for several minutes. The both of us were stumped on how to approach her. Tohru had a kind heart and was bound to make her feel better, but I am awkward and don't really have anything going of me on the subject. Looking down the hallway I heard footsteps above us, and Tohru muttered Kyo's name. Opening the door we eased our way in.

I'm expecting an apology from every one of them later on.

I learned more on grammar this week in English so hopefully it will benefit me a bit. (I swear I'm not as stupid as I sound).
