Chapter 11 – meeting her parents
Hay guys, I am sorry for the long wait bit I have a lot on my mind right now (as you may know I live in Israel and if you listen to the world news you would know the situation here is not the best…) and I have a writer block.
By the way, if anyone has ideas for the next chapter PLEASE PM me, I am really desperate!
Ally POV
It's been 2 weeks since I came to Hollywood's Town School and got in the elite team. For now I am a back dancer until the auditions for the female lead to replace Sabrina who by the way was the lead female. Those will be held a week from now. But today is the first day of school! Usually I am not that excited for school but today I start HTS so I am so excited!
I am still in bed since it's really early, but I woke up from Trish' snoring. She will never admit it but she is snoring and they are really loud! I would usually just use magic to shut her up like I always do but yesterday she fell asleep after me and now I just know that I can't go back to sleep anyway, since I could never go back to sleep if someone disturbs my sleep. The spell is actually a spell my mom created after she married my dad. She had to create it since without a spell to shut up my dad's snoring that sounds like you are next to a train, you will spend the entire night prying that you were deaf. Luckily unlike my transporting spell this is not an individual spell but a public spell so everyone who knows about it (like me) can do it.
*Knock* *Knock*
I hear someone knock on my bedroom door. I get up and open it. As I open it I see Austin face, well chest, like I said I am pretty short like 4 feet 4 and he is really tall like 5 feet 6 so he is really tall for our age (don't forget we are only 12 years old).
"Hey Als." He said smiling.
"Hey Aus! Not that I am not happy that you are here but what are you doing here…" I said and looked at my watch the time was 4:15 AM. "…at 4:15 AM?" I asked him.
He chuckled, "Well I knew that you were awake and I figured that you wouldn't want to go back to sleep, so I wanted to ask you if you want to hang out in the basement until everyone wakes up. So do you?" He asked.
"Umm sure…" I said smiling, I always loved hanging out with Austin, as toddlers and now that we are almost teenagers it is still the same, we just not going to play dolls and race cars, but probably video games and thing like that. Wait how did he know that I if I really was awake? Well to ask myself won't give me answers so I just asked him. "Austin how did you know I wasn't asleep and that I wasn't going go back to sleep, if I really was awake?"
"Well first, everyone can hear Trish' snoring, and since my room is right bellow yours I could hear it loud and clear." He said and chuckled again. "And ever since we were like 3 months old if someone would disturb you sleep." He finished. "And by the way I think your pajamas are really cute." He added and kissed my nose. I just blushed. I am wearing a footie pajamas, it was red and had a puppet face on it, I am not sure who is it but it looked really childish. It has big eyes, orange nose and really big black mouth (1)* I wore only because in the past few days the night have been really cold, and yesterday Brooke "accidentally" spilled hot chocolate over my only worm pajamas so Cassidy led me those pajamas, though it's not hers I am shorter than her so her won't fit, those were her 10 year olds' sister, she left them here in her last visit. I would have borrowed from one of the other girls but none would fit me since I am shorter than the other girls, the only one who is not taller than me is Trish but I am skinner, and I didn't think about using magic, but now I can just use magic… I looked over to Trish to see her still fast asleep, good.
"Here let me just change." I said and quickly snapped my figures to change in to a white knitted jumper that's really worm and some long sweet pants that were blue and pink. And then I put slippers that had fur and were super comfortable and worm.* It all took about the time it takes to snap you fingers, so about 2 seconds.
"Ready!" I said and Austin took me to the basement.
When we got there we just fell on the couch, and he hugged me with one arm. We cuddled for few minutes, when I finally realized that I met Austin parents few days since we found each other, but Austin didn't meet mine and that he never met my little sister. Now it might be night here in LA but in Israel now it's something in the afternoon (here its 10 hours earlier). Great, that means they all supposed to be home by now.
"Hey, Aus. What time is it?' I asked lifting my head from its place on Austin's chest.
"Umm, it's 4:25AM, why?" he asked confused.
"Well if it's 4:25 AM here it means back home it's 2:25 PM, that means that everyone is home!" I exclaimed.
"Home?" he asked, confusion written all over his face, "And who is 'everyone'?" he added.
"Israel! And by everyone I mean my family! They will be so happy to see you! They still think you are… you know." I said, trailing off in the end, I still find talking about those 6 years and about Austin's death, even if it wasn't true.
"Yea… and it will be great! I miss your family!" He exclaimed.
"Okay, let's just change and go." I said and we both snapped our fingers. So now he is wearing a dark grey with Pokémon picture on it, navy jeans, yellow high tops and yellow beats headphones, like I said before, this guy can't go anywhere without them. I am wearing a simple, knee-length white skirt, white, long-sleeved white sweatshirt that had pink flowers printings on it, cute pink sandals and the necklace Austin gave me as my "Heart keeper present".
"Okay, let's go." I said.
"Umm, how are we going to go there?" He asked confused.
"I have my transporting spell." I said, he probably forgot since I told him about it before, and he saw me transporting Rosie from the palace to his parents' house.
"Oh, yea, I forgot about that." He said. Like I said, he forgot. "Can I do the spell?" he added.
Austin POV
"Oh, yea, I forgot about that." I said. I totally forgot that Ally can do a transporting spell. I wish I could too, I love casting spells I never did before. May if I ask she will tell me how to do it and I will. "Can I do the spell?" I asked her. I wish she would say yes!
"No…" she replied, oh man I really wanted. But why not? Wait why I am asking myself?
"But why not?" I said, whining.
"Look, you can't do it." She said.
"What do you mean?" I asked confused.
"I mean, when I created this spell accidentally I created it as an individual spell. That means the only one who can cast this spell. I am sorry. I know you really wanted." She said with a sad smile.
"Individual spell, I have heard about it… you know maybe I can so it…" I said, I heard that individual spell can be casted only by the wizard who created the spell. But I heard that in really rare occasions there is one other person who can do it. This person can be only the wizard's "Heart Keeper" Of course this can happen only when this "Heart keeper" is a wizard too. And even when the "Heart Keeper" is a wizard too (which is rare by itself) it's not always working. I just hope here it will work.
"What? I just told you, I am the only one who can do it." She asked confused.
"I heard that sometimes, when a wizard creates an individual spell, if his or her "heart keeper" is a wizard as well the heart keeper can do it as well. It's rare, but maybe it will work for us."
"Ohh, okay then, you just need to say 'I want to go to, say where, open a door and take me there!' and the door will appear here if it works." She said.
"Okay, so, I want to go to the Dawson family's house, open a door and take me there!" I said and for a second nothing happen and I think it didn't work, but a second later a door appeared out of nowhere.
"Austin you just did a transporting spell!" Ally exclaimed and hugged me.
I just laugh and hug her.
"Come on lets go." She said and opened the door. Through the doo all I could see is anther door, though on it there is a sign saying "ברוכים הבאים לבית משפחת דוסון" meaning "Welcome to the Dawson family's house" in Hebrew. Well they do live in Israel, they speak Hebrew here. I guess the door I created led us to the Dawson's front door.
We go through the door I created and close it afterwards. The door disappears as we close it. Ally knocks on her family's door.
(A/N From now I will write it in English, but they are talking in Hebrew, and remember, Austin knows Hebrew, as he lived in Israel for the first 6 year of his live, but not the best as he didn't talk or read Hebrew for 6 years)
I heard footsteps and then someone opened the door. It is a young woman about 20, with black hair and she had a pretty big baby bump, I guess this is Kira, I remember her, and Ally told me that Kira was pregnant.
"Hell… Ally?" Kira was about to great us when she noticed her little sister.
"Hey Kir!" Ally replied smiling. Well it was a half smile half smirk, I guess from her sister surprised face.
"ALLY!" Kira exclaimed. "What are you doing here?" She added confused.
"Wow Kira, I missed you too." Ally replied sarcastically.
"What? Oh of coursed I missed you! We all missed you! Come here." She said and opened her hands for a hug. Ally laughed and hugged her sister tightly; well as tightly as you can hug a pregnant woman (I believe she is 9 months already).
As they break the hug Kira finally noticed me. "Who is that? He looks familiar…" she said.
"Kira, I can't believe you don't recognize me! I recognized you in a second!" I said. I talked in English even though I know Hebrew (that's how I knew what the girls were saying) but I am not the best, and I may be able to understand what they are saying but I can't speak, well not without making mistakes. I can hear Ally trying not to laugh.
"How? Wait this voice, blonde hair and hazel eyes are really familiar, wait Austin?" she said, confused.
"Yep that's me!" I said with a grin.
"Oh my god! Austin!" she exclaimed and tackled me into a hug. Did I mention that since I don't have older siblings and don't have sisters at all, so she kinda took the part of being my 'big sister'? Because she did, after I heard the entire Dawson family died I was devastated and not just for Ally but for my 'sister' as well.
"Hey Kira!" I said and hugged her back.
We pull apart and I can see her smiling. As she opens her mouth to say something she gets cut off by a woman's voice from inside the house.
"Kira, who is at the door?"
"Mom, come here!" Kira called, I guess The voice was belong to Penny, Ally's mom.
"Coming!" I heard Penny saying and then I saw her, she looks just like 6 years ago, minus the baby bump she had back then.
"What is it Ki… Ally?" she started asking Kira as she saw her other daughter.
"Hey mom!" Ally said and hugged her mom.
"Ohh sweetie we missed you!" Penny told her daughter s they pulled away from the hug they shared.
"I missed you too!" Ally said, smiling.
"And who is that?" The woman who I used to call my second mother asked confused as she saw me.
"Mom this is Austin Moon…" Ally said, trilling off at the end. Her mom's eyes that showed confusion earlier widen as she heard my name. Well not every day you meet the boy who was basically another son to you and you thought died over 6 years before.
"Au… Austin? But how?" she shuttered.
"It's a long story. I think it will be better if we all go inside and Austin and I will tell all the family in the same time." Ally told her mom.
"Okay, come on in, you can go to the dining room, and sit, I will call the rest of the family and tell them there is a family meeting." Penny said.
"Everyone is home?" Ally asked, as we entered her family's house.
"Yea, the boys are…" Her mom continued but I couldn't understand what as she was talking Hebrew and like I said I am not the best in this language. Then Penny walked upstairs.
"Ally, what did your mom said?" I asked Ally.
"That my brothers are all in their individual bedrooms and each of them is with a girl, the twins, Ben and Den, are with their heart Keepers, Bella and Ofir, who are identical twins themselves, Bella is Ben's and Ofir is Den's. Dallas is with his Heart Keeper, who is also my best friend, Amit and Roy is playing with our little sister Layla. And now she went up to call them all." Ally filled me in.
"Okay thanks." I thanked her and kissed her cheek. We never did more than this and since we found each other again we cuddled once or twice.
"You know, you should do what I do when they talk to me at school in English but I can't understand them…" She told me.
"What do you do?" I asked.
"If you would have let me finish you would have known, now I don't feel like telling you." She told me and turned her back to me.
"Please Ally, I will do everything!" I pleaded.
Ally POV
"Please Ally, I will do everything!" He pleaded. I smirked, I knew exactly what I wanted.
"Everything?" I asked.
"Everything! Just please tell me!" He said. Wow he was really desperate, how come he hadn't figure it out himself. Well I was always the smart one.
"Okay so you have to do my chores at the house for a month." I said, it will be so great. In the house there are chores to each resident in the house. The basic one is for everyone and it is to make your bed every morning and clean your room spotless (without washing, but cleaning the dust, organize and stuff like that) every other day (technically it's every day but we each have a roommate so we do like one day one roommate clean and the next day the other roommate), and clean the dishes once every two weeks (each day another kid do the dishes of the either day). Beside that I have the girls' laundry which I do with Trish (we separate the girls' from the boys'. The boys do there and we girls do ours, we do that to prevent awkward situations.) And I cook the meals once a week (only the girls cook, because the boys will probably burn water so… and every day we switch. The girl who cooks never cleaning the dishes on the same day.).
So I might not be able to let him do the girls laundry, but Austin can cook (magic can do miracles) so he will cook when it's my turn, make my bed and clean my room (Trish will be happy).
"Do your chores? But I have my own!" He whined. I smirked again.
"Okay so I won't tell you…" I trailed off. From the corner of my eye I can see my sister try not to laugh. My little sister, my parents, my brothers and their girlfriends are all there, standing and try not to laugh as well. I guess that they have been here for long enough to know what we are talking about.
"No! Please tell me, I will do your chores for a month." He pleaded again.
"Oh, but now its two months." I said. I can that I almost broke him.
"Oh come on dude, just use mmmphh..." Dallas started to say but I just used magic to make his mouth to zip itself so he wouldn't tell Austin.
"Hush!" I told my family and turned back to Austin. "Do we have a deal?"
"Yes… I will do your chores for 2 months..." he said sadly. "Now tell me."
"Okay." I said with a sweet smile. "Just say 'I want to know what they say but can't understand, put some subtitles in English' and to make it disappear just say 'I am done, goodbye.' And that's it." I said and his face fell when he realized how stupid he was.
"Really Als, you made me agree for two months of chores for this spell?" He asked and I laughed and nodded. "Okay, but just so you know I hate you!" he said. I just laughed even harder.
"Aww I love you too." I laughed and high-fived Kira who was laughing too.
The rest of my family (except my mom and Dallas) looked confused. Austin just rolled his eyes and did the spell.
"Hey Ally, who is that?" My big brother, Ben, asked.
"Really Benster (1), I can't believe you don't recognize me!" Austin faked a gasp. I saw my brother's eyes widen and I knew he realized who Austin was. I guess he figured this from two things, one, Austin and I were totally flirting earlier, and second, only Austin calls Ben, Benster.
"What no one calls me that beside Aus… wait Austin? But you were dead?" Ben said confused and shocked.
"Surprised?" Austin said, well it sounded more of 'asked' rather than 'said'.
"Austin was told I was dead and I was told he was dead. But when I got to HTS two weeks ago we met and now we know the truth, Jackson, did that, probably so he can, one, prevent us from being together so we won't stop the rivalry between the Moon Kingdom and the Diamond kingdom. And two, have me so his descendants will be power full since I am a 3rd generation of all Wizards, I mean both mom and dad, and all four of our great parents are all wizards. He is a second generation, both his parents are but they each have one wizard parent and one mortal." I explained. By now we are all sitting at the dining table. Even Bella, Ofir and Amit, like I said before, once you are a heart keeper you are part of your wizard's family.
"Okay, welcome back man, I am glad to see my little sister happy again." Ben said and the rest of the family nodded in agreement.
"Thanks and believe me I am happy I found Ally back." He said smiling and wrapped his arm around my shoulders.
"Dallas, Amit how is that you don't seem to be surprised by all of that?" Den asked when he finally realized they weren't as surprised as they other members of our family.
"Wellll… we sort of, kinda already knew about everything." Dallas said dragging the 'ell'.
"Dallas you knew Austin was okay and you didn't say a thing?" My mom scolded at my twin brother.
"Yes, but only because Ally told me not to!" He confessed.
"Ally, is that true?" My dad asked me.
"Yes, because I wanted to tell you guys by myself." I said.
"Okay, but why did you tell Dallas? You two weren't in the best terms for years." My dad asked.
"I didn't mean to, 2 days ago I was video chatting Amit, when Dallas came and joined the conversation. While talking to them Austin came and hugged me. Amit asked who he was and I told her. Dallas heard then, he wanted to tell you but I told him not because I was going to visit anyway…" I told him.
"Oh, its fine, just never hide things that important again, okay sweetie?" My mom said.
"Okay, sorry."
"Okay so, I just finished making lunch when you came, will you two join us for it?" My mom asked smiling. I looked at Austin, we ate a really big dinner and it was like 5 hours ago.
"I don't know, we finished eating dinner about 5 hours ago and since it was the last night before school starts we had a mini celebration, but by mini I mean only 14 kids but enough food to feed an army. So we are not really hungry, and we have breakfast in like 2 hours so…" I trailed off. "But we will sit with you; we can eat salad or something." I quickly added as I saw my mom's smile falling.
"Okay. So take a sit every one, I will go bring the food." My mom said, smiling again. I got up to help but she just told me that today I am a guest. I felt bad that my doing everything without help but then Bella, Ofir and Amit get up to help (Layla is too young to help, Kira is 9 months pregnant and I wasn't allowed to help).
"So Kira, when is Amir coming back?" I asked my big sister. If I remember correctly, Amir is supposed to come back in a week, but maybe I am wrong.
"He came back two days after you left, but mom and dad wouldn't let us go back home. They say they want to be there and to be the first to know when their first grandchild is born. Now he is just at work." She replied with a sign.
"Oh bummer, don't worry this kid will be out any day now, a month later you will be back home." I told her with a reassuring smile.
"This if they will let me go back after one month." She said, signing again.
"Ohh honey don't worry, it will be more than a month." My mom said, as she came back with the food. Of course we all laugh at this comment and Kira glared at us.
"Sure laugh all you want but remember in few years you will be pregnant too, and you will be in my shoes." She said frowning.
"You mean Bella, Ofir, Amit and Layla will be in your shoes. By the time I will be pregnant, I will be married and probably living in the palace. And the queen can't leave the palace, especially for a long period of time." I said smirking.
"The palace? The queen?" Ben asked. Oh right I never told them about that I am the one that will be the next to the crown.
"Oh guys there is something I need to tell you…" I started and then told my siblings and the girls (who are practically sisters to me) everything; from being the one who will get the crown when it will get to our family and why, to the fact that since Rosie gave up her place as the crown princess and her sister is going to be the queen in her fiancé's kingdom. After Rosie's mom, the queen, I will be crowned queen of the Diamond kingdom.
After telling them that we ate the food my mom made, well they ate Austin and I weren't hungry. We told them what happened to Austin and just talked for about school and Kira told me that she is having a girl.
At about 15:45 PM (Israeli time) we had to leave since it was 5:45 AM back in Hollywood now and we needed to get up in 6:30 AM and wanted to catch some sleep. So we said our goodbyes, promised to come visit and bring the rest of the Moons as well next time and we left the way we came there.
"I really missed your family you know." Austin said as we reclaimed our spots on the couch.
"Yea I know, I missed your family as well before I saw them." I said.
We cuddled again and soon sleep took over us.

OK so this was the longest chapter of this story, I hope you liked the all meeting the Dawson family thing.
So, next chapter will be the first day of school. And I remind you again, if anyone has ideas, please PM me or even leave it in the reviews, because I am stuck and REALLY desperate! I will give you credit!
Anyway I am off to bed; it's like 1AM now so I am falling asleep while writing.
