So, it has been a very long time... but I found myself thinking about this today,, and logged into my account for the first time in years.
To my surprise, it would appear that this story still gets some small amount of traffic- five years later. I am sorry for abandoning it like I did.
My question is this: how many people out there would sincerely be interested in this story being finished? I was just eighteen when I wrote the previous chapters, and now am twenty three. I would have to reread my own story to reclaim a grip on where I was going with it, and my writing style would probably seem a little different. It ought to be different for the better, though; I'd be confident on that. I very much doubt I will return to fan fiction in any permanent sense, but I dislike leaving this unfinished- if any readers out there still remember this story.
So, if you still want to read the end, please, let me know. If a significant number of people respond (and by that I probably mean around five or more) I really might do it. Otherwise, this will remain the end.
It may look like I've abandoned this account (I largely have), but, for the record, reviews and private messages will still find me. Even if you're reading this another five years in the future! Email notifications are great like that.
I am sorry if anyone has been left hanging with Lyss' story, and I appreciate anyone who has enjoyed it enough to read this far. Don't hesitate to contact me about anything. I promise, I still exist.
Thanks for reading.
