So guys…. It's been six or seven months? Haha.. .ha...

Wow, I suck at updating eh? HERES ANOTHER CHAPTER! If it sucks horribly…. I apologize :D

I own nothing excpet for my OC's which you'll probably notice :) I also most definitely do not own Romeo ad Juliet nor The Tempest. Both written by William Shakespeare.

Tuesday rolled along, and Travis and Katie decided to try and ignore the night from before. However, just because they decided to ignore it, it doesn't mean that the secrets were completely out of their minds.

The couple walked into school on Tuesday morning side by side. Travis held Katie small hand in his own like usual, except this time he gripped on just a bit tighter. Katie leaned into Travis just like every other day, but just a bit closer than usual. The actions were more intimate than intended, but it was subconciously that the two teenagers did these things, as if a special connection was made between the girl and the boy.

Brendan stood by his locker at the end of the hallway watching Katie and Travis walk into homeroom together. He watched as Katie held onto Travis tightly and how her smile grew bigger when he cracked a joke. He saw the gleam in her eyes when Travis held the door open for her and threw on a fake british accent.

"Here you go m'lady."

"Oh why thank you kind sir."

However, Brendan saw the slight touch of nervousness as Katie looked around. He saw how Travis swiftly glanced at another girl (Macy Lewis, Brendan thought) as he followed Katie inside.

He saw how Travis Stoll did not deserve Katie Gardner.

(Wednesday)

"O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo!" Layla exclaimed while dramatically flipping her hair.

"Deny thy father and refuse thy-"

"Okay!" Mr. Martin stood up from his seat and rushed over to the front of the class. "A splendid performance from Layla and Jeremy. Good job! There's another presentation to add onto the list of great Romeo and Juliet performances."

Katie snickered in the back of the class as she noticed Mr. Martin's sarcasm.

"Next up we have… Katie and Travis." The two teens got up from their seats and headed to the front of the class.

"Don't worry Mr. M. This isn't Romeo and Juliet." Travis grinned as he handed their rubric to the teacher.

"Thank you Mr. Stoll. The stage is now yours."

Katie cleared her throat and faced her classmates. "The play that we have chosen for the Shakespeare project is "The Tempest". Our scene features Miranda and Ferdinand only. We have only chosen a certain portion of the scene as we think it needs no more to display an emotion. It takes place in the forest as Ferdinand is doing some work and Miranda comes along. Here they share a very intimate moment.

"Now, presenting "The Tempest" is Katie Gardner and Travis Stoll."

Travis turned away from his classmates and faced Katie. The curly haired boy closed his eyes and took a deep and slow breath. When he re-opened his eyes, Katie stood in front of him with a reassuring smile on her face. Travis opened his mouth, and the words flowed out.

The kids in drama class watched as the scene opened up. Travis and Katie shot lines back and forth at each other with ease. Mr. Martin sat up in his seat and watched the as the two young actors told a story.

Soon enough the scene approached Travis' favourite part. By then, Travis was fully emersed into his role as Ferdinand. The words rolled out of his mouth with no hesitation as he spoke his lines.

"Admired Miranda!

Indeed the top of admiration! worth

What's dearest to the world! Full many a lady

I have eyed with best regard and many a time

The harmony of their tongues hath into bondage

Brought my too diligent ear: for several virtues

Have I liked several women; never any

With so fun soul, but some defect in her

Did quarrel with the noblest grace she owed

And put it to the foil: but you, O you,

So perfect and so peerless, are created

Of every creature's best!"

With a smile, Katie took a deep breath and spoke with a confident voice as she recited her lines.

"I do not know

One of my sex; no woman's face remember,

Save, from my glass, mine own; nor have I seen

More that I may call men than you, good friend,

And my dear father: how features are abroad,

I am skilless of; but, by my modesty,

The jewel in my dower, I would not wish

Any companion in the world but you,

Nor can imagination form a shape,

Besides yourself, to like of. But I prattle

Something too wildly and my father's precepts

I therein do forget."

Travis flashed a small grin at Katie then grabbed her arms. He pulled her closer to his body and breathed out his next lines as he slowly moved his face closer to hers.

"I am in my condition

A prince, Miranda; I do think, a king;

I would, not so!-and would no more endure

This wooden slavery than to suffer

The flesh-fly blow my mouth. Hear my soul speak:

The very instant that I saw you, did

My heart fly to your service; there resides,

To make me slave to it; and for your sake

Am I this patient log—man."

"Do you love me?" Katie spoke as she stared at Travis light blue eyes.

"O heaven, O earth, bear witness to this sound

And crown what I profess with kind event

If I speak true! if hollowly, invert

What best is boded me to mischief! I

Beyond all limit of what else i' the world

Do love, prize, honour you."

"I am a fool

To weep at what I am glad of."

With a final breath, Travis spoke the final words in a closing matter and ended the scene. His hands were now holding Katie's and his face was just inches away from hers. He could feel her breath tickling his face as Travis glanced at Katie's pink lips. With one swift motion, Travis could easily capture her lips in his own.

Katie's gasped slightly and held her breath as she saw Travis slowly lean down. He was just a few inches away...

Mr. Martin stared at the two teenagers for a good and silent moment before a wide grin creeped onto his face. "Wonderful job Mr. Stoll and Ms. Gardner!" He exclaimed while clapping his hands excitedly.

Travis and Katie jolted back before giving Mr. Martin a small smile.

"That is some true emotion there students! Learn from Katie and Travis and apply that to your next project. Everyone, give them a round of applause!"

Slow and obnoxious claps were given as the two teens shuffled towards their seats. Glares coming from Layla and her little group of wannabes followed Katie as she awkwardly sat down.

The rest of the presentations rolled by and soon enough, class was almost over. Travis sat in his seat as he blankly watched the last scene be presented. While he tried to pay attention to Danielle and Michael, his mind kept going back to what happened with Katie at the end of their performance.

His head slowly leaning down and approaching Katie's soft and pink li-

*Ring*

Travis shook his head as he gathered all of his books and headed out the door. 'I was just got caught up in the moment.' He told himself. 'It was nothing, I do not like Katie that way. Absolutely not.'

And as he walked through the halls to biology in the back of his mind he knew something.

He knew that he was absolutely lying.
