Bobby: Yay! I'm back for another chapter!

Winter: 'Yay!' is becoming your catchphrase or something.

Bobby: Whatever you say, mum. But I have done something serious. And some of you may hate for it. Hate me...Onto the chapter!

Chapter 7

(Tails pov)

Beep. Beep. Beep.

Why did I set that alarm?

Getting out of bed, and walking towards the shower, I had an odd feeling that I was forgetting something.

Turning on the water, I waited til it was steaming, then removed my gloves.

After my shower, I headed downstairs, still having that feeling that I was forgetting something.

"Morning, Miles." I heard someone say behind me.

I turned, and looked at Cream, my new sister.

"Mom called, and she was just getting on her plane." She said, before pouring a bowl of cereal and handing it to me.

"Alright, so what are we gonna do today?" She asked.

(Sonic's pov)

I'm gonna kick Bobby's ass. I can't believe that guy. Building a robot copy of me, then sending it to scare me in the middle of hanging out with Amy.

I sighed, before taking off towards Tails' house. Maybe we can hang out today. I skidded to a stop in front of his door, and knocked. For some odd reason, Cream the Rabbit opened his door.

"Hello Mr Sonic." She said, cheerful as ever.

"What are you doing here so early in the morning, Cream? Have a sleepover at Tails' house?" I asked her.

"No, but I did stay over last night. We had a fun time last night." She said.

I paled. Did Tails really do that with Cream? I need to know, because if he did, he is going to be in big trouble.

"Is he home? Can I speak with him for a moment?" I asked still pale.

"Sure, come in Mr. Sonic." Cream said, before backing up so I could get in.

"I'll be back down to talk with you in a minute, okay?" I said, more like a statement than a question.

I walked up the stairs and headed to his room. I knocked, and found the door unlocked, so I opened it. Tails was sitting there on his bed, with his back to the door. He was texting someone. I gently tapped on the door.

He didn't turn, just twitched his ears, then said, "Yes, Sonic?"

"We need to have a talk, Tails."

"About what?" He asked.

I clearex my throat, "About the fact that Cream answered your door, and then said you 'had a fun time last night'."

He changed from being pale, to red, and stayed at red. "Sonic, it's not what it looks like. I can explain!"

I narrowed my eyes at him, then said, "Explain then."

He took a deep breath. "You know how Vanilla has always treated my like her son? Well now I am."

I stood there, confused at his words. I cocked my head to the side. "She adopted me, Sonic. I'm Cream's brother."

I felt very awkward, which I didn't like, so I asked him if he had any plans.

"Yeah, Cream and I were going to the county fair at noon. You want to come? Maybe you can bring Amy." He said the last bit, nudging me.

"Cool, I'll go see. I'll talk to you later." I sped out his room, and said goodbye to Cream. Maybe I will have more time to hang with Amy.

(Bobby's house)

Bobby is sleeping in today. Or so he said last night.

(generic phone ringtone)

Bobby's eyes shot open, before closing considerably, and picking up his phone. He answered the call.

"Yes, Amy?" He said, still groggy.

"Did you just get up?" She asked.

"Not important. What do you need?"

"Who said anything about needing anything?" She asked innocently.

Bobby rolled his eyes. "You only call when you need something. Otherwise, you would text me."

"Fine. I need your help. How fast can you get over here?"

"Give me twenty minutes. I have to do stuff." Bobby hung up, and got out of the bed. He took a towel into the bathroom off the side of his room.

After a shower, Bobby ran out the door, calling to his mom that he had to go help Amy.

Flying high into the air, Bobby sped faster than any car, getting to Amy's hot pink house. He walked in, seeing the door open.

"Amy?" He called out.

"Up here Bobby." She called from upstairs.

He walked up the oak wood spiral staircase, noting how shiny it looked. "She must have to polish it every day." He thought.

He reached the top, and say an open door, leading to a bright, powder blue room. It was almost empty, and in the middle, sat Amy.

"Let me guess, you need help getting furniture up the stairs?"

Amy nodded, trying to give an innocent smile.

Bobby sighed. "Where is the furniture?"

"It's downstairs in the living room." Amy said.

Bobby sighed. This is gonna take a while.

(4 hours later)

Bobby was lifting up the largest and final item, a large queen size bed frame. He was struggling, after already carrying up two dressers, a tv stand, a 72 inch flat screen, and a desk.

After flying up through the ceiling, and placing the massive frame in the correct spot, he fell on the floor, panting.

"Amy... I'm done..." He called down to the pink hedgehog.

"Good. I made lunch. come on down."

Bobby walked down the stairs, following Amy's voice. When he reached the bottom, he smelled wonderful things.

"What's for lunch?" He asked, still tired.

"Raviolis and meatballs. I know you like pasta." She said cheerfully.

After about 10 minutes, Bobby remembered something.

"My parents are back in town."

"WHAT?!" Amy shouted. "Why are jou just bringing this up?"

"I was a bit busy moving your friend's stuff into their new room." He looked at her, before picking up the large spoon, and filling two bowls.

He handed one to her. "How long will they be in town?"

"They'll be here, until Wednesday morning. They got to go back to Russia."

"We gotta go! I need to see them before they leave again!"

"You can go ahead. I need to go for a walk. My back is killing me." Bobby said, rubbing his back.

"Thank you, Amy. Lunch was good." He said, washing his bowl out. "See ya."

He walked out the door, and took off flying. He landed at a park, and just continued walking. He liked winter, but it was always so snowy in Station Square.

"Excuse me."

Bobby turned toward the voice. There was a light blue female hedgehog, wearing a red t-shirt and jeans, and black and blue tennis shoes, standing there.

"You seem to know where you are going. Do you know where 1234 Grand Street is? I need to meet someone there." She said.

"Ah, you must be Amy's new tenant." She nodded to him. "Good, now, if we hurry, we can get to her house before she leaves."

Bobby started walking, and she followed him.

"Oh, I never got your name." Bobby said, looking back at her.

"It's Winter. Winter the Hedgehog."

(Amy's house)

(Amy's pov)

I was just finishing up my makeup, when there was a knock at the door.

"Bobby probably forgot his phone..." I said aloud, walking down my staircase. I opened the door, and was met with a surprise.

"Winter! You're here!" I said happily, pulling her into a hug. "How was you stay in Antarctica?" (1)

"Good, how has Station Square been treating you?" Winter replied, smiling.

"Great. I had trouble finding a place, but my cousin Bobby helped me find this place. He also 'helped' me decorate your room." I said, chuckling.

"Oh, cool. So, can I have a tour?" Winter asked.

"Sure. Oh, and you must not have had any trouble finding this place, considering the fact that you got here before noon." I said.

"Nah, I got directions from some guy hedgehog who seemed to know you." Winter said, nonchalantly.

"Okay. Onto the tour!" I said, dragging her through rooms.

(Tails house)

(Normal pov)

Tails and Cream were sitting on Tails couch, Cream's head on his shoulder, as Tails tapped away at the keypad on his phone.

He clicked a button, and ten seconds later, Vanilla popped up on the screen.

"Hello, Cream, Tails. Have you two been good?"

"Yes mom. We have been good." Cream stated, happily.

"Good. I don't want to hear about any trouble, alright?"

"Yes." Both Tails and Cream answered quickly.

"Alright. Have a nice time at Tails' sweety." Vanilla said, smiling.

"Everyone, put your hands in the air." A random voice yelled.

Vanilla turned around and found the barrel of a pistol pointed at her head. Her eyes widened drastically, before raising her hands in front of her face.

BANG.

The kids screamed. They saw the blood splatter on the floor, the phone, the man, the gun, now smoking, and the now lifeless corpse of their mother, Vanilla. Her body slumped to the floor.

"That is what will happen to you if all of you don't raise your goddamn hands in the fucking air." The man said, not even phased by the blood covering him.

Tails dropped the phone. He was too shocked. He had only had a mother for two days. The This was just like when he,was a baby, and his mother, and father were killed by that damn man, Robotnik.

Cream's heartbeat skyrocketed. She didn't know what to do. Her mother was just shot, and right in front of her face. So she did the only thing she thought of. She cried.

Bobby: It is done...

Winter: ...

Don't forget to review. I'm Bobby the Ghosthog... phasing out...
