Bobby: Hey there, Bobby the Ghosthog here, Sonic High School... *bobbing head to music in my earbuds, and typing on my phone*
Demon: What is he listening to?
Winter: *takes one of my earbuds out and puts it in her ear* I love this song! *sits down and listens, too*
Cheezel: *facepalms* Onto the chapter.
(Chapter 9)
(Bobby's pov)
I gently landed in front of the movie theater, holding a wide eyed Winter in my arms.
"That was awesome!" She said, as I set her down. She was grinning from ear to ear.
"So, what is it that you wanted to see?" I asked her.
She looked at the posters of movies, and pointed at one, smiling. I smiled too, and bought two tickets. We got some snacks, and headed into the seating area.
(Tails pov)
"Ugh. What happened? Where am I?" I slowly got up from my current position, laying on the floor. I looked around, seeing a few figures, and the few things I keep in my room.
So I'm in my room? But then, who are these figures? Soon, I began to notice more definable features. Like one being blue, and another, purple.
"Sonic? Wave?" I asked.
"Yeah, buddy, it's us." Sonic said softly.
"You scared us, Shorty. Passing out like that." Wave said, with a hint of worry in her voice.
I stared on in slight shock. Wave was worried... for me? I chuckled. "How long was I out?"
"An hour." Sonic sighed. "You need to get more sleep, bud."
I gave him a small smile. "Alright, Sonic. I will." I thought for a moment. "Where's Cream?"
(Cream's room, Normal pov)
Cream was in the other room, and watching over her was her best friend, Amy. Amy stared at Cream. "Poor girl. Her dad is gone, and now her mom's dead?" She thought, sadly.
Cream wouldn't be awake for a few hours, but Amy wasn't leaving her side until she woke up.
(Movie theater- 2 hours later)
"...and then I said, 'That's my brother!'" Bobby said, laughing.
"Wait, your brother pissed off the entire police force in Paris?" Winter asked.
Bobby chuckled. "Yeah. I just hope our parents are keeping him out of trouble in Tokyo..." He sighed, and hung his head. "I was supposed to go with them this year."
"Don't worry. They'll be back." Winter patted his back, and smiled. "Besides, you said you met Sonic and most of your other friends this year. You wouldn't have met them if you had left."
Bobby looked up at her, and gave a small smile. "Yeah, I guess you're right." He glanced at his watch. "Why don't we keep this party going?"
The next thing Winter knew, was that she was hundreds of feet in the air, held by Bobby. "I haven't been held like this since..."
(Tails' house)
Tails was out of bed, sitting in a chair next to Cream's. Amy was still there, but she was quietly yelling at him.
"Why didn't you call and tell me that something like this happened?"
"I was a bit preoccupied. You know, calming her down!" Tails spat back, tiring of arguing with her. "Now hush, Cream is sleeping."
Cream's eyes began to flutter open. "H-hey, Amy. Hey, Tails."
"See what you did Tails? You woke up Cream!" Amy said, but now much louder.
Tails glared at her, before turning to Cream. "Hey... How ya feeling?" Amy just rolled her eyes.
Cream looked at them funnily. "What do you mean?"
Amy glanced at Tails, biting her lip. She put her hand on Cream's shoulder. "Do you mean about... Mommy?"
"Yes, Cream."
Cream looked down, and frowned. "While we were fighting Eggman, we lost many people. Aunt Sally, Bunnie lost half her body to robotization, Sonic's sister, Sonia, and Cosmo." She glanced up at them. "To be honest, I thought Eggman would have killed us a long time ago, what with us being much easier targets..."
Tails' eyes widened. "What? How could you say that Cream?"
She shrugged. "We were a lot less protected, and weren't able to defend ourselves. I figured he would have squashed us when he had the chance."
"So, you're saying that you don't care that your mother is... gone?" Amy asked.
"Heavens, no! I'm just a bit surprised that it happened that way, and that it didn't happen sooner."
Amy and Tails just sat there, dumbstruck.
Bobby was flying in the air, smiling, and holding Winter. She was relaxing, and had her head against his chest, listening to his heart beat.
He landed on the porch of the house she shared with his cousin. He set her down, and smiled.
"I had a nice time with you Bobby." She said, lightly blushing.
"I did too, Winter." He said, and grinned.
His expression changed when she leaned up and kissed his cheek. "See ya." She said, and shut the door.
Bobby stood at the door for a few minutes. "What just happened?" He walked down the stairs, and was about to take off when he felt someone tap his shoulder.
He turned, and was met with a fist in his face. "Stay away from my girl!"
Bobby: And, done.
Cheezel: What? Who was that?
Demon: What's up with Cream?
Winter: Does anyone remember that guy from chapter one that Bobby went 'dun dun dunnn' for? Yeah, me neithor.
Bobby: I swear, my co-hosts hate me sometimes. *goes back to listening to my theme* I'm Bobby the Ghosthog, phasing out.
