"Iggy."

A snap of a neck and the blonde was staring right at her husband-to-be as he stood in front of her, the look of pure seriousness plastered on his face.

"What?"

"Iggy. The guys name is Iggy, I decided." He repeated making Lucy put down her sundress she was planning on taking to the honeymoon as she scrunched her face up in confusion. "I'm sorry, did you just say our sons name will be—?"

"Igneel Dragneel. Named after my father, Igneel Dragneel."

"Why are you saying Iggy then? Iggy sounds a bit exotic."

"That's the point, Luce!" He cried out making the blonde sigh and roll her eyes, going back to packing her suitcase as the male jumped on the bed in front of her. "We can't just name our kid after some other kid! He needs to be unique and special and there aren't a lot of people named Igneel so it's like, perfect! And if he uses Iggy, it sounds even more special!" He shouted in pure enthusiasm as his eyes twinkled and his grin shined.

Lucy could only laugh and shake her head, "alright. Since I thought of the girl name, you have full authority to name our kid after your father."

"Great! Baby names are done and a go and now we just need to find out the gender!"

"We'll find out soon. After our honeymoon, we'll head to the doctor's office to check, alright?"

"Let's hope our lucky stars its a twin!" He said gleefully making Lucy shake her head. "No way, nu-uh. That'll be twice the work and money and I don't think I'll have enough energy to pop two kids out of my vagina at once."

"So you're saying you'll get an abortion if you have twins?"

"No!" Lucy cried out as she resisted the urge to knock her fiancé to the next town. "I'm saying that I just don't wish for twins! I'm fine with twins if I do get twins but it's not something I want, alright?"

"Then you're saying you don't want kids?"

"You know what? I don't want to marry you, anymore. Tomorrow, you'll be at the chapel waiting all day and I won't show up so have fun getting married to yourself." She huffed in annoyance and irritation making Natsu gawk. "What?! You can't do that, Luce!"

"Well I am!"

"NOOO!"

"Oh god, Erza, I can't do this. I really can't feel my legs and my heart is pounding and oh lord, I probably sweat my make-up off already, haven't I? Do I look glossy? Or like a clown?" Lucy asked, her mouth running non-stop as she kept rambling about herself and how nervous she was while her girlfriends all watched her, laughing silently. Lisanna and Erza were both enjoying her nervousness as they knew how that felt and Juvia and Levy just tried their best to calm her down.

"What if I trip while I walk down the isle?"

"I promise to laugh,"

"I'm pregnant."

"I promise I'll catch you first then laugh."

Puffing her cheeks out in annoyance, she shot Erza a look of death as everyone in there laughed happily. "You know I'm kidding, Lucy."

"No, you're not, I know." She hissed as she picked up her dress and walked down the small two steps before standing in front of her girlfriends who all smiled brightly.

"Lucy, you're so beautiful." Juvia said making everyone nod in agreement. Lucy could only flush and thank them quietly as her door suddenly opened and Gray's head popped in. He was in the midst of speaking but when he saw Lucy, his eyes widened and he jaw dropped in awe.

"Holy fuck, Lucy, you look amazing!"

"Thanks, Gray."

"Wow, I'm actually kind of jealous of flame-brat now." He joked as he came inside, closing the door behind him as Lucy flushed red. Juvia seemed to fume as she went over to where her long-term boyfriend was and clutched his arm protectively. "Gray-Sama."

"Oh, right, erm, the wedding is about to start so you guys should get in place. As in for you, break a leg." Gray said as he grinned and pointed at Lucy, trying to encourage her but Lucy took it the wrong way. "Why would you say that to me?!" She cried out as she paled and started to sniffle making him reel back in surprise while the girls cooed at her.

"Gray, why would you say that?"

"I—I didn't mean it like that! It was an encouragement!"

"You should really watch what you're saying to Lu-Chan, Gray. Remember, she's pregnant so she takes things almost too seriously." Levy shot Gray a look making him frown and nod slowly, looking over at Lucy again. "Sorry, Lucy."

"It's fine..." She said, trying to brush it off as she felt a bit light-headed. "I'm good."

"Err... right. Anyways, guys, it's time to go or we'll miss the wedding."

"Alright! See you soon, Lucy!" Lisanna said as she grabbed Lucy's hand tightly in her before kissing her cheek as in encouragement. "We'll meet you down the isle!"

"Bye guys... see you soon," Lucy gulped, waving very slowly and awkwardly as everyone filed out the door and left her all alone in her dressing room by herself.

In all honesty, she was freaking out. She was going to have thousands of eyes on her while she walked down the isle and if she falls or trips or does something wrong, she was going to pay for it with her baby. And of course since her father wasn't there to walk her down, she was supposed to walk down by herself. And what if Natsu refuses to marry her the last minute? What if he had another girlfriend all this time and embarrasses her in front of everyone? Or worst of all, they divorce before the baby is even born.

Lucy felt her whole body shiver in discomfort as she just thought of being a single-parent. No way will Natsu do that to her, right?

How could she even be sure that this marriage would work out? And how could she believe she'll be fine during birth? Her mother became super weak after she was born and gotten sick then died when she was seven. Natsu's foster-mother died during birth and who knows where and what happened to his real parents?

How could she be so sure that she'll be okay as well?

Snapping her head towards her door, Lucy realized that somebody was knocking. "Y—yes?"

"Uh, hey, Luce, it's me."

"Natsu?" She spoke as she approached the door and placed her hand on the doorknob as she pressed her ear against the wooden door. "What are you doing here?"

"Can I come in?"

"No way!" She cried out as he tried opening the door, the blonde shutting it tight as soon as he did. "You know it's bad luck if the groom sees the bride before the wedding starts!"

"C'mon, you know that's complete bullshit."

"No! I won't take any risks, don't come inside!" She cried out making him sigh from the other end. She soon felt a pressure against the wooden door and she knew Natsu was leaning against it from the other side. She heard him sigh once more from the other end and she frowned, pressing her back against the door as well. "Is everything okay, Natsu?"

"Yeah... I'm just nervous, y'know?"

"Yeah, I know how you feel." Lucy laughed lightly as she fiddled with her fingers. "I mean, I was just thinking how it would work out for both of us since our family marriages and stuff like that are a bit fucked up."

"Don't tell me you thought you were going to die, too?"

"I did," she admitted honestly as she looked down at her lap. "I mean, my mother got sick and weak after I was born, your mother died during birth, and who knows what'll happen to me after I give birth and or if I do?"

"Luce, please don't think like that. I swear I'll protect you with all my might and I won't allow either you or Iggy or Nashi to die on me, alright?"

"You can't control life, Natsu... if it's my fate to die during birth or become weak and die seven years later after birth, I'll accept it."

"Alright, fuck it. Lucy, let me inside. Let me in so I can fucking knock some sense into you because you're being ridiculous." The groom hissed from behind the door as he jiggled the knob and tried entering making Lucy scream and push back with all her might. "No! You're just going to make it worse! Bad luck, Natsu! Bad luck!"

"That's a myth!"

"No way! I'm not risking it so you better stay out there!"

"C'mon, what's a couple minutes going to do? I'm going to see you soon!"

"I don't care!"

Natsu cursed and sighed heavily from the opposite side of the place to slam his fist on the door, pressing his forehead against the cool material. "How about I close my eyes? Will you let me in?"

He expected her to deny any entry of coming in but when she asked if he was serious, he was once again proven wrong.

"Yeah, Luce, I promise so please?"

"Fine," she grumbled as she cracked open the door and peeked out just in case he was lying to her. But when she noticed how tight his eyes were shut, she smiled and pulled him inside, quickly wrapping a ribbon over his eyes she found lying around. "just in case you open them."

"Geez, thanks for having such faith in me, babe." He joked as Lucy rolled her eyes and smiled slightly. "Anyways, as I was saying earlier, Luce, you don't have to worry about anything."

"I know, I'm just nervous, s'all."

"Well don't be. I've loved you the moment I laid my eyes on you and I'll love you for one hundred more years if I have to."

Smiling widely at his comment, Lucy felt hot tears threaten to come out from her eyes again. She lovingly gazed at her husband-to-be as he suddenly reached out and waved his hands in the air making her giggle. "What are you doing?"

"Trying to find you so I can hug you."

Stepping in his line of touch, Natsu finally felt something underneath his fingers and wrapped his arms around her making her giggle and hug him back.

"I love you, Lucy."

"I love you, Natsu." She said back as she looked up at him waiting for him to do something or say something but when he silently just stood there, she quirked a brow in the air. "Natsu?"

"Damn it, Lucy. You can't expect me the one to lean in and kiss you when I'm the one blindfolded."

"I swear you're a mind-reader sometimes." She laughed as she leaned up and kissed him square on the lips making him smirk against her. Soon, they parted as they heard a knock on the door and Gray once again, pop in the doorway.

He made a face of disappointment when he saw the position they were in and how Natsu was blindfolded.

"Look, I know you guys are excited about getting married but really? In a church when you're just about to get hitched?"

"It's not what it looks like, I swear!" Lucy cried out as Gray walked in and shut the door behind him as Natsu scowled and pulled a fist up. "Gray's here? Where is he?! I'll punch his face in for making that comment!"

"Just shut up and get out there. We're waiting for the groom so the wedding can actually start."

"But I want to kiss Lucy a bit more."

"YOU'RE ABOUT TO GET MARRIED."

"DON'T YELL AT ME."

"Alright guys, stop this." The blonde pregnant woman hissed as she pushed the two males away from each other as she started to get a headache. "Just leave already and I'll meet you down, alright?"

"Fine," Natsu said in pure disappointment as he grabbed Gray's shoulder and made him lead him out as Gray rolled his eyes. "Just so you know, Lucy looks like a total babe."

"Shut your mouth before I shut it for you, shithead."

"You're just jealous I can see her and you can't."

"Fuck you!"

Fidgeting in his spot, Natsu was getting real impatient as the priest went on and on about the lord and savior and everything else that priest said in weddings. Though, he didn't have any disrespect for whatever he was saying and he really appreciated the priest coming out and getting the two married but did he really have to say every single word? He was dragging this on forever and it felt like a year with him going on with his boring monotone voice.

"Lucy, do you take Natsu as your husband?"

"I do." Lucy spoke with tears in her eyes as Natsu felt his heart swell up in his chest.

"And do you, Natsu, take Lucy as—"

"Hell yeah I do!" He burst out making the entire chapel gasp out in shock and laughter, the priest shooting Natsu a look of disapproval. Lucy also shot him a glare along with the line of bridesmaid as Gray nudged his friend in the side, the entire groomsmen face-palming at their friend.

"Erm, sorry, uh, I do." He muttered under his breath as the priest cleared his throat and continued on. "Well... I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now, kiss the bride." He said as he closed his book and stepped back as Natsu turned towards Lucy and grinned widely at her. But his grin faltered when he noticed the scowl on her face.

"Luce, what's wrong?"

"Nothing," she hisses as he frowned even more, reaching over to cup her face in his palms. "Luce?"

"Geez, Natsu, you're even impatient during our own wedding! You're so obnoxious and stupid and I just sometimes wonder why I'm even with you but now that I'm married to you, it's too late for returns." She spat harshly making half of the chapel gasp in surprise while the other half wondered if they were really having a fight in front of them.

They all looked at Natsu to see his reaction and response, expecting him to look hurt and snap back but he only laughed making them all wonder what was going on.

"Don't treat me like I'm some kind of item, Lucy."

"You're not even compared to an item since items have some kind of special meaning to them."

"Luce, Jesus Christ, shut up and kiss me already." He chuckled slightly as he realized she was angry at him for multiple reasons which is caused by the baby growing inside her stomach.

And also because he was an annoying fuck sometimes.

Lucy only pursed her lips and gave him a hard look as she crossed her arms over her busty chest, eyeing him up and down for a moment before Natsu pulled her in for a sweet kiss. It all ended with claps and cheers until every one of them trailed behind the newlywed out to another section to have dinner and continue with the rest of the wedding ceremony.

"Even at your own wedding, you guys start all that bullshit." Gajeel said once they approached the grinning couple making Lucy giggle and Natsu scowl. "I applaud you for making an idiot out of yourselves in front of everyone."

"Go fuck you—"

"Natsu! Lucy!"

"Hey, dad!" Natsu shouted loudly interrupting Lucy's curses towards Gajeel as he turned her towards Igneel who came up right towards them grinning. He quickly threw his arms around the two and hugged them tightly making them yelp in surprise.

"Oh, Lucy, welcome to the family!" Igneel said as he pulled away and gave the couple a teary look. "Thank you so much for marrying this idiot son of mine."

"Dad!"

"Oh no, it was a huge deal!" Lucy laughed as she waved her hand in front of her while she placed her other hand against her glossy lips. Igneel laughed with her making Natsu scowl at the two Dragneels. "C'mon guys, quit shit-talking about me when I'M RIGHT HERE."

"Hush Natsu," Igneel placed his palm against the face of his son surprising him while Lucy blinked innocently. "so, Lucy, when is the due date for my grandchild?"

Looking at the beaming father, Lucy couldn't help but laugh. "In May or early June."

"Did you know the gender?"

"Not yet. We're planning on finding out once we come back from the honeymoon."

"Oh, tell me as soon as you find out! I want to go shopping for my grandchild!"

"Dad, calm down. It's just a baby." Natsu said as Igneel shot him a cheeky look. "Nu-uh. It's my first grandchild of many."

"Dad can you please not?!"

Giggling along with Igneel, the two started to annoy Natsu as he grabbed his wife's hand and dragged her out someplace else. "C'mon, Luce, let's do the flower-toss."

"Flower-toss?! Did Juvia hear flower-toss?!" The blue-haired woman cried out as she slammed her palms against the table as she shot up in her seat startling the ones around. And when the ladies heard what she said, they all squealed and got in a circle right behind Lucy trying to get hitched next. Levy, once again, was part of the circle as well as Juvia. It was a small circle since most of their friends were all married now and it made her laugh how eager Levy and Juvia looked.

Gray and Gajeel didn't get to seem to get the message or even care as they picked at their nails.

"Ready, guys?" Lucy asked as they all screamed out in excitement as she turned around and squeezed her eyes shut. She then tossed the flowers right behind her and waited until she heard someone scream I got it! and turned back around to see it was Juvia holding the flowers and screaming in joy as Levy once again, sulked.

Soon, they all watched how tears welled up in her eyes and she ran out making the girls all gasp in worry and try to chase her but Lucy cried out making them all stop and look at the bride.

"No, nu-uh, nobody go chase after her." She said as she pointed at the standing girls. "It's not your job. This is Gajeel's job."

"What? My job? I didn't do anything!"

"It's your entire fault, tin-can!" Lisanna shouted as she slapped the back of his head making his head jerk forward and a glare be thrown her way. "Go and chase after her!"

"It's not my fault she can't catch no fucking flowers!"

Lisanna slapped the back of his head once more making Gajeel curse even louder, Laxus shouting about not swearing in front of his child as Erza pointed her fork at the male. "Do you even know what the flower-toss means?"

"You catch the bride's flowers—what's the big deal?"

"Idiot! The flower-toss has a meaning behind it! Whoever catches it is next to get married!"

Suddenly, the look of realization came to his face and he instantly paled making him tug on his collar awkwardly. "Uh, erm, I, uh—"

"What's the big deal? Why don't you want to marry Levy?" Lucy asked as she crossed her arms over her chest as the attention was now all on Gajeel who was staring at his lap as the question kept repeating itself in his mind. "It's not like I don't want to marry her..."

"Then?"

"It's just... I'm trying to get my shit together before I even propose to her... I don't want to marry her without a job, money, or even a roof above my head. I want her to live a nice and easy life but how can that happen when I'm still trying to pay my stupid student loans?"

"Alright, Gajeel, you shouldn't be telling us this—go chase after Levy and tell her this! Tell her to wait for a bit more and comfort her!"

"You have a fifty percent chance of getting laid tonight if you hurry," Natsu snickered as Gajeel flicked him off before standing and rushing out of the place to where Levy ran off to.

It was quiet for a moment before Gray finally realized Juvia was holding Lucy's flowers. He made an uncomfortable face as he gulped, tugging on his collar. "So, uh, is this flower-toss thing real?"

"Who knows?" Lisanna shrugged as Erza nodded as well. "It all depends but I heard it usually happens."

"Well fuck."
