Okay, i know this story was already completed but i realized that i haven't explained the reason of outcome of this battle.

So before i continue i want you guys to know that i am an active debater in many debating sites like Animevice, Comicvine and . The decision of this battle was made after going through series of discussion with many experienced debaters.

Also i don't wank any of series i made battle. I don't think Naruto is the strongest series and nor is the Dragon Ball Z. The strongest anime/manga ever so far is Tenchi Muyo!

Anyways, lets get to analysis:

1. SPEED- This is the region where Goku hold a major upper hand from Madara. Being trained under to dodge lightning (not light), Goku was already faster than Raikage when he was just a kid. During his fight with Picollo, Goku was already fast enugh to disappear from the sight of experienced fighter like Tien and Yamcha. The combat speed/reaction of Dbz isfaster than that of Naruto. Madara being able to fight against a whole army of ninjas was quite impressive. But so did Goku. He himself fouggt with Red Ribbon Army. Another amazing feat of speed was fight b/w Master Roshi and Krillin. The whole fight ended in 0.1 second. In that time, they finished fighting, played chess, drink tea and many other stuffs stsed by Roshi. This speed alone is far impressive than any speed feat performed by Madara. And Goku during fight with Picollo was way faster than Roshi.

STRENGTH- Physically Goku is also stronger than Madara. While Madara never shown any impressive lifting or striking strength feats. Goku before training with Roshi was able to pick up and throw 2 tons of cars like nothing. During his training with Roshi, ge was able to push a huge rock weighing more than 10 tons. He was able to pick up and throw a giant 60 feet Picollo which is easily weigh more than hundred of tons. Enchanced with ki, Goku fists can do far more damage than they already can. He was able to large creators just with the sheer shockwaves of fists exchanging with Picollo.

Note: Susanoo do provide Madara strength advantage over Goku but since its a ninja technique so it won't be counted as his own physical strength.

DESTRUCTIVE CAPABILITY- With Perfect Susanoo in his hands, Madara was able to casually split mountain ranges in half . During his fight with Hashirama, Madara after covering Kyuubi with Susanoo sent a bijuu bomb. That bomb was strong enough to destroy an entire island. On the other hand, Goku was able to tank Picollo's demon wave which destroyed the island on which they were fighting. It should be noted that the island on which Goku and Picollo were fighting was of same size of that of a small continent stated by Akira Toriyama himself. And Goku's Super Kamehame was stronger than Picollo's demon wave. Goku here too holds a clear advantage.

DURABILITY: The durability is always almost same as of that of destruction capacity. The only expectoinal case in durability is Superman who can endure far more than he could destroy.

In all above cases, Goku holds a clear advantage. All the explaination done by me were clearly based on the feats shown by individual character.

Also, if someone is wondering why Genjustu didn't work. Its because Goku do not have any chakra. Genjutsu effect the chakra in brain stated by Jiraya himself. Also even if Charka is considered same as that of Ki, it still won't work. Ki helps in strengthening both body and mind stated by Akira. So the stronger is the Ki, the more better one is protcted from mind attacks and illusions. Chiatzu ability is to control and paralyse the mind of opponents. But he was unable to do the same to Nappa stating that he is just too strong. So that proves the greater the ki, the better they are protected by mind attacks/illusions too.
