Epilogue: Separate Ways
Hey everyone! It's me, sakuraphoenix, and I'm back with the final chapter of Journey of Hearts! I know, it's the chapter you've all been waiting for. So what happens? Well, let's find out.

We were still floating in the air with Xehanort, Sarah, and Kyo floating in front of us, in obvious pain.
"It is futile." Said Sarah
"The Keyblade alone cannot seal the door to darkness." Said Kyo
All three of them turned to the door to darkness.
"Kingdom Hearts! Fill us with the power of darkness…" started Xehanort
The door to darkness opened, and streams of darkness began to emerge.
"Supreme darkness." Said Xehanort
"You know something? You're wrong about Kingdom Hearts!" I exclaimed
"Hikari's right." Said Lumen
"Because we all know now, without a doubt." Said Luz
"Kingdom Hearts…" started Sora
"Is light!" Sora, Lumen, Luz, and I exclaimed in unison
A bright light emerged from the door to darkness, filling the three Heartless that stood in front of us, as they shielded their eyes from the brightness.
"So… bright." Said Kyo
"But why?" asked Sarah
All three of them disappeared. The first of my past… I feel like a great burden has been lifted. I won't feel that way if I let the Heartless escape from that door! Not only is it a gateway to Kingdom Hearts… it's also a door to the Realm of Darkness! We all ran for the door, and hurried to close it.
"Come on!" exclaimed Sora
We all began pushing with all our might, but these doors were way too heavy! Goofy then took a look inside, and had a shocked look on his face.
"Stop staring and keep pushing!" exclaimed Donald
Suddenly he had a shocked look, prompting all of us to look inside, and immediately, I had a face of shock! When did all of those Heartless get there?!
"The Heartless?!" Donald, Goofy, and I exclaimed in unison
"Hurry!" exclaimed Reina
"I can't…" started Luz
"Then I'll close it from the other side!" I exclaimed before switching sides and pulling the door
"But if you do that, you…" started Lumen
"I know. I'll be trapped in the Realm of Darkness again. But as long as I know that you guys will be okay in the light, I'll deal with it." I said
"Besides, don't give up!" exclaimed a familiar voice
I looked to my left, and I saw Riku! He was willing to be trapped too?
"Come on, you guys! Together, we can do it!" exclaimed Riku
"Okay!" exclaimed Lumen
"Riku, wait! There's something I need to tell you! For as long as I can remember, Riku… I…" started Luz
Riku cut her off with a kiss on the lips. I looked shocked, yet accepting at the same time.
"I know." Said Riku
"Hikari, take care of Riku for me, okay? If the darkness takes him over…" started Luz
"Don't worry. I won't let anything happen to him. Lumen, catch!" I exclaimed as I tossed him a Keychain
He looked shocked to see that it was the locket he gave me all those years ago.
"It's my lucky charm. Be sure to bring it back to me." I said as I mimicked Kairi's words
"I will! I promise! I'll see you again, right?" asked Lumen
"Always. Just like there's always a light in the dark, you'll be my guiding light home Lumen." I said while smiling
Even with me and Riku pulling the door, the Heartless were still getting closer!
"It's hopeless!" exclaimed Donald
Suddenly, one by one, the Heartless behind us were destroyed, and when I looked, I saw the person who did it! I know those ears anywhere! They could only belong to one person.
"Your Majesty!" Donald and Goofy exclaimed in unison
"Mickey!" I exclaimed
"Now, Sora, Lumen, Luz, Hikari! Let's close this door for good!" Mickey exclaimed while holding a Keyblade in the air
"Close it, quick!" exclaimed Donald
"But…" started Sora
"Don't worry. There will always be a door to the light. Hikari is living proof. She found the door back to the Realm of Light." Said Mickey
"Sora, Lumen, Luz, you three can trust King Mickey." Said Goofy
"Now! They're coming!" exclaimed Riku
"Donald, Goofy, thank you." Said Mickey
I watched as Lumen and the others began to close the door while I was holding back the tears in my eyes. I turned around to see the others one last time until I could see them again.
"Don't be sad guys. We will meet again." I said as the door was closing
"Take care of her." Riku said before the door was closing
With a final push, the door finally closed, and we were in the Realm of Darkness. Mickey used his Keyblade to seal the door on our side, while I can guess that Sora was doing the same on the others. I mean it guys. I know we'll meet again. I promise. With that, a single tear shed as I smiled.
"I'll find my way back to you Lumen. I promise. This oath, I vow to keep." I said
Luz's P.O.V.
I watched as Sora ran to Kairi. We all stayed back, not wanting to ruin their moment. We waited for him as the path behind us began to fade into light. When the light became too bright, we all shielded our eyes, and found ourselves on a new world. Even Goofy's and Donald's clothes changed as well. With nowhere else to go, all we could do was walk.
"Well, now what do we do?" asked Donald
"We've gotta find Riku, Hikari, and King Mickey." Said Sora
"But, uh, where do we start lookin' for that there door to the light?" asked Goofy
We all had blank looks on our faces. Even Rita, Reina, and Yukie! Sheesh, for three people who won the Hades Cup, we were hopeless. All we could do was slump over when we all realized the same thing. We all looked up when we saw the dog from Traverse Town! What was it doing here?
"Pluto?" asked Donald
"Hey, Pluto. Where have you been?" asked Goofy
We all then noticed that it had some kind of envelope in his mouth.
"Gawrsh, that's the king's seal!" exclaimed Goofy
"Hey, have you seen King Mickey?" asked Lumen
He started to run off, and we all had looks of excitement on our faces.
"Guys, let's go!" I exclaimed
We all ran after Pluto, and as we did, I heard the voice from my dreams again.
'Remember Luz. You are one of the four who will open the door to the light.'
