CLASSROOM TRIAL! IS IN SESSION!
Kujo decided to start things off.
"So, before we start, I want to know something. Grimoire, what were you doing before the rest of us woke up?"
Grimoire looked confused, "Huh? What're you talking about Mister Namikawa?"
"Before I could find the body, you just so conveniently distracted me. Like you were trying to hide something from me."
"... Huh?"
"So what were you trying to hide from me? Your crime?"
"I-I don't know what you're talking about! I never saw Mister Washanakiie!"
OBJECTION BULLET: Shiro's Account: LOADED: FIRE!
"No, that's wrong!"
"Huh!?"
"Shiro told me that he saw Eno last night. He told me that Eno was going to do something. He didn't know what that 'something' was, but can't we assume that it was meeting someone?"
Grimoire grabbed at his hair and started grunting lightly.
"So Grimoire is the killer?" Ari asked.
The grunting grew louder.
"It sounds plausible." Shenjo agreed.
Louder grunting.
"Then that must be it!" Serena deduced.
And Grimoire broke.
"ARGH!"
The room went silent.
"... Heheheheh... Ahahahaha... AHAHAHAHAHA!"
Grimoire was laughing like a madman. His eyes seemed to be more... empty... and then he slowly removed his glove to reveal his hand, or what should have been his hand. every knuckle and his wrist were all covered in scars, like each part of his hand was sewn on.
"Eheheheheh... So, you want to convict me? Why not convict Shenjo? Or Shiro? Or Serena or Ari?"
"Huh?"
"What evidence do you have to convict me and me alone? Maybe we're all guilty!"
And just then, Kujo really looked into Grimoire's eyes. They appeared to be swirling in a neutral zone of insanity. It looked like an all-out battle of Hope and Despair. And In Grimoire's eyes, Kujo couldn't tell which parts were Hope, or Despair.
CLASSROOM TRIAL! SUSPENDED!
CLASSROOM TRIAL! REOPEN!
"So then. Who's the next candidate for conviction?" Grimoire asked.
"I would guess it should be Shenjo." Serena claimed.
OBJECTION BULLET: Ari's Account: LOADED: FIRE!
"That can't be right!" Kujo said.
"Huh? Why?"
"Because of Ari's account."
{Flashback}
"But you know..."
"Huh?"
"I did see Eno with Shiro right before I went to bed though."
{Present}
"Ari said she saw Eno with Shiro. Infact, from the three people I interviewed, Serena, Shiro, and Ari, none of them made mention of Shenjo."
"Why do you feel the need to defend me?" Shenjo questioned.
"Because I won't convict someone if i don't need to."
"So who does that leave?"
"Only one person: Ari!"
"Ari?"
"Yeah. Grimoire and you were never mentioned in any of the testimonies. And Serena and Shiro's accounts match up close enough."
"What does that have to do with anything!?" Ari screamed.
"Your testimony is vague. Also, we have no proof you really went to bed, or even saw Shiro and Eno from the BOTTOM of the stairwell. For all we know, you saw them from the top of the stairwell."
"What?!"
"Ari could have been waiting in the rec room for Eno. She probably lured him there with the thought of having found a way out. When he got there, she attacked him, possibly with the bloody 8-ball to start, and then impaled him through the eye with the billiards stick."
Shenjo cut in to simply agree, being followed by Serena and Shiro.
"What about you Grimoire? Sound like a plausible explanation?"
Grimoire laughed slightly, "Simple, but acceptable."
"You're lying!" Ari shouted, "Maybe YOU'RE the killer!"
"That's impossible."
"Shut up Frankenstein!"
"I was with him before the murder."
"How!?"
"Because I saw you walking to the rec room when I was on my way to Kujo's room. It can't be coincidence that I see you going to the rec room and the murder takes place in the rec room."
Ari held strong in her little staring game for a few seconds before just giving up.
"Midorikuma... start the vote..."
"Sure thing sweetie!"
MIDORI-ROULETTE
The roulette wheel spun around a few times before the ball landed in the slot with Ari's portrait in it. And then the red button appeared.
GAME OVER
ARI NISHIZAKI WAS FOUND GUILTY.
THE PUNISHMENT WILL NOW BEGIN.
Ari backed away from the stand, and a red, slightly curved wall rose. Another one did, and another, and another. She was trapped in a cylindrical room now.
CURLS BEGONE
The room lit up and the air grew warmer and warmer until the chaotic braids and curls of Ari's hair undid themselves. She soon came to realize that the room, or rather the floor, was spinning. She realized that she was in a giant hair iron. She tried to fight the rotating floor and the heat, trying to reach the wall to get out, but she collapsed, where she was left in for a little longer. She faded from consciousness.
And then drew her last breath.
The group wasn't at all shocked by this point. They just simply left the courtroom, expecting the next murder. Who they expected to die, and who they expected to become a killer, they didn't know the answer to either.
