Chapter 5: Girl Talk
Leina groaned loudly as she was repeatedly hit with a soft pillow. She had spent the whole night chatting with Levy, Lucy, Erza, Wendy, and Lisanna about all of the times they had written each other and the adventures she had while she was travelling. So to put it bluntly, she was dead tired and there was no way she was about to get up.
"Come on! You've been sleep for way too long. It's already 2:30 and you're the only one still in bed." Levy said as she continued to whack Leina with the plush pillow.
"It's called beauty sleep." Leina said as she wrapped herself in her covers.
"You're pretty enough to the point where you can lose a few extra hours of sleep, now get up before I get the water." Levy said as she started to jump on the bed.
"I swear to god you can be so childish." Leina said then Levy threw the pillow she was holding at her face. Leina gave her an annoyed look before she chuckled a bit then went to get dressed.
~A Few Minutes Later~
"Where are we going again?" Leina asked as she was dragged down the streets of Magnolia.
"I was supposed to meet Erza, Lucy, Juvia, and Cana 30 minutes ago at the cafe!" Levy said with an annoyed pout.
"Why do I have to go?" Leina asked as she yawned.
"Because you're part of the group now, so you have to be present too." Levy said with a small smirk.
"Are you serious?" Leina asked with a frown.
"Yes, I am very serious." Levy said with a smile as she continued to pull her along.
~At The Café~
"Well this was more fun then I imagined it would be." Leina said as she laughed.
"Times are never boring when you're with us." Lucy said with a smile.
"I can tell, but you do have your moments where you all can get a bit crazy. Especially, when it comes up to boys." Leina said with a smirk.
"Sadly that is true, but only in their cases." Lucy said with a sweatdrop as she pointed to Juvia and Erza. Currently, Cana was sleeping peacefully with her head on the table.
"Jellal has never said anything about me doing anything unusual." Erza said.
"Gray-sama hasn't said anything to me either." Juvia said.
"That's because they don't have the balls to." Lucy mumbled as she took a sip of her latte. Erza and Juvia gave a confused look.
"You two must really not know how you are when they're around?" Leina asked with a raised eyebrow.
Erza and Juvia both looked at each other for a brief moment and then looked back towards Leina and shrugged. Leina could feel her jaw hit the table as she starred at the two in shock.
"I told you so." Levy said with a snicker.
"Please explain to me how you don't know." Leina said with wide eyes.
"What exactly do we do?" Juvia asked.
"In all honesty, you two scare me when you're around Jellal and Gray. Juvia, every girl that even breaths the same air as Gray is a threat to you. Erza, you have a bad habit of forgetting your strength and being a bit over dramatic." Levy said.
"Really?!" Erza yelled in shock.
"Why wouldn't they be a threat?!" Juvia yelled in rage as she glared down at Levy.
"Because they're just talking to him in a friendly manner." Leina said with deadpanned facial expression.
"How is talking to him being friendly?" Juvia asked.
"You actually think that if a girl asked him for directions that she's a threat?" Leina asked.
"Yes." Juvia said deadpanned.
"So if I asked him where I could find directions to the library would you think I was a threat too?" Leina asked.
"Of course you would, after all you thought I was when I gave him a present for his birthday." Lucy said.
"I only told you not to get too close to him after you embraced him." Juvia said flatly.
"You said that if I ever got within 5 feet near him you would drown me in my own blood!" Lucy yelled in astonishment.
"They're exactly as you described them." Leina said to Levy as she watched the three bickered back and forth.
"Yep." Levy said as she shook her head.
"So when are you gonna get a boyfriend?" Levy asked with a smirk. Leina spit out her soda.
"You don't have one?!" Lucy, Juvia, and Erza asked in shock.
"Why does everyone see that as a bad thing?!" Leina asked in anger.
"Well because of how pretty you are." Lucy said.
"You're very nice too." Juvia said.
"And you don't act or look like you work at a brothel." Erza said bluntly.
"Did I forget to mention that you can sometimes be too honest?" Levy asked Erza.
"Sometimes a being too honest is a good thing." Erza said with a shrug.
"You guys really are crazy." Leina said with a bewildered look.
They all looked at each other for a moment then busted into fits of laughter. Soon the bright sky turned dark and everyone headed their separate ways.
"See you later Lu-chan!" Levy said with a big smile as Lucy walked down her street to her apartments.
"I'm so glad that I decided to join Fairy Tail." Leina said as she smiled up at the night sky.
"I told you that you would like it." Levy said.
"Like it? I love it!" Leina said as she screamed to the top of her lungs.
"The same as always, you always leave me with my ears ringing." Levy said as she shook her head. Leina laughed as they both walked back to her apartment.
Hi guys, yea I know this chapter may seem a bit out of character for some of the characters but I was a bit distracted while I was typing it up. My sister and my aunt were getting their ears blown off by my grandma and my mother. I swear that I couldn't stop laughing to save my life. I hope you all like this chapter and please review.
