I am finally able to get a bit of extra weight off of my shoulders. I have extended my break from school and now I only have two stories that I am writing right now. With this, it should be a lot easier getting chapters to you guys in bunches at a time. I am so happy.
Chapter 17: The Fun Has Only Begun Part 1
"My Lord, how are you on this wonderful night?" Ronen asked as he knelt before his superior.
"I am doing quite well, how about you?" Lord Cassias asked with a smirk.
"I am doing quite well myself, my Lord. I have just found something that might be of interest to you." Ronen said as he smiled up at his superior.
"Oh really? Well then by all means, show me this interesting thing." Lord Cassias said.
Ronen nodded slightly and then he turned into the direction of a very large circular shaped mirror. He stepped up to it and placed his right hand on it, soon a video of some kind played on it. Lord Cassias smiled brightly as soon as he recognized who the young lady was in the video.
"Isn't this a big surprise, how our little lost princess?" Lord Cassias asked Ronen.
"She is the same as ever, small and weak yet she stills hold tight to her willpower." Ronen said with a roll of his eyes.
"She's just like her mother. She never goes by the rules no matter what the consequences may be or who might get hurt in the process. I think it's time we remind her of these consequences once again." Lord Cassias said with a wide grin plastered on his face.
"I've already took the pleasure of causing a bit of mischief beforehand." Ronen stated with a bow.
"As expected of my best student, carry on with your mischief and I'll personally create a bit of my own." Lord Cassias said as he stood up from his throne and walked down the blood red carpet covered staircase.
"Personally?! Are you sure that is a good idea, my Lord?" Ronen asked with a bit of sarcasm showing on his features.
"Of course, no one is illiterate enough to take the Demon Kings throne while he is away. Especially, if they know that I will be back shortly." Lord Cassias said as he stepped towards the mirror and walked through it with Ronen not too far behind him.
"True." Ronen said as they both finally went through the mirror.
~A Few Hours Later~
"I've never seen so many bags before." Lucy said as she counted all of the shopping bags that Leina had piled around Levy's room.
"Where in the world did you get all that money from?" Levy asked with a look of disbelief.
"I had been saving my money for so long that it got out of hand. Instead of shopping regularly, I took up some sewing lessons and made my own clothes. Since I didn't feel like doing that for a while I just spent a good enough amount that would last me until I got my groove back." Leina said with an innocent smile.
"You could've gotten your own dorm with all of that money, you know?" Levy asked her with her annoyance clearly visible.
"I still have enough money to get one, but I'm not getting it here." Leina said as she looked through her bags.
"Why not?" Erza asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Because it costs too much. I found a big enough piece of land that wasn't far from here and it has its own lake near it. I bought it around when I was first accepted into the guild but I had to wait until my house was built." Leina said with a smile.
"Well then let's go see it!" Levy said as her eyes glittered with excitement.
"Okay, just let me put all of my bags away." Leina said with a small shrug.
"That's gonna take forever!" Juvia said with a frown.
"More like 5 seconds." Leina said as she pulled a cube from her purse and faced it towards all of her bags. In a matter of seconds they were all cleared out from the room.
"I forgot that you had that." Lucy said as a bead of sweat dropped from her head.
"Now we can go." Leina said as she pull them out of the room.
It took no time at all for them to get to the piece of land that Leina would soon call her home. Although, the mages were all shocked to see that that's all that was there. It was a grass filled plain that had a lake near it, but no house.
"Um, where's the house?" Flare asked.
Again, Leina pulled another cube out of her purse and pointed to towards the empty lot. In a few minutes there stood her new home, only a few feet from where the lake sat. It resembled a Victorian styled home but with a bit of a more earthy look to it.
"So, what do you guys think?" Leina asked as she stood in front of them.
"Please tell me that we can use those cubes you gave us like this." Lucy said with anticipation written all over her face.
"Sure you can pretty much use those cubes for anything. The instructions are inside of it. All you have to do is ask it for them." Leina said as she walked towards the house and walked inside. Levy, Erza, Flare, Juvia, and Lucy quickly followed and were all gobsmacked when they saw the inside of the house.
"OH MY GOD!" Lucy yelled in awe.
"It's so pretty!" Juvia yelled as she cried.
"Okay, you guys do know that you have the freedom to walk around here without me right?" Leina asked while giving them weird looks.
"WE DO?!" They all asked.
"Yes, you guys are my friends. My home is your home, as long you know how to clean up whatever messes you make. My plan was to have a big party in celebration for me finally getting back out on my own anyway." Leina said.
"Don't we need snacks and stuffs though?" Levy asked.
"I already have those things covered." Leina said as someone suddenly knocked at the door.
On the other side of the door stood Natsu, Gray, Gajeel, Bixslow, Freed, Elfman, Mirajane, surprisingly Laxus. Leina stepped aside to let them go into the house and to the kitchen where they placed all of the food on the counters.
"Now who's ready to party!?" Leina yelled as almost everyone from the guild started to pile into the house.
That night they all partied until they all passed out from exhaustion. Thankfully, Leina had managed to control herself enough to clean up the mess left behind and help everyone to a sleeping bag or bed in a spare room until morning. Once her work was done she took a nice shower and slept soundly in her own bed with a happy smile on her face.
I had so much fun writing this chapter, I have no idea why. I think it's because I know that I'm about cause some mischief. Anyway, if you all see any errors please tell me and I hope that you all like the chapter.
