A Lonely Life to Live, Gone in One Second
Roy sat up in his desk, he was bored and his work wasn't finished yet.
"Hey," Roy started and noticed everyone was gone, "damn, I can't give it to them to finish for me!" Roy hissed to himself and he slowly finished his work. A couple of hours finished and he had finished, but he was late to turning them in. "I'll turn them in tomorrow," he said to himself as he put on his coat and walked out the door.
As he was walking General Leanna Roberts was walking out of her office at the same time also. As they got next to each other, the general looked at him and scoffed with a smirk, even though she was shorter than him in height.
"Is something wrong, General Roberts?" Roy asked knowing she was going to ask him to not be so damn tall.
"Do you have to ask me what's wrong every time, Colonel, you know what's wrong! I'm supposed to be taller than you!" Leanna complained earning a chuckle from the colonel. "Do you have something to say, Flame, because if you do, tell me!" Leanna hissed with a hint of sarcasm in her voice.
"I'm just saying, if you say you need to be higher than me, then why are you a General?" Roy joked earning kick in the ass, "what was that for?!" Roy hissed in pain since that was something new from their years of sarcasm.
"Don't joke about our ranks, Colonel, that is the only thing you shouldn't mess with, but everything I'll laugh at, as long as I can play along," Leanna lectured with a smirk as she continued onwards to the doors.
"General," Roy mumbled, getting Leanna's attention.
"Yes, Colonel?" Leanna turned around with a weird look in her eyes.
"Just... be careful," Roy stated a little louder as he continued for his car.
'That was weird, he never says stuff like that. I guess I'm going to have to look into that tomorrow,' Leanna thought as she also started for her car.
Leanna started her car and she began to drive, still in thought about what Mustang had said to her. She didn't even pay attention to the cars that were hurdling towards her own. 'Why did Roy say that? Was it just because he felt like it? Huh, shit! I ne-' Leanna was thrown out of thought as she was impacted by another vehicle, glass shattering, metal misplaced, wounds appearing. Leanna was killed on impact, but the other driver wasn't even hurt.
The driver got out of his car and went to check on General Roberts, but when he arrived, he knew the damage was done. He stayed there for the police to arrive, and he explained it was an accident, that he accidentally killed an officer. He wasn't charged a thing, but Leanna was charged with her life. It was now gone.
Yes, I know, I'm evil... but that's what happens when you let me watch shows that have crimes in them! I think I'm keeping this a one-shot for now. Anyways, please review, favorite, follow, and tell me what I should do to make this a better story, and pm me to give me suggestions about how to make this a multi-chapter fic!
