❝...I want to get a rid of you so bad❞

The moment Kisha woke up she was pretty sure she had been drugged or something. She had been sleeping like a log for the first time in months. Opening her eyes she found herself facing the male who slept in her room – in her bed. A frown formed on her face. There was this urge to get her revenge on him. It kicked her each time he was too close to her. He thought she was some weak girl who couldn't take care of herself, and he had no particular reason to fear her. Of course he didn't – he was much bigger and stronger than her and could easily overpower her if he felt threatened. A bubbly feeling tingled in the pit of her stomach. She used to sleep with a knife under her pillow once, and she never really left that habit. He was an easy victim. She could get her revenge on him so easily. But on the other hand she was not of the likes of him. Kisha wasn't a killer who would do things that recklessly.

Staring at him for a little while longer she studied his face for any kind of reaction. Well it certainly seemed like he was fast asleep. Pulling herself out from under his arm she eased herself out of the bed and got dressed silently not to wake him up. Heading towards the door she shot one last glance at the blunette before she left the room. Making her way to the kitchen to make herself some tea she passed the room where Asura and Itachi slept.

"You're up early," a calm voice spoke as she entered the kitchen and a smell of lemon tea struck her nostrils.

"I could say the same to you." She replied back, locking gaze with the black eyed male for a couple of seconds, earning herself a small chuckle. Turning the teapot towards her, Itachi nodded towards it, mentioning that there was still some left. Taking a mug from the cupboard above the counter, she poured herself a cup before taking a seat across the table.

"Is Asura still sleeping? Or did you knock her out?" Kisha asked with tease in her voice as she blew on the hot liquid.

"She's just sleeping. It was a long ride and insisted to stay awake the whole trip. She was about to fall asleep more than once yesterday. Didn't you notice?" the Uchiha questioned from street-racer. Kisha remained motionless. No… or yes, she had noticed there was something off with her, but she didn't really think about it. She liked Asura – as one of the few females in the world and in the Akatsuki, she actually liked the girl. She knew Itachi didn't really expect her to answer. It was some kind of silent agreement they had – they didn't have to answer if they didn't want to and both of them respected the other's choice.

"So tell me. Did you knock out my partner last night? Or were you going too rough with him?" a devious smirk crossed the hitman's handsome features. In an almost instant, Kisha shot him a glare that could have put a bullet between his eyes. "I'm just kidding." Itachi defended himself from the redhead's burning glare.

"Where are you guys staying?" Kisha changed the subject. Sipping from the hot liquid in her mug she locked gaze with the raven haired Uchiha just before he looked out the window next to the dining table with slight narrowed eyes. When he didn't answer, Kisha decided to drop the subject; obviously it was something he'd rather not want to talk about. Drinking their tea in silence, the rednette got up to make some more tea – and coffee since it had already passed 9:30am both Kisame and Asura should wake up around now.

"There's something I want to tell you," Itachi broke the silence between the two Akatsuki members. Letting a small hum leave her throat she just waited for him to tell her what was on his mind. Truth to be told; Itachi never shared any secrets. They were kept to himself – in the back of his mind where he knew they would be most safe. However, what he was telling her made young mafia member almost stop breathing. Was he serious right now? Was he high on anything, been smoking without she could smell it or something? There was no way she had seen this coming. "Promise that it's only between you and me?" A sudden firmness struck into his tone. There was no doubting the man wasn't serious.

"Itachi? Why are you up so early? You should have woke me up." Two sets of eyes jolted towards the doorframe. Asura's form was leaning on the doorframe, her right hand busy trying to cover the yawn she let out.

"I thought I'd let you sleep," his dark eyes scanning over her beautiful form.
