Whoops, guess time got away from me again. I'm so sorry dear readers for the six month wait but its just been a little crazy.

"Well don't just stand there Tony!" Reed scolds as he runs to Johnny. He had left five minutes before to use the bathroom and now curses himself for betraying his brother again.
"Relax guys, he's just fainted, but he is getting worse by the minute" Bruce says.
Reed nods to Bruce as he sits next to his little brother. "Johnny please keep fighting, Sue and I love you very much little brother" he whispers. He then gently strokes Johnny's hair and flushed cheek fondly.
"Don't forget me Stretch, I know I aint related but you guys became my family as well" Ben comments as he walks in.
"That cuz no one else would take you in you're so ugly" Johnny mumbles as Reed's touch had awoken him.
Ben smiles at the comment. "I love you too flame boy" he says and Johnny gives him a tiny smile.
"Thanks for….for putting…for putting up with me" Johnny says and Ben just chuckles.
"I just told you we're family kid" he says.
"Okay that's enough" Tony cuts in. "Let me save the kid first there Benny and then you all can hug it out" he adds.
"Sorry tin man but you just got yourself included" Ben replies and Tony rolls his eyes.
He turns back to Johnny's monitors and his eyes widen. "My god I am so stupid" he mumbles.
"Are you unwell now Stark?" Bruce asks and Tony gently smacks his hand away from his forehead.
"Shut it Banner, I just saved the kids life" he says.
"What?" Bruce cries and Tony just nods.
"And you scoffed when I bought all this medical stuff" Tony says and Bruce rolls his eyes.
"That's because you're a little insane Tony" he says.
"So is Dr. House and he saves lives"
"He's not real Tony" Bruce argues and Tony shushes him. He then tosses everyone but Johnny out. "I'll call you when I'm done and you can congratulate me and tell me I'm the best" he says.
The group goes to where Clint, Nat, Pepper and Sue are but shrugs at their questionable looks.
Three hours later Jarvis calls for the group. They all go into Tony's lab and find Johnny sleeping peacefully looking a lot like his old self.
"What did you do?" Reed asks.
Tony only smirks at him. "What do you think I did Richards? I just proved I am smarter than you and saved Johnny's life" he said.
"But how?" Reed asks.
Tony just continues to smirk. "Sorry Reed but I am afraid it's a little too complicated to explain. Only a genius as smart as I am could ever understand" he says.
"You really are an ass aren't you?" Reed answers and Tony gives him a small chuckle as he puts an arm around Reed's shoulder.
"Tell you what Richards, I'll tell you exactly what I did if you'll just admit to the world tomorrow that I am smarter than you" he says.
"On second thought I don't need to know Tony" Reed answers.
"Aw, come on Richards" Tony says and Reed shakes his head.
"Fine, but least your team knows who is the better genius" Tony says and Sue gives a small chuckle.
"All right Tony, you win, you're the best" she says and gives him a small kiss on the cheek.
"Ha, I win" Tony gloats to Reed after who chuckles lightly. "Fine, you win Tony, in this battle you were smarter than me"
"Uh no, I am smarter than you in any battle" he argues.
"I doubt that" Reed replies.
"Bring it on Stretch! I can take you on in anything!" Tony yells.
"Lets go then Iron man!" Reed replies.
"I think we're going to be stuck here a while longer sis, I'm sorry" Johnny says as he opens his eyes.
"It's fine Johnny, long as you're alive and poison free, it's fine" she says.
I figured I'd end this finally. I kinda lost the muse to it to be honest and it was kinda torturing me to see such a beloved fic to just sit and wait. I really do thank everyone who responded with such kindness.
I'll leave the how Tony saved Johnny up to your imagination. But the House bit was kinda a clue. If you ever seen the show Dr. House you may understand.
