Normal POV
Me and City sat on my berth after everyone left, Storm sat on my lap taking his cat nap.
'I'm confused Shock.' City finally said, I opened my optics from their closed position.
'Confused about what?' I winched in pain, the bond hurt, but we needed the pain to tell us it was still there, we were still connected.
'Everything.' she whimpered over the bond.
'Don't worry City we will make it through this, as long as we have each other.' I said taking her servo and squeezing it.
'What about the twins?' She asked, hesitant.
'Honestly I think we need to wait, but we should tell Ratchet were spark calling.' City nodded, I picked Storm up and held him in my arms. We were silent on the way to the med bay, we passed Hound he patted Storm before heading on his way.
We both slowly opened the med bay doors two wrenches came flying our way, we both ducked.
"What now you pit spawns?" Ratchet snarled. I knew he didn't realize it us.
"Ratchet?" I asked hesitantly, he spun around and stared wide optic.
"I'm sorry girls I thought you were-" City stopped him.
"We know." she whispered.
"What brings you here?" he asked going back to tinker with whatever he was tinkering with.
"Umm when we were getting checked over by Knockout he told us we were spark calling." I told him, he dropped his wrench.
"Sit." he ushered us over to a berth.
"This may be uncomfortable, and may also sting." City and I nodded.
I winced as soon as the scan went through us, City grunted in pain when it was over we both rubbed our sparkchamber.
"You are spark calling, any idea who?" I looked to City she hesitated.
"Ummm we think it's the twins but…"
"You don't know what to do about it." a single tear rolled down my cheek.
"We want it to be the twins but we don't know how to do this without being terrified." Ratchet sat on the berth in between us.
"Listen you got to give it time, you will get better with time. You know as well as I know it's not the twins your afraid of but, being overtaken, being submissive." Ratchet told us.
And he was right we weren't afraid of the twins, but how demanding taken charge they were. We didn't want to be put down so low that dirt was high then us.
"Ratchet can we tell you something?" I asked hesitantly.
"What is it ElectricShock?" Ratchet asked.
"The Decepticons were nice to us." City whispered almost scared to say it too loud.
"What are you talking about they our the reason your so scared, how could they possible-"
"I know Ratchet it was Starscream and Sideways that did this everyone else was nice and friendly, they were the ones that caused us pain. Megatron stopped them along with Soundwave."
"Yeah he treated us like we were kids and to be honest that's what we got to do there was just be kids. We rarely got in trouble, when we did it was some trouble." City giggled.
"May I?" Ratchet reached for our wrist, we both nodded I gave him mine and City entered in through the bond.

"So you want to prank Soundwave shock?" I nodded happily at my sister. It was pretty fun at the base Megatron never yelled at us, he was nice to us. He was grumpy sometimes when he was in his office and easily irritated we blame Starscream.
"Let's." I giggled pulling her out the door. We slowly pushed it open Megatron sat at his desk he looked up when the door creaked open.
"What is it?" he asked in his rough voice.
"Ummm we were going to...ummm walk the base." City tried I pinched a wire in her forearm for being a terrible liar, she yelp in pain she rubbed her arm.
'Sorry but he is still the cons leader, I get scared.' I rolled my optics at her.
"I want the truth or your not going anywhere." he told us.
"We were going to prank Starscream." I told him which was almost close to the truth and he believed it.
"Ok, comm me if you get in trouble." I smirked and nodded, me and City raced to the doors.
"And remember do a good job." City laughed before nodded. We ran down the Nemesis halls with match devious grins that scared many cons.
"You get the supplies I'll go prank Screamer real quick." City nodded before going to the supply closet.
I slowed my pace in the halls when City went to get the supplies if I was running the cons would know I was up to no good.
'Soundwave wants to know why I need the stuff out of the supply closet, what should I say?'
'Tell him your pranking Screamer, and tell him Megatron said we could.' I told her over the bond.
In a few minutes Starscream was hanging by his peds cursing in english and cybertronian.
"ElectricShock get me down from here NOW!" he roared. I laughed hysterically, shaking my helm.
"I see how you got your name." I told him before skipping back the way I came.
"ELECTRICSHOCK!" he snarled, I giggled to myself before finding Electricity.
"You ready Shock?" she asked hanging ropes in the corridor.
"As ready as I'll ever be City." I told her fixing the paint cans so they fell just right.
"Soundwave's coming!" she whispered, I did last minute adjustments before hiding behind a corner.
'Crash'
'Boom'
'Clank'
Me and City turned the corner and stared at a multicolored Soundwave with glitter and flowers. He looked down to us, we giggled but soon shut up when he glared at us.
He grabbed both our arms roughly dragging us down to Megatron's office. The door swung open, Megatron looked at Soundwave wide optic.
"Soundwave what-" Soundwave pushed us into the room City and I smiled warily.
"Statement: Unnecessary prank, and lie." City looked at the ground, Megatron glared at us we both shrank away.
"You are dismissed Soundwave, I will handle these two." I gulp, Soundwave nodded once before leaving.
"Explanation now!" Megatron roared, I whimpered as he got closer.
"Ummm, it was just a prank." I tried Megatron glared at the both of us.
"I know that, why Soundwave, and why did you lie?" He asked.
"We didn't lie we pranked Screamer." City defended, Megatron stepped closer we both backed away.
"Who were you intending on pranking?" he asked.
"Do we have to answer that?" I asked.
"Yes!" he grabbed both our arms and pulled us up off the floor.
"Oh...umm...wweeellll…...Soundwave." I flinched as he pushed us both to separate corners. He shoved us both down to the ground, I blinked rapidly at the wall.
"You both will sit there and face the wall and think about what you have done, you will apologies to Soundwave first thing tomorrow, and clean the corridor of his choice." I was about to protested, when he forced me to look at the wall.
"Yes Megatron." We said in unison.
'Are we in a time-out?' City asked in confusion.
'I think so.' I blinked at the wall.
'We're not sparklings!' she protested, I felt the same way.
You gonna turn around?'
'No. You?'
'Nope.' I slumped in the corner, this was so unfair. 'To be honest I don't know why we don't turn around he won't kill us.' I commented.
'True, but do you want to find out what he will do?'
'No, I have a veg idea what he might do though.' I told her she nodded. So we faced the corner and did as he asked.

Ratchet disconnected the memory transfer cable, "I have no idea what I just saw." Ratchet mumbled.
"Umm you watched me and Shock get in trouble and put in a time-out." City stated.
"Strange." Ratchet mutter, I nodded.
"I know right." The med bay doors blew open I turned to see who came in, it was Hot Rod.
"Ummm, hi Hot Rod." he looked at us, with a bright smiled.
He leaned on to the wall, but ended up slipping on to the ground with a thud, a blush formed on his cheeks.
"Hey Shock, City." we both giggled looking at Hot Rod on the ground, his face flushed.
"What do you want Hot Rod?" Hot Rod blinked at Ratchet.
"Nothing I saw the Electric Twins come in here, and I want to ask them if they wanted to hang out." I hesitated, but Ratchet nodded
"Remember what I said, give it time." I sighed but nodded.
"Yeah we'll hang out with you Rod."

SO sorry a very late update for this chapter, I kind of forgot the order of events so I'm back to winging everything.
I know all the epic events I just forgot what comes first.
