Chapter 11

It was deep in the night, the full moon was high in the sky, illuminating the roads to Whiterun. A woman could be seen walking down the stone path with the confidence of those who know how to defend themselves. She was probably a mercenary, or maybe a hunter, for how silently she moved. Her light armor and ebony sword were clinging softly, but her steps couldn't be heard. Many steps behind her, was a man. His dirty armor, face and horrible breath were enough to show he wasn't friendly.

He had been stalking that woman for a while now, waiting for when she would let her guard down, so he could come over and kill her while she sleeps and take her coins. But so far, all that he had managed was to get as close as he was. The woman sure had strong legs, but some time she would have to stop to rest.

They kept on going, the woman walking without a care in the world and never hesitating in which path to go. Not looking back either.

They had reached an area covered with tall trees when they heard it. A loud howl, like a wolf's, coming from somewhere in the woods. It sounded far, but even so the woman froze on her steps.

She looked toward where the sound had come from, staying completely still, and for a while, the man couldn't discern her from the shadows of the night. Then she moved, dashing away from the road and to the opposite side from where the howl had come from, disappearing between the trees.

The man stayed frozen in place for a while, trying to understand why she had run off like that. But then, his answer came in the form of a beast.

The beast appeared from the shadows of the trees; its large form barely making any sound as it moved. It looked like a mix between a wolf and a man. His eyes were blood red and his paws were large, just as big as a man's head, and it was covered with a tick black fur. It only gave the man a quick look before dashing for the same path the woman had gone.

Now the hunter was being the hunted.

Nihren ran as fast as her legs could. She knew she couldn't win in the matter of speed, but she could try making her chaser loose her track and work for the hunt.

She fled through the threes, jumping fallen logs, and avoiding branches, her own beast telling her that her hunter wasn't so far behind, and gaining ground fast.

Soon, she reached a river, and jumped on it, running to the down shore and leaving in on the other side. She started to make a random path, making turns and coming back, mixing her tracks, and leaving false clues about where she had gone.

After a while another howl sounded, and she couldn't help but chuckle at the frustration in the sound. That beast wasn't known to be very patient, or a very good tracker.

After a while, her legs started to grown tired, and she had to slow down, knowing that the chase was over that way. But she wasn't one to give up so easily! So, she ran to a small cave back at the side of the river she had crossed before and set her trap.

Discarding her clothes and bags inside the cave, she entered the cold water, and submerged her body until only her nose up was outside of the water, and set herself to the wait.

Nihren didn't had to wait too long. After a little while the large beast appeared, with his black fur and white fangs shining at the moon light.

With quiet steps he got closer to the cave and sniffled around the entry, searching for her smell, and with a low growl he poked his head inside the cave, looking for her.

Taking her chance, Nihren moved slowly toward him, being careful not to make a sound, and when she was close enough she pushed her arms up, throwing as much cold water as she could at the beast's back.

With a startle yelp, the beast turned at her and jumped forward, submerging with her in the river. She broke the surface of the river first and broke in laughs, then, a pair of warm and strong arms wrapped themselves around her, pinning her smaller form against its chest, and she tried to hold back her laugh.

" Not funny, woman!"

"Oh, what a grouchy wolf you are! Is that all because you couldn't catch your prey?" Nihren looked up at her husband's face with a teasing smile. Farkas was clearly pouting, and that was enough to make her start laughing again.

Growling, Farkas looked away, but pulled her closer. He loved the sound of her laugh, but the fact she was laughing of him made him feel silly. Okay, so maybe he had been a little too eager to see her, to the point where he had been waiting for her smell on the road, but that didn't gave her the right to fool him into chasing her like that!

Nihren was still laughing, but he could see she was trying to stop, so, in order to help her, of course, he grabbed her and throw her over his shoulders, moving out of the water.

With Farkas' move, Nihren let out a startle yelp and tried move so she could cover her naked ass, which was very exposed, while trying to cover her breast too.

" Farkas! Put me down!"

" Not so funny now, huh?" He smirked, and moved out of the river, not caring about his own naked body.

" Farkas! Put me down! Someone will see us!"

He kept moving with her over his shoulder, going inside the cave, and only letting her down when they reached the far wall.

Putting her down gently, he moved close, not giving her time to escape his hold, and pinning her to the wall. He kissed her, holding her arms above her head with one hand on her wrists, while the other kept hold of her hips, only pulling away when both of them were struggling for air.

He moved away from her a little, looking at her face. She was panting, and her lips were starting to get swollen. Their cold bodies were pressed together, and all he could feel was the need for her. Their little game of chase had awakened his beast's desire, and now was time for him to claim his prize.

He kept on kissing her, playing with her breasts and nipping at her throat, actually biting her when she tried to pull her arms off his restrains.

He pushed her up, releasing her arms and holding her in place while gripping her ass. Her arms went down to his shoulders, and he started to kiss and nip her breasts. His hot mouth a great contrast to her wet and cold skin.

Nihren was panting and writhing under him already. So, not to lose more time, he impaled himself on her, making her let out a loud gasp at the sensation. His movements were strong and fast, and she had to tighten her legs around him in order to stay in place.

He knew they had to be quick; after all, they weren't at the safety of their home. But after today hunting, and the way his smell was all around the cave by now, the only beast that would be crazy to go against him would be a dragon. And he was sure he could take one with his bare hands if it was in order to protect his mate.

Soon, it was too much for Nihren. She tried to hold back her scream of pleasure by pressing her face against his shoulder, but even so he was sure anyone passing by would have heard. Feeling her going weak in his arms, he pulled her from the wall, and laid her on the floor, keeping on pounding into her in quick movements. And when he came, he felt her contracting around him once more.

They laid there for a while, catching their breaths; Farkas bigger body hiding her's from the cold of the night. After a while she started chuckling again.

" We should definitely do this again..."

Farkas only answer was a low chuckling, it sure had been interesting. The feelings of satisfaction of having both a good hunt and to have just bedded his wife, making him feel content.

" But next time, I will be the one hunting you!"

He opened his eyes, looking down at her. So she thought she could take him? He would like to see her try... Chuckling at that thought, he sat up, pulling her clothes closer to her, and moving to help her to get dressed.

Nihren stood on shaking legs and dressed herself with the help of her husband, who made sure to check her back for any possible wound. After she was done, they walked outside, and Farkas had to transform back into his beast due to his lack of clothes. Giving him a sly look, Nihren set her last trap.

" You better be willing to carry me back home, because I don't think my legs can carry me after all that…."

What she didn't notice, was the evil glint in Farkas eyes at that.

The man sighed. This life of outlaw wasn't doing him very good. After he had lost his latest prey he had left the road and made a camp for himself for the night, making sure not to make any fire so whatever lay on those woods wouldn't see him.

That night had turned out to be a really strange one. First he had failed to ambush his prey and then his prey had been stolen away by some huge beast. And after that, he had heard the strangest sounds coming from where those two had gone.

He vaguely wondered what had become of the woman's fate. Had she been able to run away from the beast? Or was she now just a splat o blood on the floor? Considering what he had seen, the second option was the most probably. Too bad, she was quite beautiful, with those swinging hips and small waist.

But what he wanted to know was, what kind of animal could possible have made that last noise. He wasn't the master of hunting and identifying animals by their noise, but he was sure that hadn't been a normal animal. And that brought those questions about the woman's fate again.

Then he heard steps and a voice coming from the woods close by.

Raising his head little bit above the log he was using as a shelter, he looked to the side the noise was coming from, and froze.

There was the beast once again, walking calmly on two legs with the woman throw over its shoulder while she kept on screaming to him to "carry her properly, not like a sack of potatoes".

He sat back down. Yes, this was the strangest night he had ever had. And the worst? He hadn't started drinking yet.

Thank you for reading! :D

Well, due to the lack of need, I will be calling this guy Bob, and he will be my pet bandit, who will be used every time we need a bandit. ;D
