Author's Note: I do not own Elementary. Also this is my first story posted on here so woohoo!

Joan sighed. She had woken up, excited to eat the cookies she had made last night. Sugar cookies, soft with purple frosting and blue sprinkles. Her favorite. But she had come downstairs to find the container she had out them in empty. "Sherlock!"
"What?" He called back.
"Did you eat my cookies?"
"Yes, they were delicious. Now I need your help." She sighed again and walked towards the voice. He sat in front of his spiderweb wall of clues.
"What's that?" He looked up. In front of him sat two plates and two mugs. One plate was empty, covered in crumbs and sprinkles. The mug in front of it was halfway full of coffee. The other plate held one cookie and the mug was full of hot chocolate.
"This? I simply deduced that you might be hungry this morning."
Joan smiled softly. "Thank you Sherlock." She took the cup and plate and sat in an arm chair as Sherlock explained the day's case.
