A/N: I'm sorry that I haven't updated in a while, I was really busy with other stories lol despite the fact that I haven't updated in a while, Enjoy this chapter :)

The group finally got to Italy. Sailor Moon didn't know why but she felt like something unexpected was going to happen, like she didn't want to hurt Pitch at all but something else. It wasn't a romantic feeling at all, oh no! It wasn't that at all! To her, It was more like a bonding type vibe going on.

She also had a gut feeling in her stomach that... She was supposed to also meet someone from a long time ago but never had a chance to meet. All these swirled around inside of her head. But she managed to shake it all off and focus on her main goal.

"There's the church!" Said North, pointing up at it with his sword. "We got to go and save the little pink haired girl before it's too late!"

"North is right!" Agreed Tooth. "Now hurry before-"

Suddenly, Sailor Moon heard a voice calling from behind her...

"The moon is bright, never shown during in daylight"

She turned around, "huh?" In the forest, she saw young girl in the forest lurking around where she could see her.

The group noticed this in Sailor Moon just by judging the way she looked in her facial expression.

"What's wrong Sailor Moon?" Asked Bunnymund.

"Yeah, you act like you saw a ghost or something" remarked Jack.

"The moon is bright, never shown during in daylight"

The strange girl repeated again and this time, everyone heard it. Judging by the moonlight statement they could tell that this girl was calling for her... At least that's what they think she was doing. Either that or that was just a coincidence.

"Who is that?" Asked Jack.

"I don't know, but I think she's calling for me to get my attention" Sailor Moon said.

"Don't go! It might be one of Pitch's little tricks again!" Venus suggested.

"I have a feeling that this time, it isn't guys! You go stop Pitch! I'll be right back!"

They looked at each other then Sailor Moon. "WHAT?!" They exclaimed all together.

"Moonie, are you pulling our leg or something?! We don't have time for following ghosts or whatever! We have to save Rini no matter what gets in our way!" Jack said while gripping his staff as he couldn't believe what she just said.

Sailor Mars felt a strong connection towards this strange girl. It wasn't bad at all but it was surprisingly a positive vibe. She wasn't sure if Sailor Moon should go because she wasn't sure if she was going to be okay or not but for some reason... she trusted and believed her.

She walked up to Moon, gently placing her hand on her shoulder. "Sailor Moon..."

"Huh?"

"Be careful"

Moon smiled at one of her closest and best friends, nodding.

"Don't worry, I'm sure I will be….I promise"

The scouts and guardians took her word for it but at the same time, hoped that she won't break that promise and wouldn't get hurt along the way.

She ran off into the forest to meet up with that mysterious girl, and the two groups went to fight Pitch to save the littlest scout.

"Oh she'll be alright" said Jack, smiling.

The others looked at him.

"Knowing her, I'm sure she would have this handled" He started to have that love struck look on his face.

"HEY! FROSTBITE!" Bunnymund yelled to snap him out of it.

"Huh! What?"

"No time for the mushy stuff! Let's go this sick vermin and save the little anklebiter! She's counting on us to do so!"

Mars and the others couldn't help but giggle at this because not only it was cute but it was kinda sweet at the same time.

"Bunny's right! No time for googling eyes and gushy lovey stuff!" Said North.

Jack slightly blushed and snapped out of it. But despite trying to fight his newfound and unadmitted feelings for Sailor Moon, He knew had bigger fish fry and bigger problems to be more worried about and so did the others.

And so, they went to the church, hoping that Pitch won't stand a chance because there only nine of them and one of him but they also forgot that her had an army of his own.

~In the forest

"Hello?" Sailor Moon called. "Are you there? I heard you say something about the moon shining bright and I was sure you were calling me. I'm not going to hurt you; I just want to talk to you"

She just about six feet into the forest and she already felt scared because of how dark it was. But she knew had to shake it off.

"Man in Moon told me you'd be here" a voice said behind her. She turned around and it was her, the girl who was calling for her. She was quite beautiful. She had clear pale skin, long raven black hair with a few flowers in it, golden yellow eyes, and a long green emerald dress.

"Who are you?" Sailor Moon asked.

"My name is... Mother Nature" she replied.

"Mother Nature?"

She nodded and slightly smiled. "And you must be the Sailor Moon girl that Man in Moon told me about"

"Alright! Let's get things straight! How do you know my name? And what did this man in the moon or whatever I've been hearing about-"

Mother Nature chuckled and said, "Oh if you just let me explain"

Sailor Moon crossed her arms, "alright! I'm waiting! Explain away"

"Well, While I was minding my own business, being alone more like, like I always am. The Man In Moon's moonbeams suddenly glowed in my eyes. I didn't know what was going on until I heard his voice explaining to me that I need to go to Italy to meet these people I've never heard of called, the sailor scouts. I was confused by this until he mentioned the guardians, who I knew very well, we didn't speak but I've heard things about them. So then I asked, what's going on? Then He said I needed to meet up with them because it's extremely important and an emergency. I thought I had better things to do then get involved in it but considering that I didn't have any friends, I figured I could help because he sounded really serious. He showed me pictures of what you scouts look like, even you Sailor Moon. It wasn't pictures but more like flashbacks of when the moon kingdom was still around, at least, that's what he told me. He said, go to Italy and wait there until I see you scouts and guardians come in by the church. He told me to say 'The moon is bright, never shown during in daylight.' I don't know why he wanted me to say that but I did anyway. I didn't think you would hear me but you did" Mother Nature explained the whole thing.

Sailor Moon was still confused by this, what would Man in Moon go through all of that just to meet up with Mother Nature to have a talk with her? She didn't have time for this, she had to go save her future daughter. But something told her she should stay and talk a little bit more.

"So, Sailor Moon...What is going on? Man in Moon told me that he wanted us to meet and now we're here, so please what is your big issue? I can tell by the look on your face that you are worried deeply"

She took deep breaths and began to explain what's going on that was so serious, "This creep... Named Pitch Black, he kidnapped and held hostage of someone I love, and now he's going to turn her against us, so we have to stop him before it's too late" she explained, fists tightened and she just felt sick just thinking about what he might do to her.

Mother Nature gasped at the sound of that name coming out of Sailor Moon's mouth. Then she frowned, in anger and turned her back on her.

"Wait! What's wrong?" Sailor Moon asked in a confused expression. "You know him or something

As much as it hurt for to admit this, she had a feeling in her gut that she just had to say this. "I have... A confession to make"

"Really? What is it? You can tell me. I mean, we may not know each other that well, but I won't judge you. I promise" She said, smiling calmly and resting her hand on her shoulder. She turn her face half facing Moon and finally admitted this confession.

"Unfortunately... Yes, I do know him. He's..." She gulped before finally saying, "...My father"

"...He's... You're father? But? How? I... I'm confused" This felt very unexpected for Moon and got very confused this time. Pitch Black? Has a daughter?! This was definitely a twist, even for her.

"It doesn't matter! I don't ever want to speak with him ever!" She spat.

"But why?"

"It isn't any of your business!" She snapped in response.

"But please! Tell me! I think I can help you on-"

"I said NO! Do not speak of him around my presence!"

"Please! At least let me talk! Was it something he did a long time ago that hurt you?"

"UGH! I Knew I shouldn't have come here if I knew he was going to be involved in this!" Nature was still angry of what her father had done to their family. She didn't want to remember any of those dreaded memories that still stuck inside her mind no matter what and she couldn't do anything about it but just pretend that it was a bad dream.

"But wait! If Man In Moon sent you here, then, he must want you to reason with him or something"

Nature turned to Moon with a serious look on her face, her eyes were filled grudge, anger and hurt, and Sailor Moon could tell by the look on her face. Nature wanted to help her, she really wanted to, but her long grudge on her father was getting the best of her.

"Look... I'd love to help you, I really do but-"

"BUT WHAT?! So you're not going to help stop him from hurting a loved one of mine and for what?! All because of some thousand year old grudge that you have against him? Don't you care about your father doing something that's going to cross the line? That's going to not only hurt me but the others too?"

Nature said nothing. She wished that this scenario never happened and she rather be lonely then hear about her father again.

"You know what Mother Nature? I don't have time for this! Fine! If you want to have this whack selfish attitude and keep all this hatred bottled up forever and let it eat you up alive inside, then that's your problem! I've got a boogeyman to confront"

With that, Sailor Moon seemed to give up trying to convince Mother Nature to reason with her father but there was one thing she had to say before she left the forest, "Oh and one thing Nature"

"What?" She wondered.

"You keep all this hurt feelings inside of you for the rest of your life, it's going to hurt more if you don't let it go" With that last slice-of-life reminder, she ran off out of the forest to go do her important intentions. Now she knew there was

a reason why she felt like she didn't want to hurt Pitch. Now she knew what Mini Moon was talking about when she said she felt like Pitch wasn't really evil, at first, everyone thought she was crazy, but now Sailor Moon understood of what she has claimed. He was not naturally evil but an angry and emotionally hurt spirit, just lonely and regretful of whatever he has done and is now taking it out on everyone and everything else. This was now a job for Sailor Moon to not fight but try to connect and have a talk with him.

Mother Nature watched as she ran off into the forest. She looked up at the bright moon. All of a sudden, something inside her has hit her. Maybe, just maybe that Moon was probably right. Was Nature being selfish? What if this negative energy deep within her is feeding off of her. Can she actually get a change of heart and confront her father for the first since a very long time and help Sailor Moon save Mini Moon from being possibly Wicked Lady again? That she can only answer deep within herself.

"Mother Nature"

She looked up and heard her name being called. It was Man In Moon himself. "Why have you wasted my time bringing me here just to meet up, with, with that girl?!" She exclaimed.

"Please... Just follow Moon into the church but do not let her see you when you do so"

"Why should I? My father is nothing but-"

"Please! Just do this! Moon is right, this negative impact inside of you is going to be inside of you for as long as you live and I'm very sure that you don't want that anymore, do you?"

She thought about it for a moment and realized... They were right. As much as she felt like she couldn't forgive her father for what he has done, as much as she admittedly hates him. She knew that she couldn't keep this in any longer. It was eating her alive, clouding her so called "happiness" and it not doing her any good.

"N... No, it isn't but..."

"Trust me, Nature. You won't regret it. I promise"

"You promise? You deeply, sincerely promise that this will not be another waste of my time?" She asked questionably.

He just chuckled. "I never waste anyone's time on nothing"

So with that, she agreed to this and did what Man In Moon said but...Will she be able to possible forgive Pitch after all these years having deep feelings of hatred for him after she will be able to hear him out while listen to him having a conversation with Sailor Moon and hear his perspective of what happened that long ago without them knowing she will be there listening? Only she can find this out herself, no doubt.

A/N: Bet you weren't expecting Mother Nature to come in this- oh wait! Nevermind lol I hope you enjoyed this chapter because I was up all night until four in the morning while writing this lol what kept me from falling asleep was my love for writing stuff lol I Want to make it into the film writing business soon in the future :) And I can't wait to achieve it because I've been writing for like 2 years now, so yeah I've worked really hard to try to earn it but don't worry, I will.

Aside from that, as for Mother Nature, I hope you aren't upset because of how I portrayed her in this story but this is my version of what she's like. And her reasons for hating her father are understandable but she never had a chance to ask why he did it so she just started hating him for what he did. At least, that's I think what happened but overall, sorry if I made her bland as a wall, I apologize if I did. In anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed this kind of interesting chapter lol

Stay tuned for Chapter 27 and oh! A few more things before I close this author's note! I can't believe I made 26 chapters and getting ready to make my 27th one! WOW! That's the most chapters I made in a story so far :D I'm very proud of myself ^_^ And also, I made up that "The moon is bright, never shown during in daylight" thing lol I know it's not very original and was based off the English theme song of the old dub of Sailor Moon (Which wasn't all that hot or great but still holds a special place in my heart) but it suddenly came to mind to want to put that in there, I know it was kinda silly for me to do that but I did anyway, and I think it worked out well :D

And Finally, Here's my important short announcement before I close out, Scouts and Guardians Unite will be ending next month! Yeah so, as much as I love writing this story, I'm kinda happy that I am because I want to focus on my other stories. So yeah, sorry :( but I'm sure you all would understand.

Well, I'm closing this author's note, (and this was probably the longest author's note I've ever did LOL) Toodles my lovely readers! :) Have a nice day/night! *blows kisses and runs off*
