If any of you are interested in seeing the prologue I have so far, feel free to PM me with your thoughts. Anyways, don't think for a second I don't appreciate all of you!

Lots of love, and we shall continue.

One of Those Stories Where Annabeth Leaves Percy

~~10 Years Previous~~

"Percy…" Anabeth said, with tears in her eyes. "I need to talk to you about something really important." Percy looked at her, a question lingering in his sad little puppy dog eyes. "What is it my love?" He asked.

"Percy," Annabeth said, with tears in her eyes. "Even though we've been through so much together. Even though we saved the world together on multiple occasions, and even though I've loved you since the moment I laid eyes on you, and even though we spent a really long time together in the darkest pits of hell with only each other, and even though I always said nothing would keep us apart… I'm leaving you."

Percy sat there stunned, along with all the readers of this story. After all that? She was leaving? Why? "Why?" He asked, eyes swimming A/N: haha get it? swimming? it's a pun with tears.

"I'm not sure." Anabeth said. "I think it's just time for us to go our separate ways. You know? People change, and I—well… I need to move on."

Move on? Move on? How could she do that! Annabeth picked up her belongings, and headed out of camp-half blood. Surprisingly enough, she wasn't even afraid of the monsters she knew could find her one day.

~~Now~~

10 short years later, a women with long blonde hair and grey eyes stands next to a handsome man with dark hair and green eyes in an elevator. They're both casually looking at each other from the corner of their eyes. Every time one looks away, the other one would look over. It's a tall building. So it's a long elevator ride.

Finally, the man speaks. "My apologies miss, but you look really familiar. Do I know you from somewhere?" The girl looks at him, and once she makes eye contact she knows. It's those eyes. How could she forget them? But she left him for a reason, even though neither her nor the readers have actually been told what that reason is. She couldn't reveal her true identity. "No. I don't think you know me. My name is Annabell. Annabell Lee." It's the name she's gone by for the last ten years, because she couldn't use her real name because of the monsters, even though monsters don't care about names they care about smells.

"Oh." He replied. But he couldn't shake the feeling that he knew her. Maybe it's because she looked so much like his…. his… Annabeth.

She couldn't keep the secret any longer. "PERCY IT'S ME ANABETH AND I LOVE YOU! I'VE ALWAYS LOVED YOU! I MISS YOU SO MUCH!" He knew it!

"ANNABETH! I THOUGHT YOU'D LEFT ME FOREVER. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?"

"I DON'T KNOW. I THINK I WAS FEELING REALLY OUT OF CHARACTER WHEN I LEFT YOU. CAN WE KISS NOW?"

"YEAH! THIS IS A REALLY LONG ELEVATOR RIDE."

"One more thing, Percy."

"Yes?"

"I have a daughter."

A/N: That's it for chapter one guys! Stay tuned for 56 more chapters basically exactly like this with how they can manage their knew lives based on a plot that you've seen 100 times and still doesn't make sense.

How it Should Have Happened:

"Percy," Annabeth said one afternoon, as they were sitting under their favorite tree.

"Yeah?" He replied, worried slightly at her tone.

"I don't think this is going to work out." She finally spit out.

"What? You don't think—What do you mean?"

"I'm not sure… it's just a feeling I'm getting."

"How about we talk this through? We don't have to end it, okay? Just remember everything we've been through!" And that's what they did. They talked through the night. Recounting old memories, and sorting through any feelings that might have been kept buried. After all, they weren't just going to let their relationship die after everything they'd been through, for Zeus' sake.

Besides that, it's not like Annabeth would have just left camp. They would still have to see each other out there. There were dangers in the outside world that neither of them were ready to face yet, and Camp Half-Blood was her home. So yes, they talked through the night until Annabeth's fears of their future were assuaged.

They didn't care what the future held, they had to be together forever, or else the raging fans reading this story would rip me, as the author, to shreds.

"Wow. We sure dodged a bullet their." Annabeth said.

The end?
