Greetings young ones! Beninja here and last time the drama continued between Fox and Wolf while the final veterans and newcomers created their own drama and now it's time to continue the drama even more. Sorry for being dumb and lazy and not updating sooner. I have been busy with work and commitments. But I'm back. Hope you enjoy this chapter and hopefully I'll be able to keep going.

Nothing but a Loser

The Next Morning

Fox groaned as he heard the alarm clock begin to buzz in his ear. His eyes groggily opened as he turned and reached to shut the stupid thing off. He did so after some time of trying to find the button. He stretched out his limbs on the bed before relaxing. 'I forgot about that dumb routine we have to follow.' Fox thought recalling having to wake up at 6 am every morning ever since the first Smash tournament.

He looked over to Wolf's bed to see it was empty. Wolf was already gone? Did he wake up before the alarm? How could that be? He either is use to waking up early or maybe he didn't want to be around when Fox woke up. Just the thought made Fox remember why he and Wolf were getting tense between each other. Fox simply sighed and slowly got out of bed to get ready for the day.

After, showering, grooming his fur, and getting dressed, he stepped out of his bedroom. He saw other Smashers making their way downstairs. He knew where to as well. He soon made his way down and walked down the corridor to where else but the cafeteria where everyone was sitting down and eating or getting their food in the line like they attended a public school.

Fox made his way over to the line and as he walked he looked around to see who was sitting where. The obvious couples were sitting together like Mario and Peach, Link and Zelda, and they were also sitting together. Fox then saw Kirby and Jigglypuff who both seemed to be blushing until Captain Falcon and Snake joined them. Toon Link, Ness, Lucas, Popo, and Nana were all sitting with the Villager as the newcomer was telling them about his town and everyone there. They all listened intently. The villains were also sitting in a secluded table obviously. Ganondorf, Wario, and King Dedede seemed to be whispering amongst themselves and snickering. Bowser didn't seem to be in on what the others were doing. He was just silently eating his breakfast.

He soon found himself at the line behind Red and Ike and some of the other Smashers. Fox grabbed a tray and grabbed some of the many choices available. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, waffles, toast, sausage, omelets, cereal, and any other kind of breakfast food you could think of was right there. Fox just grabbed some waffles, eggs, and a biscuit with a glass of 2% milk and turned around. Where was he gonna sit? He looked around at his options. The couples? No. How about Kirby? Not with Captain Falcon and Snake still pestering them. The villa… What was he thinking? He looked throughout the entire place and saw not one sign of the lupine mercenary. Fox sighed. 'Maybe Wolf wants to avoid any public place I might go to.' Fox thought before he went back to searching.

He soon noticed Mega Man with the most people sitting around him including Falco. Fox shrugged and began making his way over. Just as he was reaching the table something caught his eye. He looked over at an unusually empty space by some tables. Wasn't there a table that use to be there? Fox then looked a bit further and soon saw the table. Someone moved it but why? He could see someone sitting alone far away from the others. Fox was able to make out the Wii Fit Trainer as she sat there, her hand pressed into her cheek and her fork pushing her food around her plate. Fox couldn't believe what he saw. He wondered if she pulled the table away from the others to isolate herself. Fox felt bad. He then took a step but was stopped when he heard a voice call out to him.

"Hey Fox! Come on over!" Fox looked over to see Falco was the one calling over. Mega Man, Sonic, Lucario, Red, Meta Knight, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Marth, and Pit were all now looking to him seeing him and waiting for him. Fox wanted to sit by them but he looked back over at the depressed newcomer. He looked at Falco and Mega Man to see the inviting faces as they made room so Fox could sit in between them. Room for one more and it was for him. Fox would be honored to sit by the famous Blue Bomber but he smiled back before he began walking away. Everyone looked surprised as he walked. Falco looked especially shocked though as they saw him walk towards the only person sitting by themselves.

Wii Fit Trainer was still playing around with the little food she had being one sausage, one bacon strip, and a bowl of now soggy cereal. She then noticed a shadow appear above her food and looked up to see Fox of all people to be standing next to her. "Hi. Mind if I join you?" Fox asked smiling.

She looked at him with surprise. She then noticed Falco and the others were still looking towards Fox. She sighed. "You should really join those guys. It seems they want you over there." She said in a monotone voice sounding almost like R.O.B. which threw Fox off guard.

Fox looked back then back to her. "Na. I think I'd rather sit with you." Fox admitted.

Wii Fit didn't look back up as she continued pushing some sausage bits around. "Why would you rather sit with a freak like me than with the famous Mega Man?" She questioned.

"I will always get a chance to sit with Mega Man but there's no room for me and this was the closest table." Fox explained.

The white women looked confused. "But this table's the furthest one and they have room for one mor…" That was all she could say before he interrupted her. "So I can? Great!" Fox said quickly as he sat down across from her. She could not wrap her head about what was going on. 'Why is he doing this?' She asked herself looking as Fox began eating his waffles.

*Over to the Villain Table*

Ganondorf was laughing at something Wario whispered until his eyes focused on the other end of the cafeteria. He glared when he saw Fox sitting with the freaky nut case. "What is it?" King Dedede asked. Ganondorf just glared not removing his gaze from the two. Soon the others sight followed Ganon's and saw what he was seeing. They began glaring too. Bowser was now down eating and went to throw his scraps away but Ganondorf grabbed his wrist. "What?" Bowser asked him.

"We're not gonna let that fox make that little freak show feel welcome here. She doesn't belong here and with the good nature Fox has he'll try to make her feel like she deserves to be here and we won't allow that right boys?" Ganondorf asked them.

"Yeah." Wario said.

"Yep." King Dedede replied.

"I'm not sure." Bowser said.

The other looked to him with glares. "What was that?" Ganondorf growled. Bowser gulped at that. "Well she must be strong and capable of fighting otherwise Master Hand and Crazy hand never would have considered her." Bowser said explaining himself. "Those two brainless, dismembered hands don't know what they're doing. They probably just took pity on her and that's why she's here. She's not here because she's a strong fighter. She's here because she's a joke to everyone. But Fox doesn't seem to understand that. So let's go show him what we mean." Ganondorf said cocking a smile as he stood and slowly began walking. The others followed but Bowser hesitated but soon began to go with them.

*Meanwhile back with Fox and Wii Fit*

She just watched Fox eat still trying to figure Fox out. Fox looked up and noticed this but he decided to talk to her instead of ask her. "So you're a yoga instructor right? What's that like?" Fox asked. She didn't respond with an answer but her own question. "Why are you doing this?" Fox looked to her confused. "Sorry?"

Wii Fit Trainer glared. "Don't play dumb. I know you're not here to make friends with me. Why would you want to be friends with a freak, a nut, a… loser?" She asked sadly.

Things got quiet. After a few tense minutes Fox answered. "Because you're not what you say you are." Wii Fit's eyes widened as she looked to him. "What?" She asked, confusion being heard in her voice. "You heard me. It's because you're not. I don't see you as a freak or nut case or even a loser. I see a worthy fighter I will be facing in the next tournament."

She couldn't believe what she was hearing. She couldn't believe someone was being nice to her. "But you saw my introduction last night…" She was saying before she was cut off again.

"Exactly. Those gymnastic stunts you pulled off was amazing. It took us all by surprise but I was impressed by how you jumped off every table with ease and stuck that landing. I am very excited to see what you have in store for us with how you fight." Fox commented.

She tilted her head. "What do you mean?" She asked.

"Your moveset will be so unique and different no one will know what to do when they face you. And I know you've seen how we veterans fight in past tournaments so facing us could be simple for you. You're special and I can't wait to see how far you get in this tournament." Fox said smiling. He reached his hand out to her. She hesitated but looked up at the genuine smile plastered on his face. That friendly face and his demeanor in general made her feel relaxed and wanted. She slowly smiled and reached across to shake his gloved hand. "Welcome to the Super Smash Bros. Tournament." Fox greeted.

Wii Fit Trainer smiled until she noticed Ganondorf and the others walking towards them. She quickly pulled her hand from Fox which made Fox cock an eyebrow up. "Everything okay?" He asked. She didn't respond as they closed in.

Soon the four we're at the table. "Say what is the champion doing here?" Ganon asked Fox.

"Sitting with a friend and eating breakfast like everyone else." Fox said glaring at the Gerudo Prince.

"But don't you know this table was especially made for her? Why don't you show him?" Ganondorf asked Wii Fit. Fox looked confused before he looked to her. She slowly turned around to show a message taped to her back. It read "Loser". Fox glared at it the Ganondorf grabbed her tray to show another letter taped to the table. "Losers sit here" It read.

Fox growled. That was why the table was moved and why she was sitting in isolation. Those evil creatures made her feel worthless because of last night by making her those messages. The four stood there with three grinning at their proud work while one did his best to show off his smile but wasn't doing too well. "The Brawl Champion shouldn't be-a sitting here… yet." Wario told him. "Right now it's reserved for one person." King Dedede added. "And that person is the Wii Fit Loser." Ganondorf finished as he took the tray and threw it down on her head. The bacon landed on her shoulder, the sausage fell across her cheek leaving a trail of barbeque sauce on her face, and that happened after the bowl of soggy cereal landed on her head making the contents spill on her entire body with cereal bits in her hair and clinging to her skin and clothes. She now sat there drenched, covered in food, and humiliated as the antagonistic men laughed out which caused everyone to look over and see the mess she was in. Everyone's eyes widened at this sight they witnessed. Even Bowser seemed surprised by their attack on her.

Wii Fit felt every eye on her and couldn't help but cover her face and begin to silently cry. Ganondorf placed the tray on the table and began walking away feeling his made his point with Fox. The others followed but Bowser was the only one not looking as accomplished as the others. But they didn't get far when Fox suddenly tackled the leader from behind. This took everyone by surprise including Ganondorf who flipped around on his back but was pinned down by the vulpine commander.

"You take that back and apologize." Fox growled. Everyone sitting down now stood up and watched.

Ganondorf smiled. "No. But you should beg for forgiveness for daring to knock me over like that." He then threw himself up and pushed Fox off. Fox was flung into the penguin king and the fat plumber as they grabbed him and held him in place. Ganondorf stood up and walked to him. Fox struggled to get free but could not overpower the two bigger men. He was known for speed not strength. Ganondorf stopped in front of the fox and got in close to his face. "Now beg for forgiveness and I won't have to hurt you." Ganondorf told him. He then raised his hand up which began to pulse with dark energy as if to prove his point. Fox only glared at him. Ganondorf smiled more. "This is gonna be fun." He replied as he pulled his fist back.

Before he could move forward though there was a click behind his head. He knew exactly what it was as he began to speak. "Don't you even think about moving." Wolf warned not only the man his gun was pointing to but his little friends too. Fox gasped to himself. Wolf was here and he was helping him.

"You know you should be with us right? After all you are a mercenary." Ganondorf said as the dark magic vanished from his hand as he lowered it.

"I'm not like you anymore. Fox was able to show me what a real friend was like and I know I'm nothing like you. Now let him go or I'll blast a crater through your skull." Wolf threatened. The two holding Fox growled until they saw Ganondorf slightly nod. The two reluctantly released him after shoving him forward past Ganon and next to Wolf. Ganondorf then stood up straight and motioned for them to follow him out with a motion from his head. The three did so but Fox noticed the upset look Bowser had as he walked past them.

Soon the four were gone and everyone was looking at the three who were involved with that. Fox then looked over to Wii Fit who was watching the entire thing but still had tears stream down her face. Fox quickly rushed over to her. "Are you okay?" He asked. She nodded slowly.

"Thank you Fox." She whispered to him. Fox nodded back to her with a smile. The next thing the two saw was Princess Peach approaching them. Her hands were clamped together at her chest as she walked to them. She had a sad look in her eyes. "Wii Fit Trainer? Can I help you get cleaned up?" Peach asked worried.

The grey eyes of said trainer widened at this. But then Zelda did the same. "Come on let's get you back to your room." Zelda said just as worried as they both offered their hands to her. She looked to Fox who nodded to her. She looked back and slowly one of her hands on each of their hands. The princesses lifted her up off the bench and began walking her out.

Before they left the cafeteria however she felt something tug on her back. Wii Fit looked back to see the note on her back was in the hand of Pit. He then flew up, dropped it, and shot it with an arrow followed by an arrow from each of the three Links: Link, Young Link, and Toon Link. Then Ike, Meta Knight, Roy, and Marth began slashing at the remains. The shreds now slowly fell into a pile.

She then saw Olimar order a Red Pikmin to attack the other note that was on the table. After Olimar called it back and before the Pikmin left and gave it one finally kick, Mega Man grabbed the paper and sent it flying up with his Air Shooter attack which slightly tore it up but remained in one piece. Then Red ordered Charizard to use Flamethrower which he was more than happy to do while Ness and Lucas both shot out their PK Fires at the same time as did Mario and Luigi with their Fireballs to create a torrent of flames around the paper. Then the Villager shot out a Lloid Rocket as Fox, Falco, and Wolf all shot from their blasters that blew up when they touched the flames which left no trace of the incinerated paper.

The remains of the other paper where now being pounded on by Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong, then Jigglypuff and Kirby, then Pikachu and Pichu, Then Sonic, Yoshi, Mr. Game & Watch, R.O.B., Captain Falcon, Lucario, and then Samus finished with a Charge Shot along with a homing missile from Snake. When they were done they remains of the first paper were no more.

Wii Fit Trainer couldn't believe what she saw. Every Smasher both old and new just destroyed the papers that the villains made to mock her. Every one of them looked to her and smiled. She let one more tear fall at the sight. She felt like she belonged and soon took her leave with the two princesses.

Everyone then went back to eating or left to do other things. Fox went over and pushed the table they were sitting at and pushed it back into place. After he did that he looked up and scanned the area for Wolf. He couldn't find him anywhere. "Great did I miss my chance?" Fox asked himself. Before he could answer his question he saw Wolf leaning on the entrance to the cafeteria looking at him before he stood and left. Fox quickly ran after him having to jump in between some of the Smashers to get through. Soon he was out and looking around for him. He saw Wolf heading for the staircase. He bolted after him. "Wolf!" Fox called out. Wolf stopped but didn't look back. Fox stopped a little ways from where Wolf was. "Listen I just wanted to apologize about last night. I…" Fox was then interrupted by Wolf's hand coming up. Fox thought Wolf was still mad by the way he shut him up. But then Wolf began talking.

"I know Fox. And don't worry I'm not mad. I was just waiting for you to be able to approach me. And now you don't have to worry anymore. See you at the training room tonight?" Wolf asked.

Fox smiled. "Sure thing."

Wolf smiled though Fox couldn't see it. "Later." Wolf said before he took his leave.

Fox sighed in relief. Things were finally start to work out for everyone. Wii Fit Trainer felt welcomed, he made things up with Wolf, but there was one thing that puzzled him. Bowser. What was with that? The Koopa King wasn't acting like himself. He didn't seem too eager to do what the others were doing. Maybe being announced as a veteran on the first night made things awkward between them? Fox didn't know but one thing he was sure of was this was only the beginning. Not only for the tournament but whatever Ganondorf and his little posse of villains were planning to do because of him.

Hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! But it does bring up some good questions. What is Ganondorf gonna do about Fox's interference? Why was Bowser acting so out of character? What's gonna happen with Fox, Wolf, Wii Fit Trainer, and everyone else? Well find out in the next chapter! But until then Arigato. *Bows and disappears in a puff of smoke.*
