"You want to take a shower?" Alec wondered with a soft smile, his hands now on Magnus chest.

"Tempting," Magnus replied with a smile as well "Just give me five minutes and I'll join you, alright?"

"Alright.. you're not going to do anything stupid, right?"

"Alexander, since when do you take me for stupid?" Magnus asked, pretending to be offended "Don't worry darling, I'll just have to reschedule a client."

"Okay, but hurry."

The last time Alec stood in front of a mirror, he had a black eye. Now, as he looked at himself in the bathroom mirror, he saw a tired boy, but no traces of what had been. At least not visible ones. He sighed and ran his hand through his hair. What was he going to do? He wondered what Izabelle had said, how she had reacted. Probably just like the rest of them.

He opened the door to the shower and put on the water as he waited for it to get warm and stripped out of his clothes, avoiding the mirror.

A few minute later he stepped in to the shower and let the water wash down his tense shoulders. He leaned his head back, eyes closed while thinking about what had happened the last couple of days. No one knew what had happened in his father's office. He unconsciously touched his nose, moving on to his forehead. Even though the water was hot, he shivered.

"Missed me?" Magnus purred as he opened and closed the door to the shower, pressing his body against Alec's back. The boy gasped, he hadn't even noticed his boyfriend stepping in to the bathroom.

"Always," Alec mumbled and leaned his head to the side to give Magnus more access to his neck. He moaned as he felt Magnus lips tracing from his neck and down to his shoulders.
Magnus snapped his fingers and soon he held a bath sponge in his hand.

"You're tense," he observed and started to massage Alec's back and shoulders with it.

"Angel.."

"Good?" Magnus chuckled and Alec nodded. He turned around and kissed Magnus softly on the lips.

"I've missed this," Alec mumbled and placed his hands on Magnus hips, pulling him closer.

"Me too" Magnus purred and moved a little closer so Alec could lean against the wall. It felt cold against his back but he didn't mind as Magnus let the sponge go over Alecs chest and stomach. He followed the movement with his eyes and moaned once again when he felt Magnus nibble his ear.

"You're so beautiful"

Alec blushed, but no longer out of embarrassment. He chuckled a little and made Magnus look at him. That's when he saw it. The mark. It was standing out from Magnus throat a little because of the heat. It wasn't big, but it was there.

"I love you," Alec whispered and slowly kneeled down on the shower floor. He bit his bottom lip and looked up at the Warlock through his laches.

Magnus couldn't help but groan. Those eyes. That mouth.

"I love -" he said but his words got stuck in his throat as he felt Alec's wet mouth around him.

"So?" Izabelle said as Jace walked in to the library "Did you call him?"

She put away the book she'd been trying but not been able to concentrate enough to read.

"I sent him a text" Jace said and sat down next to her "He's not answering right now though."

"I want to see him. When is he coming home?"

"I know," Jace said and placed his arm around her shoulder "I think he wants to be alone with Magnus for a while."

Izabelle leaned her head against his shoulder "I know.. I just want him to know that I am here for him. I feel bad - "

"Hey, he knows that."

They both got quiet for a while until Isabelle looked up at him "Did he tell you?"

"Hm?"

"About… about dad?"

Jace nodded, massaging the bridge of his nose with his fingers "Yeah"

"I still can't believe that he did it. How could he? How did he take it?"

"I think he was shocked. I know I was. Shocked and pissed of." Jace grunted and noticed how they both were starting to get more and more tense.

"I hate him." Izabelle mumbled and sat back up "And you said that mom doesn't know?"

"No. At least I don't think she does. Alec told me to not say anything, not to you or her."

"Well, I guess he didn't count with me finding out anyway" Izabelle tried to smile but it just turned into a sad one. "I wonder what he's doing right now"

"Alec? Probably trying to survive Magnus glitter.."

Izabelle punched him on the arm "I meant dad."

"That," Magnus began and pressed his lips against Alec's "was a lovely shower."

"You mean a lovely blowjob?" Alec teased and pushed at Magnus chest playfully before putting on a pair of sweatpants.

"I didn't hear you complain about it?" Magnus replied and bit his lip "Or perhaps that was because you had m-"

Alec started chuckling and placed his hand over Magnus mouth before he could finish. "Behave"

" - an't 'omise you tha" Magnus mumbled behind Alec's hand with a smirk.

The boy shook his head and was just about to reply when his phone started ringing.

"It's Izzy" Alec mumbled and looked from his phone to Magnus

Magnus pulled away Alec's hand from his mouth and kissed it.

"I'll leave you alone" he said before putting on a t-shirt and stroking Alec's hair.

Alec smiled and watched him leave, pressing the answer button. He sat down on the bed "Hi Iz"

"Hi… I wasn't sure you would pick up" Isabelle said on the other end.
It felt good to hear her voice again, even though it sounded.. more reserved than usual.

"How are you?"

"I'm fine I guess, you know" Alec sighed and leaned back "You?"

"I miss you. Why didn't you tell me?"

Alec could hear her voice breaking at the last sentence. He closed his eyes "I'm sorry"

"You could have told me, I would have.. I - Jace said you would come back tomorrow?"

"Uhm yeah, I think so. Has he - has he said anything?"

"Who? Jace?"

"Dad.." Alec mumbled barely audible. He could hear his sister close a door before she replied "I'm not talking to him."

Alec couldn't help but to bite down a broken laugh. "I see"

"How can someone be that stupid?"

"Calm down - "

"Why? You do you realise that this is sick right? What did he even say to you?"

"It doesn't matter Iz," Alec mumbled. He didn't want to tell her about what had happened, there wasn't anything that would make any difference. "It doesn't, just let it go."

His sister snorted irritated "Right"

"Hey, this is between me and him, alright?" There's nothing you could have done, or Jace, do you hear me?"

He ran his hand through his hair and waited for Isabelles respond. It came quickly.

"But of course it is, it's everyone's business" You're our brother Alec, you're his son!"

Alec shook his head "It doesn't make any difference, just let it go, please?"

"Why are you defending him?"

"I'm not!"

He could feel himself getting slightly irritated and that was not how he'd wished this conversation to go. "I don't want to think about it. I know that you care and I'm grateful for it but … not now Izzy."

Silence.

"What did Magnus say?"

Alec started biting on his nail "He, uhm, he's coming with me tomorrow."

"Good. I'm going too"

Alec groaned "Great. We can talk about that later okay?"

"I am. "

"Angel, why are you all so stubborn?"

"See a pattern?" Isabelle mumbled but this time her voice carried a smile.

He rolled his eyes and sat back up "I guess. Alright, I've got to go. Just tell me if it.. if it gets worse you know?"

"Alright, yeah. I love you"

"Love you too. Bye"

He hung up and covered his face with his hands, exhaling slowly. A few minutes later there was a knock on the door.

"Come in"

"Hey, I didn't mean to interrupt - " Magnus said and looked at him "She okay?"

"She'll be fine," Alec replied and stood up, making his way up to his boyfriend. "I hate this" he whispered and placed his arms around Magnus waist, his head against his chest "I just want it to be over…"

"It will be over tomorrow, " Magnus said and kissed his head, making Alec to look up at him "I promise."

Alec bit his lip and looked past Magnus instead before he made his way out of the bedroom. "No it won't."
