He-heyyyy, peeps! 'Sup? Here's the next chap for y'all! I won't say much this time. Just...

HAPPY READING! :D

"A guardian, huh?" Elsa whispered.

Nicholas nodded. He then went to Elsa and told her something. Nobody heard what he told Elsa but just the two of them. Then, they left, saying that we be careful and they'll take care of stuff at their places first, since Hans and Pitch didn't seem to have anything in line (they did just leave like that. Maybe they were trying to break me and Elsa and our trust to the four).

Later that same day, we went back to Arendelle which was still recovering from some damage the fire caused, and our fight, I guess. We stayed in an inn for that time to be safe. Hans will expect us to be at the castle, in case they had something else we were missing. Elsa and I stayed in a different room apart from Anna and Kristoff. I took the chance.

"Elsa?" I hugged her from behind. "Are you okay?"

"I'm worried, love." She held my hands. "Scared."

I turned her around and touched her rosy cheeks. Man, for a woman who just got away from captivity, she looked fine! Beautiful just like in our first meeting. I held her close and… kissed her cheeks.

"Don't worry. We'll find a way."

"How?"

"Didn't North tell you something? That might help. What was it?" I asked.

She sat down. Her face turned from worried to confused.

"He asked me… what was my "center"" She said.

Okay. I had no idea what "center" meant to them until I became one of them(at least, I think so). So, I had no idea what to do then.

"Uhh. I'll go ask Tooth. Maybe she can help."

"No, Jack. North said that I need to be the one to find out myself. Or else… it'll be hard for me to become a guardian faster."

I didn't know that, too. Damn. Hahaha. Oh well.

"You know what? Let's go to sleep for now. I'm sure you're tired." I tucked her in. "We'll figure things out tomorrow, okay, love?"

She looked relieved after hearing that, I didn't know why.

"Ooh. I like the sound of that. Say it again." Elsa said, cutely. Haha.

"Love." I said so, too.

Then, I kissed her lips and said good night.

The next day, Kristoff and I went, uhh, hunting. You know, for food, around the market, that is. It was hard to find the stuff we needed since some of the supplies were burned to ashes.

"Aha! This is it, Jack, we're done here. Let's head back and cook before the girls wake up."

"Alright. I'll do my best."

As he said, we headed back to the inn. On the way, questions started popping into my head. Like this:

"Hey, Kristoff. Where is your center?"

"Over here, I guess." He pointed to his chest, his heart.

"Your… chest?"

"My heart, stupid! Why? Hahaha."

"N-nothing. I just… AH!"

There, it hit me. Center! Your heart! What you love the most!

"Kristoff, we have to get back and cook, fast!"

"What's with the hurry?!"

"Just go! I'll tell you on the way!"

He did as I said. And I did what I said, too. I told him everything on our way back to the inn. We got back and finished cooking just in time before the girls woke up. Oh, and as Olaf came, too.

While eating, Elsa looked worried again. So, I sat next to her and held her hand.

"Hey, love. How are you?" I asked.

"I'm… fine."

"Doesn't look like it."

"I'll tell you later." She ended the conversation and finished her meal. Then, she said that she'll go out for some fresh air. Of course, I followed her.

"Elsa, wait! You said you were going to tell me something. What was it?"

"I'M STILL SCARED, JACK." She said, softly, with tears in her eyes.

I pulled her close and whispered.

"We both are." I said. "But let me ask you something. What do you love or love to do the most?

"Well, before I met you, it was all ruling and family. But now, I think, protecting my loved ones."

"Safety of people, huh?" I wondered.

"Yes. Why?" She paused for a bit. "That can't be… my center, now can it?"

We looked at each other. We realized that IT WAS HER CENTER! All she ever tried to do back then was protect. She let herself get locked up in the room for Anna's protection. She left the kingdom to keep Anna out of harm's way. She tried her best to contain her power to protect the people of Arendelle. She helped us fight for Arendelle. And many more. Everything just flashed in front of us. We rejoiced. We hugged each other tight and I lifted her and danced in circles. Much like in some shows these days.

Later…

"Hey, are you hearing that?" Olaf asked. "I hear… bells!"

"What're you say—" Then, I heard it. Then, I heard stomping on the inn's roof. IT was North!

"MiM told me… you found yer center?" He said as he smiled.

"I did!" Elsa said, gladly.

"Then…"

"Am I a guardian now?! Am I?" Elsa was overjoyed.

"Whoa there. Not just yet, Your Highness.
