I've noticed a lot of questions in the comments, so I am here to address them.
1) Questions concerning Navi's disappearance will be answered in a later chapter. In short, I didn't want her hanging around Link in the adult portion of the story. She will make a re-appearance MUCH later on down the line.
2) Concerning the rating of this story, I've decided to make it rated T overall, since the M rating will apply to certain chapters only. I planned on writing each lemon as its own seperate chapter so a person could skip it if they didn't like the pairing, etc. The rating at the beginning of each chapter will determine the intensity of the content, so check that before you read.
3) The pairings I absolutely plan to do (for my own personal enjoyment) are Malon, Ruto, Nabooru and Dark Link. Due to requests Dark Link will be female. As for other pairings and lemons, Impa was requested and is being considered, as is one of the Great Fairies. Instead of a Zelda pairing I am pondering doing a Sheik pairing instead (Link would obviously find out it was Zelda at one point if I did that). What do you guys think? Also it should be noted that "multiple characters" in the description does not mean multiple people in the same lemon; for example: Link and Malon and Ruto all together.
4) Regarding Saria, I've always seen her and Link's relationship as innocent, so there won't be any lemon or lime chapters for Saria. Saria represents Link's childhood purity and whimsy to me, before he's forced to grow up both physically and mentally. In respect to that, any romantic actions between them won't go further than holding hands or chaste kisses on the cheek.
As always, thank you for the kind reviews and support. Please keep in mind this is not an exact retelling of Ocarina of Time and things will be different now that we're in the adult arc. I won't change any major points in the story though, I promise.
