The pair left their elders and decided to take a small walk before dinner, for which they were certain that it would be postponed due to the elders' reunion. Although it was a sunny day, the way that the Sasaki planted their trees, the footpaths that lead towards the mansion was well covered. It was for both defence and attack strategy. Nonetheless, Kakashi was wearing his usual cloak that Naruto saw when they first met.

"It's seems like a long time ago, when I first met you, wearing this cloak on the tree in Father Joshua's church…" the blond began as the vampire lover locked the small metal gate in front of the kitchen back door. His hair was reflecting the warm afternoon sunny, making the bird sang as they enjoyed the warmth.

"It's already been a year…" the vampire countered. "It has been one of the shortest year that I have felt for a while."

"Because of me?"

"Hai," the vampire replied in a mixture of relief and pleasure. "Thinking of you makes my day, everyday. Knowing that you're alive and fell in love with me chases away my loneliness. I have not felt so stable for so long. Knowing that you're with me strengthen my soul. Feeling your presence enhanced my heartbeats…"

The blond chuckled, rather disharmony to the environment. "Never thought you're poetic, Kakashi…"

"I do not read Icha Icha solely, I also read other books, and by means, a lot of them."

"I know," Naruto tried to control his laughter. "Jiisan is a serious educator and I doubt that they would take it easy on you."

"Exactly," the vampire replied, inputting no more information; simply let the silence wrapped around them comfortably.

They hand brushed against each other's, as they walked. A nice early summer afternoon and a smooth earthy footpath in the woods and the presence of the lovers made both relaxed. It has been a long time, especially for Kakashi who remained behind.

"Do you want to get a cup of coffee?" Kakashi asked, as they passed the second intercept, which there was a small sign of indicating the village hall direction. "There's a fast route if you want to go to the village."

"Why not?"Naruto answered, grabbed the vampire's head gently, "let's go."

They walked through high street with their fingers interlaced. Naruto's cheek flushed gradually, as he felt the heated sight from the villagers.

"Daijoubu?" the vampire asked softly. "Getting used to it?"

"Not really… why they looked at me like that?"

"Probably they're wondering when I will blood you," Kakashi shrugged. "Although we have some form of peace here, curiousity does killed some cats sometimes."

"Aiah…" the blond sighed.

"You'll use to it soon."

"I doubt I would dattebyo," Naruto sighed as he saw two girls blushed and ran away from them. "How jiisan can survive?" he sighed.

"Mind you, it would be even more difficult for Kau-nii…" Kakashi smirked as he squeezed his lover's hand for reassurance. "If you have seen An-nii transformed into a female, you would not know how much admirers that An-nii would able to attract; and besides, as the head of the oldest vampire clan, his head also comes along a considerable amount on the price tag. Even though not many people dare to approach us, and that niisan being the strongest, hunters, some worthless junk still dare to test their limits sometimes. "

"Was it that bad? Konoha never tell us that there's price tags on vampire."

"You're still young," Kakashi countered. "it's no way that Asuma or Gai would hear nothing of the price tagged on my head and nii-san's."

"Then I really should train well with jiisan, I would not want to lose you over some hunters…"

"Don't worry, An-nii survived and so as we."

They sat down at the café and ordered two portions of tea as well as two bowls of strawberry and cream. The fruit were as crisp and sweet as Naruto remembered. His lover smiled as he saw the blush slowly creeped up his lover's cheeks.

"I still remember your offered spoon…" Naruto murmured. "At that point, I only found you attractive, but never think more than that."

"I would be really stunned if you say that you were in love with me then…"

"That's true, without gaining the memories back from Lilith… I always felt something was missing from my heart and that I never know what others meant that when they said they are in love… I felt my heartbeat changed because of you, but I have no idea why. My memories filled the gaps and holes inside my heart and only then, I understood. Being together with you, Kakashi, I finally began to understand why we as priests said those words in the ceremony… Kakashi, it's you that I felt completed, not even when I felt our father's presence."

"That's love, Naruto. This is how the couples felt when they committed to spend their life together as a family."

"Kakashi…."

The vampire placed his index finger on the lips, "no need, Naruto. I understand. Just…" he hesitated. "Thank you for falling in love with me again."

"Me too. Thanks for waiting for me for so long, Kakashi."

Kakashi shook his head softly, "not at all." He grinned to his lover, "I used to it, after these hundred years, as vampires, you need to find a way to entertain your own self."

"I guess…" Naruto nodded in understanding. "I need to ask jiisan for advice. I don't read as much as you or An-san… guess it would be difficult to keep myself motivate."

"You would be alright, not too worry. It's not that hard to find something that you like to do. Ten, no, Yamato and Neji loves reading but Neji more a martial art master… while Sai is the artist, he loves to paint. There're few addicted to cookery and baking. Basically, there're lots to do, money is not the concern, for which, I never have the chance to tell you at all… previously, when you thought I was only a home tutoring sensei… and that if you're really out of option, I am sure that Kazu-nii can give you something to do as there're, surprisingly, tons of errands, from correspondent to other clans and organization, An-nii and Karou have to invest accordingly so that all the clansman have enough to spend. If not, lastly, you can sleep for hundred years before you decided to awake..."

Initially... I thought this would finish at chapter 50, but as imagination gone wild, I am so happy to say that it's not as near the finish as I anticipate, so please stay on board and hope that you like the additional plots. XD Once again, review appreciated.
