It was another has not been to church for mass for more than a month. Initially, he wanted to ask, but as the older Namikaze pretended to act upon his best, he decided not to border his great-uncle with such small issue. Nor he has asked his lover neither, as he felt, even not as sensitive as others, that it sounded very strange to ask a vampire where's the nearest church by his house. Nonetheless, he found a small room at one of the corner of the mansion, away from the main bedrooms. It seems to be a small chapel, which he found it even more peculiar. Nonetheless, without questions, he has been using it for time being.

Just before the coming Sunday, actually, it just passed the last Sunday, on the Monday morning, after An has woken up, the older Namikaze seems to be more stable and hence he remembered. "Naruto," he stopped his junior who was making his way out of breakfast table. "Come with me, since I have some spared time, I need to show you a place.'

Without hesitation, the younger agreed and tagged along his older. The older man guided him to walk across a small forest once they left the Sasaki land, then when they came out, another village was revealed.

"The village here believe the forest we walked pass as their holdup, so they rarely walked through, though, they fully aware of our existence. But we have remained so far harmless to their eyes and hence we so called in a peaceful terms. Anyway," he pointed at the onion-shaped domes, "even though they are Orthodox, nonetheless, this would be your nearest church, and the protopresbyter there is quite friendly and open-minded. He knew that I am no orthodox, but he always let me to spend some time in the chapel alone if i needed."

"I don't mind, Gai sensei always told me never picky on where to pray, especially when it is one of God's homes. He always bring me to different churches around. Even Asuma sensei said so, especially for us, as we travelled a lot."

"Sarutobi clan always produced some fine priests…" the older commented. "By the way, Isay, that's the protopresbyter's name. Mass starts on 7am every Sunday and most of the villager will be there. I come here more on an alternative basis; after all, I don't much spare time, and An-chan didn't like the smell of gold."

"Smell of gold?" Naruto asked in surprise.

"Remember? Orthodox love their gold icon."

"That's true. But I thought vampires only dislike silver."

"Gold is for An-chan, don't worry about it. But that's why I cannot come all the time and that I noticed that you have taken the sanctuary."

"I thought it was only a small chapel… Is someone using it?"

"If you go through the communion cabinet, you will find a much larger hall inside. It was designed and built by one of An's student, who loved to play classic piano by that time. he felt that practicing inside a chapel would help him to enhance the experience. Before he come back from mission, I doubt that he would care much."

"Seems the Sasaki really is really rich…"

"Although An-chan looks like he is always busy with flirting with someone else, he worked hard for his clan. In order to fulfill the title of the clan head, there were things that even I would not do for the sake of our family." Oddly, Kazuhiko's face covered in a hue of pink, "but that's somehow draw us together. If he did not attend…"

"Pardon?"

"Nothing," the older cleared his throat to cover his missing words.

Henceforth, this was why Naruto was wearing his priest robe, leaving the churchyard, making his way back to the small footpath leading into the heart of the forest. Birds were singing and spending some time in their Father's home making him feel good. He walked, almost skipped, shortening his distance from the Sasaki mansion.

"Yo," the young vampire saluted casually.

"Kakashi, what're you doing here in the early morning?"

"Come to pick you up. Niisan said you would be here when I woke up…" the vampire said as he put his orange covered book back into his cloak pocket. "It's so early in the morning, can't believe you would awake on time…" His eyes narrowed as he focused on the priest collar. Seems it has been awhile for the blond to put on the priest collar, the last few occasions, the blond always played low by only wearing the standard issued black chino and the crisp white shirt as well as the black cardigan or the wool vest, and jacket when the weather was on the chiller side.

"What's wrong?" the blond asked as he felt the heated stare from his lover, luring his collar.

"Nothing… just that the priest collar suits you…" the vampire shrugged slothfully.

"Kinky," replied the priest, almost like whisper as he realised where the sight landed, and redness began to conquer his face.

"But you enjoy," grinned the vampire as he put his lover closer, breathing in the fragrance mixture of white lily and the sandalwood. He brushed softly against the red wine stained lips, savoring the sweetness of the grape and the unleavened bread. The blood and body of the holy son. He sighed softly, sharing the oxygen around them. "Do you want to go back, Naruto?"

The said blond dipped his hand into his lover's silver threads, "I don't know, Kakashi… I was brought up as a priest and that's what I always wanted to do…. But at the same time, I don't want to lose you again… The painful memories do choke me sometimes… I never want to let you go…"

The vampire kissed the corner of his lover's lips, "me either…. Naruto," he grabbed the white fabric, pulling the priest collar off with his right, shortening their distance with his left hand, tightening his grasp on the waist. "I cannot wait to be with you permanently. Thinking of leaving you is almost impossible. I never thought I cannot convince myself to let go… unlike years ago, when I felt that I still have confidence to reject you…"

"Kashi…"

The kiss deepened and the pair started to peel their clothing off. They were lying on a flat piece of rock, almost like a pagan altar in the middle of the clearing inside the heart of the forest. The granite absorbed the warmth of the morning sun and the dew were evaporating. The vampire's silver threads and the pale skin glow under the sun's gentle kiss, the remain tattoo revealed blurry, making the vampire more ethereal.

Naruto admired the scene before he leaned forward, letting the vampire to wrap his legs around his waist. He cupped his lover's face and dropping kissing from the forehead to the nose and then to the lips, almost like the believer he saw in the morning, kissing the golden icons. He thought of nothing, but other than his silver haired lover. His god, his faith and his vowels could wait, just for this moment, he wanted to fulfil his vows to his lover, letting his body, and even his soul to be rejoice for his lover's presence. The person that he was even dreaming of, even on his deathbed, was once again, in his hand.. even the simple gesture of holding the vampire's hand, his body was shaking in joy. His love to his god never change, but the odd loneliness evaporated in the presence of his lover. The abyss of his empty heart filled because of the vampire. "Kakashi…" he murmured.

Kazuhiko found his young descendant spent his whole day in the chapel as the younger vampire was called and bought away by the older vampire. "Daijoubu?"

"Ah… jii-san…" the younger replied as he lifted his head up from his hands, closing his prayer book. "I'm fine. Just that… this time, I have trainned and lived as a priest. I have never think of something else in my life. I like Sakura-chan, even think of marrying her when we reach adulthood… just like Asuma sensei and Kurenai neechan… but… that's all i have been aware of... " he sighed softly. "Jii-san… Sandaime wants me to go back, but how? What should I do?"

Super belated Happy New Year to you all, my dearest readers. I am happy that I still feel a lot for Kakashi as well as Naruto. And that I just started to learn Japanese, so getting busy. Oh, and also, I'm moving house, so maybe next time when I updated, I'll be in my new house! XD
