When we last left you, Tails had discover secrets related to a past he was never aware of. Now, he has to deal with these secrets about his family and his own past life. Will he be rewarded with new knowledge, or cursed by a dreadful gift?
"And that's my story. That's why I hate your face so much and why I'm so upset." Tails informed Lily.
"Oh~!" Lily sniffled, tears going down her cheeks and she blew into a handkerchief, "That is so~ sad~, Hikaridesu-sama~! How cruel the outside world must be~!"
"Tell me about it. I refuse to acknowledge the day Eggman took over as my birthday. I don't celebrate it, but I go along with everyone's wishes."
"Then what day does Hikaridesu-sama acknowledge as his birthday?" Lily titled her head, still blowing into the handkerchief.
"Hmm...For once, I have no answer," Tails replied, "But I do know I thought my friends were like family...But, recently, the one person I see as a sibling has been a disappointment."
"Oh, how terrible, Hikaridesu-sama! Did you not try to tell him or her of this?" Lily asked.
"'He.' The one that took your lookalike away from me was a he." Tails frowned.
"Oh! That is even worse than what I thought!" Lily exclaimed.
"...You can stop yelling. I'm angry enough...call in those guards I met at the gate. I need my plane brought to me."
"Yes, Hikaridesu-sama," Lily bowed before backing out of the room.
'...Ugh...What am I gonna do now?' Tails thought with a sigh as he rested in his seat.
Meanwhile, Miyuki was kept a close eye on by the guards the priestess chose to watch over the nine-tailed vixen.
"Seriously, it's nothing personally, Miyuki. Just...you were a nice boss...but we love Hikaridesu-sama more," One of the guards stated.
Miyuki stayed silent as her hair shadowed over her eyes, chains with seals binding the vixen in place.
"And apologies for the seals but...it was Rao's orders," the guard added.
"Plus... no one wants their asses frozen for weeks like last time."
"..." silence was Miyuki's response.
"...This is so boring~!" the guard complained...until they got a message, "Huh? ...Oh..okay...Hey, Miyuki. Your husband's here."
Miyuki's ear twitched a bit as she slightly looked up to see someone enter the room.
"Miyuki-chan, I-gahhahahaha!" the figure screamed, ending up crashing into the two guard and knocking them out against the bar, "Ah! Oh no~! Not again…!"
The figure was a Mobian hedgehog with snow-white fur and an ivory muzzle. His body was covered in an orange jacket with extra-long sleeves with orange straps all over it. His feet were covered in blue and red tennis shoes with yellow soles and showstrings. What was interesting about him was that his left eye was covered by an ornate black and gold eyepatch with a nine-tailed fox in the center.
"White...I was just about to ask for you..." Miyuki smiled.
"Dear, what is going on here?" White asked as he carefully put the two guards against the cell, worry evident on his face, "Why are you locked up?! And why is every single girl in town saying 'Hikaridesu-sama?' Seriously, they're chanting it and I don't remember why that name is important."
"Honey, he's the founder of the village...and my great-great-great-great-great grandfather,"
"...Is he the guy you have that rememberance shrine for in the living room?" White asked.
"Hai…"
"Oh. ...Wait a second, he's dead! ... Are we dealing with his g-g-g-g-g-ghost?" White whimpered.
"White, he's part of a reincarnation cycle, meaning he comes back to the land of the living reborn as a Mobian fox."
"Oh...You mean like those scrolls we found from long long ago that talked about that Buddha guy before we ended up here?" White asked.
"...You're so cute when you're guessing," Miyuki smiled, earning a blush and small smile from the hedgehog, "Just listen to me carefully. I need you to go there and ask for an audience with him. Tell him you represent the males in the village and that you're concerned about your living condititions."
"Okay. But I'm not all that concerned where we live as long as it's with you," White informed before tripping over a pebble and landing flat on his face, "Guh!"
"White, you remember what you like for me to wear when I'm cooking but I kept saying no too?"
"..." still face-first in the floor, White's muffled voice went, "If I do this, you'll do it?"
"For a month."
"...Yay bribery!" White's muffled cheer went off before he got up, "Okay. So I go to what place, ask for an audience with this Hikaridesu-sama person, and tell them the reason is for the living conditions for the guys here?"
"Yes... And you'll know why I need you to see him when you meet him. He'll look very familiar… Also, one last thing..."
"Yes, dear?" White asked
"...Keep an eye out for Rao...she's up to something," Miyuki advised with a frown..
"Aye-aye, my dear!" White saluted before he ran out...only to hit the door, "Gah!"
"What the heck did you do to my plane!?" Tails snapped at the guards that brought Nicole in.
"I can tell you what we didn't do. We did not try rocket jumping over it," the bucket-wearing fox saluted, the other trying to avoid the headache forming from her friend's actions.
"Grr." Tails growled as he raised his hand, brimming with black fire, "The face or the butt?"
"I prefer the stomach, Hikaridesu-sama, sir!" the bucket-wearing kitsune informed.
"...The butt," the other sighed as Tails bent the bucket wearing kitsune over and spanked her.
"You call that spanking my bottom?! I have dealt with more…" the bucket-wearing kitsune began before a rather sharp slap went off, "MY BUTTTTTTT!-!-!-!"
"There...Now go to your room and think about what you've done, "Tails scolded her.
"Permission to teleport bread to help me think, sir?" the bucket-wearing Kitsune asked.
"Denied." Tails said as she limped away, grumbling.
"I know this may be out of line, Hikaridesu-sama, but thank you for denying her a chance to teleport bread," the other kitsune thanked with a bow.
"Nicole, online," Tails ordered as a swarm of nanites came out and reformed into Nicole.
"Finally! I was freezing my servos off ou-why are there so many foxes?" Nicole blinked, "And why are they staring at me like...KYAHH!"
"Oh, this dress is amazing!" the kitsune that was partnered with the bucket-wearing one exclaimed as she and Lily were looking all over the toga Nicole was wearing.
"Oh, it matches so well with her fur!" Lily noted.
"Tell me, what kind of style is this? Where did this design come from?" the first kitsune asked.
Nicole then turned into a swarm of nanites and reformed around Tails.
"Which one of you has the design to the village?" Tails asked the females.
"...You just sent the only kitsune with the only map of the village to the corner, Hikaridesu-sama," Lily informed.
"Anyone else with the design to the village here? Preferably not wearing a bucket head?"
All the kitsunes shook their head. Tails facepalmed.
"Oh screw it...Nicole," Tails started to whisper orders to her, "Got it?"
"Are you sure?"
"I'm in charge of this place, apparently. So yeah, do it."
"Very well," Nicole bowed as she vanished and the trunk of Tails's plane opened and all of the nanites that were used to make Mobotropolis followed her.
"Holy snowballs!" the first kitsune yelped.
"Running time?" Lily gulped.
"You don't even think of leaving my line of sight,," Tails frowned at Lily before he saw a giant snowball rolling towards him.
He lifted his hand, stopping it before melting it to reveal a hedgehog, making him blink.
"...Amy?"
"Mugyuu…" the hedgehog groaned, a swirl replacing his visible eye.
"Not you again…" the first kitsune facepalmed, "Hikaridesu-sama, please meet White Rose. The only hedgehog of this town and the clumsiest person anyone has ever met."
"..." Tails then picked Shite up and looked at him, "White Rose? Amy Rose's dead brother?!"
White mumbled in a dazed state before rapidly shaking his head, "Blurblurblurblub!" blinking twice, he saw Tails, "...Huh. Don't see many males foxes here. Are you Mr. Hikaridesu?"
"..." Tails then took out a picture of Amy with Sonic, "You know this girl?"
"...Huh. Kinda looks like my dead baby sister, if she were older," White noted, "...May I ask why you're showing me this weird pink hedgehog, sir?"
"She's your sister. She used magic-dangerous magic-to make her body look like that."
"Oh yeah. That makes sense and whaaaaaaaaaat?" White gawked at the end, his eye widening to the fullest with his jaw dropping.
Amy, walking with Haseo in hand, suddenly stopped and gulped.
"Why do I feel like my new body is not gonna be accepted by someone important to me…?"
Tails blinked as he looked at White throwing a tantrum as he looked at Amy's pictures.
"Of all the-How did she even…?! Gah!" White screamed as he tossed the pictures in the air, "Risky, my right bum cheek! Gah! Such idiotic actions! And they call me 'clumsy'?! Ohhhhhhh…! I swear, if I see her, she is going to get the book! And I don't mean the little book, I mean the big one the two of us wrote when she was four!" he stopped ranting to blink twice and look at Tails, "Wait. She's alive?! I thought she got killed in that attack when that blue metal hedgehog robot attacked our town!"
"He kidnapped her. She was brought back a few hours later, but the place was deserted so she thought you were dead and jumped ship over to the Freedom Fighters to be near her crush Son…" he started before dodging a snowball thrown by White.
"Oopsie," White blushed, lowing his foot, "I am so sorry. I still don't get how that happens when I kick the ground here. Wait...She thought I was dead?! I thought she was dead! I mean, sure, I got knocked out by the door...again...but when I came to I didn't see anyone and there was blood on the floor in Amy's room and so I thought she was...well...gone-gone."
"Umm...That was oil."
"Well excuse me for having trouble telling the difference between liquids with having one eye," White pouted, "Seriously, having one eye stinks when you want to get a drink and end up getting coolant for your snowmobile."
"Come with me. I'll tell you all about Amy." Tails offered.
"Okay. Hey, you know where that Hikaridesu-sama guy the girls are talking about is? I need to ask him about how the guys here are going to have to do now that he's back. I mean, I don't mind or anything, really, but I just don't want issues between everyone. I like peace. Especially after Soldier teleported bread that one time…" he shuddered.
"...I am Hikaridesu." Tails frowned, making a note to punish this 'Soilder.'
"...Oh. ...I guess it should've been obvious, huh? What with you being the only male fox here and your two tails…" White blushed in embarrassment before tripping over a snowflake, "Gah!" he groaned before looking up at Tails and blinked, putting Miyuki's image over him, 'Huh...Kinda looks like Miyuki-chan.'
"You gonna be down there all day, making snow angels or should I invite you in and tell you about your little sister's obsessive crush with the worst playboy on Mobius?"
"PLAYBOY?!" White freaked before getting up and shaking a fist at the air, "A playboy?! Seriously, Amy! You are in for it when I find you!"
"FORGIVE ME NII-SAN!" Amy freaked out, making Haseo hide in a bush nearby, before blinking, "...Why did I just freak out like that?"
"And that's why she made herself older and that's how Sonic treats her." Tails finished explaining, eating his chili dog.
"..." White put down the cup of hot cocoa Lily had handed him before taking a deep breath and slowly exhaled it, "I need to think for a bit about what you just told me." 'Because, to me, it sounds like you have a few holes in your logic right now.'
"Take your time. I'm actually a bit happy to meet you."
"Really?"
"I thought your 'death' sounded fishy and investigated your case. Sonic just dropped it all together and let Amy live with us Freedom Fighters."
"I kinda get why he did that," White noted, making Tails look at him like he grew a second head, "Mobius was at war with Robotnik at the time. Action was needed more at times than examinations."
"...Family was important." Tails frowned.
"And I thought my family was killed," White frowned, "At my house, I have a total of ten different Rememberance Shrines, one for each member of my family that is dead. I had nine younger siblings, Amy included, and all of them were killed! Well, except for Amy with this new evidence you gave me, and I have to deal with looking at them every, single day. Always wondering 'What could I have done to save them?' and never getting a bloody answer except 'nothing.'"
"There was nothing to do, but fight. But you ran off, and ended up here." Tails said, "You didn't try looking hard enough. If you ask me..." he ended, sipping his tea.
"You don't think I wasn't trying to look?" White trembled, "I searched the whole village! For any sign of them! And...And do you know what I found? Only empty homes and a few dead bodies. I took them to where the graveyard was to at least give them a proper burial. Then, I left. All I had was a medical eyepatch that I've had since I can remember and my favorite orange jacket. I didn't take anything else except for my family's photo album, just so I'd always have my memories of...of when times where I could have hope."
"You're honest...I like that." Tails smiled, "Tell me do you treat your mate fairly?"
"Of course I treat my wife fairly. We always talk to each other and-how did you know I have a wife?" White raised a brow.
"Cause you wouldn't be allowed to stay without being engaged to my past life's descendants." Tails informed, "Plus, you're wearing a makeshift wedding ring."
"Oh…" White blushed as he looked at his wedding ring, "Well, we didn't have much money for anything. We used to travel until we found this place, but we never traded in our rings."
"Here you have no need for rings. The priestess approves of weddings and your marriage is annulled if you are witness disobeying the rules or disrespectful to your mate...resulting in your penis getting sugically removed."
"We know we don't need the rings, but we both made them with all our love," White informed, "They're a symbol of our bond and what we endured together."
"I see," Tails scoffed, "So to relate your business here; just obey the rules and you males are fine. The city's going to be remodeled soon."
"Really? Aw rats, and I just finally finished my map of the place," White pouted as he pulled out a piece of paper with a detailed map, "See? Every night, I'd just go to the top of my house and draw this."
"I'll take that.- a voice said as a swarm of nanites formed Nicole hands and took the map and freaking White out.
"GAH! Ghost Lynx!" White screamed as he hid behind his chair and pulled out a crucifix, "Begone, o spirit! Please pass on! I do not want to be possessed and I don't want to be sued by a ghost again!"
"Calm down! That's just Nicole," Tails informed.
"...Is she half Mobian/half Ghost?" White asked, making Tails facepalm.
"She's an A.I I designed and invented...(in the future) She's going to remodel the city to protect it from future threats." Tails informed, "I'm updating my new home and protect it from those who seek to harm you all."
"...Will I get my map back once you're done with it? I was going to show my wife it later since I just finished it this morning," White informed.
"Why don't we invite her over...Who's your wife?"
"Oh, she's a beautiful snow angel," White sighed wistfully, "We met one another in the Shamazon years ago. Of course, I ended up crashing into her when I tripped and rolled down a mountainside…"
"Umm...White, focus. I need a name to invite her."
"Oh. My beloved Yuki-Onna is named Miyuki," White beamed.
"...GET THE HELL OUT!" Tails snapped, smashing the table.
"Gah!" White yelped as he hid behind his chair once more, "Seriously, what did I say? You asked my wife's name and I gave you it, sir."
"That bitch is my number one hated person!"
"...Why?" White asked.
"She's my sister."
"Okay. Wait, what?" White blinked.
Tails didn't even respond as he snapped his fingers and the guards handcuffed White.
"I swear I did not teleport bread," White informed quickly.
"Asuka, Katsuragi..take him away...and have him join my sister," Tails ordered with a frown.
"...So I take it you mentioned my name," Miyuki sighed as White came back to visit her.
"Yep! So...He was nice, kinda off and grumpy, but nice," White informed.
"He hates me."
"Well, I'm not fond of my baby sister Amy right now either," White informed, "Turns out that she's alive."
"...You just found that out?" Miyuki blinked, "I found out weeks ago when the guards delivered the newspapers of the outside world. I tried to tell you, but you were busy with your map."
"GAH! Mappy!" White freaked before comically sobbing into her lap, "Miyuki-chan~! Mappy got taken by a Lynx Ghost!"
"...Eh?" Miyuki blinked in confusion.
"He refers to me, I believe." a voice said as, in a swarm of nanites, Nicole appeared in Miyuki's cell.
"Gah! The ghost Lynx!" White freaked as he pulled his crucifix and a set of talisman slips out.
"Miyuki Prower, if your last name is true, I would like to collect a blood sample and prove you are the sibling to Tails and daughter of Amadeus and Rosemary Prower."
"...They're alive?" Miyuki's eyes widened, "White-kun, please stop trying to exorcise her. She's not a ghost."
"That's what you said about the last Ghost we saw! And I got possessed for an hour and then it sued me!" White whimpered.
"...True…" Miyuki sweatdropped.
"..." Nicole took out a syringe and stabbed it into Miyuki's arm, drawing her blood, "Blood sample acquired."
"What? No lollipop?" White frowned, "Honestly, Ms. Ghost, what is wrong with the afterlife? Don't they give lollipops when you get blood drawn anymore?"
"...I am not a ghost. I am an advanced nanomachine A.I that is currently 99.1 percent done with the remodeling of this city," Nicole frowned.
"...What does the 'A' mean?" White asked.
"..." Nicole then waved her hand before tape wrapped itself around White's mouth and she looked at Miyuki, "I will return to take you before Tails. He is very upset." with that she vanished.
White's muffled shouts filled the room. Apparently, the tape had also covered his nose and he was trying to get it off. He collapsed after a few minutes and began to run in a circle on the floor.
"...Gomen for this, but let me," Miyuki spoke as she managed to use one of her tails to remove the tape from White's mouth.
White took in a huge gasp of air, "Oh! Oh thank Amaterasu! Couldn't breath for the life of me!"
"...Grr..." Tails whimpered in pain as dark Chaos Energy came off him, burning his body.
"I see the process is beginning, my lord," a voice spoke, making Tails look up a bit to see the priestess, Rao, approach him.
"What do you want, priestess?" Tails frowned, getting comfortable in his chair, "I have no need for someone like you...especially after what you did...that's right. My memories of what you did to me is fresh."
"...What do you mean, my lord?"
"Trying to steal my power...breaking the treaty with Amaterasu... working with Yamato no Orochi...Need I go on, you traitorous bi...Grahh!" Tails cried in pain, holding his sides that felt like they were being torn apart, "Wh..what's going on?!"
"Like I said...the process is beginning."
"Process? Wh..guh..what process?" Tails panted, grunting in pain every few seconds.
"In your current mood set, your dark Chaos Energy is strong. You are Hikaridesu. You have to balance the light and dark. You probably felt this before…"
"...Wait...I did." Tails realized that every time he used positive chaos energy for his super forms, he was put in intense pain.
"I see...and the amount of Dark Chaos energy emitting off you...is burning strongly...I sensed it the moment you saw Lily...She reminds you of someone...doesn't' she? ...Perhaps someone who broke your heart?"
"?!" Tails winced in immense pain as the Dark Chaos Energy flared off him, almost reaching for the ceiling, "..." Tails growled as he recalled Fiona, "..She...she...SHE..that woman chose Sonic...and then Scourge over me….They didn't..No, they couldn't give her the love I had for her."
"...And for that, you wanted to make everyone pay...correct? Especially those who broke your heart?"
"No, just Sonic and Scourge." Tails answered. "Fiona, I fell in love with her twice and lost her too many times...death would be too good for her!" he snarled, smashing the ground. "...I...i..I know I should get over it, but I can't! I still love her! Is that so wrong?!"
"...No, my lord...but perhaps..now that you have the power..you can finally retrieve what is rightfully yours…"
"..What..is rightfully mine…" Tails whispered, his eyes flashing a dark violet for a moment. "No one could stop me who could try? I'm the smartest...I'm the chosen one, I'm the savior of the multiverse!" Tails laughed before frowing, "But first i need to let go of some things.."
"..Then what is stopping you?"
"Miyuki, you are to be escorted to Hikaridesu-sama's presence. He wishes to clear the air."
"...Is the Lynx Ghost going to be there?" White asked.
"You mean Nicole? Dude, you should totally see the improvements she did to the city and she didn't even change the inside." the bucket wearing soldier said.
"...She didn't tear down my tree, did she?" White asked.
"No, you idiot. She only touched buildings."
"My tree was in my house," White pointed out.
"We just said she touched the outside not the insides."
"...Okay...But if I go home and I see my tree isn't where I left it…" he tapped his eyepatch and made the guard start shaking, "Crimson is not going to be happy."
"W...We have Hikaridesu-sama now! W-W-We have no need to be afraid of Cri-Crimson," the guard informed.
"And yet you're stammering," White pointed out.
"White, I told you before. Never threaten with Crimson," Miyuki frowned as she gave off an aura that made White whimper.
"G-Gomen, but you know he sees trees and plants as his precious things in life," White informed, hiding behind the bucket-wearing kitsune.
"I would like to be escorted now. White, return home and stay there...you, as well Crimson." she frowned.
"Dear, you do remember he's asleep, right? Doesn't wake up until I...you know…" he tapped his eyepatch.
"I will escort him home for you, Miyuki!" the bucket-wearing kitsune saluted, "He said I was not to go with you all."
"Thank you, Soldier."
"That reminds me, Hikaridesu-sama wants you to clean the entire town, Soldier. It's for teleporting bread all the time he was away."
"..." Soldier made a squeak that sounded like a rubber duck as she grinned, "Yes, ma'am!" with that, she picked up White, "Let's move, Clumsy!"
"O-Okay...G-Good luck, Miyuki-chan!" White waved until they were out of sight, "...I think he said you..."
"I got it loud and clear," Soldier grinned.
"From here on out, you're alone." the guards informed, stopping outside the living room.
"Thank you," Miyuki nodded as she entered the living room.
Tails sat on the floor, wearing a royal looking kimono with a strange necklace around his neck. Besides him were Nicole and Lily, both serving tea.
"Sit down," Tails frowned at Miyuki.
Miyuki nodded before complying. Lily was about offer tea when Tails shook his head at her. She nodded, looking down at the floor.
"The test result came back. Nicole said your DNA and mine match up perfectly," Tails frowned.
"..." Miyuki nodded.
"So what do I do here? Take my anger out on you for leaving me alone all these years? Hug you and cry into your arms?" Tails listed off.
"...Tails..I…"
"Don't call me that. It's Hikaridesu, others call me Miles...but you left me to die!" Tails yelled before kneeling down in pain as dark chaos energy came off.
"...I didn't leave you to die…"
"LIAR!" Tails shouted as a shockwave of Dark Chaos Energy sent Miyuki, Nicole, and Lily flying into the wall. "I remember you left me on the ground and ran away to save yourself!"
"I didn't...leave you...I'm..telling you the..truth…" Miyuki panted as she slowly stood up.
"..Strike two...just admit it..and I might let you go…" Tails frowned. "Keyword: might. I'm really upset right now." Tails informed, raising his hand and forming a shadow-like blade.
"You said you remember me leaving you on the ground...What was I doing exactly…?"
"You were...you were...you were...crying…" he blinked, putting his hand down. "You were sad...about..something."
"...Because...because…" Miyuki began, tears starting to form in her eyes, "Because I thought I lost my family. Th..there was no sign of tou-san or Kaa-san...and you...you weren't breathing…"
"I...I don't understand...you had me…"
"I...I held you in my arms...but...a few months after you were born..a week after tou-san and kaa-san disappeared...you stopped breathing..I..I.." Miyuki paused as she held back a sob, "I thought you were dead...I..I was so scared..I..I'm supposed to be your sister...and yet..I..*sob*I had failed to protect you..like a sibling should…."
"You...you...!" Tails started as he prepare to strike her before he fell to the ground, coughing blood a little.
"Hikaridesu-sama!" Lily gasped.
"T..Tails!" Miyuki gasped as she ran up to see if he was alright, "Are you ok?"
"Sh..shut up! aba..no! You..you l...l…" Tails panted, his emotions mixed up like crazy right now, "I-I can't. I...I don't know...what to…" Tails panted as he passed out, breathing heavily and his head burning.
"...Lily, get one of the doctors...now," Miyuki ordered.
"It seems to be a mixture of physical and mental stress." the female doctor explained, "Whatever he has on his mind has finally overwhelmed him, most likely due to a recent shock. He'll need a lot of needed rest."
"Thank you," Miyuki nodded before looking at the door, "Dear, get in here."
"No. I know that ghost is still in there!"
"She's an AI, not a ghost!"
"No one's told me what the 'A' means yet!" White countered.
"If you come out, I'll change the month to 2 months," Miyuki offered.
"No thank you. Then it'd just ruin it," White argued, "If someone tells me what 'A' means, then I'll do that thing you always want me to do in bed for two months."
"I can get you to do that with one word and you know it," Miyuki countered.
"...Is this normal?" Nicole asked.
"Will you girls be quiet?" the doctor frowned, "This is still a hospital and Hikaridesu-sama needs to sleep."
"Tell that to his aura," Nicole said, pointing at the dark chaos energy.
"...So why is he giving off the same stuff Crimson does when he fights?" White asked, peeking inside, "Kinda looks darker, though."
"It's not the same. It's the...I guess you can say...'pure form' of negative chaos energy." Miyuki frowned, "Stronger...more effective, but can only truly be used with pure posisitive chaos energy."
"Ah...That explains why it doens't have those red highlights like Crimson's does," White noted , "...And what does the 'A' stand for?"
"Darling, be quiet now. This is serious matter time," Miyuki sighed, "Your brother in law could be dying."
"Dying?!" White freaked, "But I just met him...Curse my luck."
"Please, he's not dying. Well...I'm not sure, but he's under some kind of stress."
"Umm...I know why." Lily offered, "He told me what happened to him after he and Miyuki-san were separated and it's all horrible."
"Told me too in a way," White added, " I kinda heard it between the lines. I'm a Defense Attorney after all."
"White, be quiet and let Lily speak." Miyuki said, "No one listens to between the lines."
"How do you think I have a such a good record on court cases then?" White asked, "...Shutting up now."
"White, honey it's a game, for the last time." Miyuki sighed.
"...Is this normal?" Nicole whispered to Lily, who shrugged before the ground shook and a roar went in the air, "...What was that?"
"I TELEPORTED BREAD!" Soldier's laugh went off in the distance, barely heard over another roar.
Inside Tails's mind, he was in the middle of a nightmare. He looked at Sonic and glared at him.
"Everything that made me happy...Everything I wanted...you took from me! I taught you some of my moves and you took credit for them!"
"Cause I made them cooler," Sonic scoffed.
"You took my Fiona away from me!"
"Dude, you're a kid. You couldn't love even if you read it in a book."
"At least I didn't give up and let Nagus have the throne!" Tails snapped, "I didn't wait for Eggman to attack after he took Sally from us! I would've…"
"Done nothing but hide behind my back and follow my orders like a good sidekick." Sonic interrupted, "Tails, you're nothing without me and you know it."
"Th...That's not true! I…!"
"Face it...Eggman thinks of me as the only threat..and he's right. I'm fast, quick witted, and a lot of other stuff I can list off. You? You're just a kid with a bad record for love."
"...Sh..shut up! I..I..!"
Sonic smirked as Fiona appeared next tho him and wrapped her arms around Sonic.
"..no no...you can't be with him…"
"Sorry, squirt. But I require a man..not some kid"
"...Is that how you really saw me? Just a kid?" Tails asked, "I cared for you I saw the real you."
"Tch..please. Like you could ever see the real me..face it. You had no shot with me from teh beginning..heck. Even my robot self didnt' want to be with you," Fiona grinned.
"You take that back…" Tails cried.
"Or what? You going to cry to mommy, daddy, or your sister? Oh wait..that's right. they're gone!"
Tails then raised his hand as Sonic exploded into smoke and a shadowy hand grabbed Fiona.
"..I should've seen it...all along..I thought I knew the real you..but now I know..you..you're the reason my life's so miserable now.." Tails growled as the shadow hand began to choke Fiona, "You...I loved you..and yet you treated me like trash…" Tails continued, "I could choke you to death...but no. Death is too good for you...I'll pay you back and prove you wrong," he grinned, "I'll prove everyone wrong."
Tails eyes snapped open and he panted as he looked to his side to see a sobbing Miyuki.
"...What's wrong? Why're you crying?" Tails asked, making Miyuki's eyes widen as she looked up at him, her eyes red from the crying.
"...T...Tails?"
"Yeah?" the young fox asked before tensing a bit at the dark frown on Miyuki's face.
"Where are Fiona the Fox and Sonic the hedgehog?" she snarled.
"...wh…" Tails began before shivering, feeling as if he was inside a blizzard.
"Tell me, Miles Tails Prower...where...are...Fiona Fox...and Sonic the hedgehog…?" Miyuki snarled, holding one of her hands up as a claw made of ice engulfed it.
"And what would you do if I told you?" Tails asked waving his right hand as light chaos energy came off him, putting her in a good if not a completely blissful mood.
"Oh, that's bright," White noted as he quickly put some sunglasses on.
"..I do not know…" Miyuki admitted, her anger completely gone, "..Oh White-kun~." she mewled before hugging White.
"What I did just now put her in heat for awhile." Tails informed White.
"...I am not sure if I should be happy about this or crying over the medical bills once she's out of it," White informed.
"Just leave with her. I need to be alone."
"Okay. But you know that once she's over this, you're more than welcome to talk with me and her if ya need to," White informed before he was dragged off by Miyuki, "Please no rope this time, Miyuki-chan!"
"Why, master?" Miyuki blinked.
"Oh, I forgot she'll only do what you demand in this state." Tails told White.
"What?! B-But we both agree on a time table and everything for it! And it's her turn to be the demanding one!" White argued before blinking twice and facepalming, blushing hard with Tails, "And I just said that aloud, didn't I?"
"If I hear that again, you are getting your balls remove...she's still my sister," Tails frowned, forcing the blush off his face.
"Yes, Tails…" White whimpered, 'Why must foxes be so scary at times…?'
"You're fired." Tails informed Rao.
"...Excuse me?" Rao frowned.
"You are fired. I don't trust you. You betrayed me once and I'm not stupid enough to fall for it again...Meet your replacement." Tails said, motioning to Lily.
"Uh...H-Hello," Lily waved a little, not used to others looking at her.
"...My lord...is this some sort of joke?" Rao frowned, "That vixen has no knowledge off…"
"Get Rao out of my sight and remove her priestess belongings."
"...Do not test my patience…" Rao frowned until a bandaged Soldier aimed her bazooka at her.
"You heard Hikaridesu-sama, maggot. Off with the fancy stuff and get your magic butt outta here."
"...Do not think this is over.." Rao frowned as she pulled out a talisman from between her bosom and slammed it down on the ground, creating a large smokescreen that covered the entire room
"Do not let her escape with the fancy stuff!" Soldier barked.
"You're the only warrior we brought, Soldier-sama," Lily pointed out.
"Who said that?! Was that you, magic maggot?!" Soldier demanded.
"It doesn't matter." Tails frowned waving his hand erasing the smoke. "Rao's obsessed with me. she'll be back to try and turn me into the 'perfect' hikaridesu." Tails informed, "Now, I want to lay down some new rules and a mission."
"Can we teleport Bread?" Soldier asked hopefully.
"Do you want me to ban bread forever?" Tails frowned.
"...No, sir," Soldier slumped, "But you told me to teleport bread."
"No, I didn't. I said because you kept doing it while I was gone, you had to clean the city as punishment."
"Oh. ...I did not hear the rest after 'teleporting bread,'" Soldier informed, Lily facepalming.
"...You are an idiot…Anyways, I'm going to be building something soon to get a criminal that committed a great crime against me." Tails started. "After that, there's one more thing of importance...I need you all to be on the lookout for someone I realize I can't stand."
"...Will I be allowed to use any method in capturing this someone if I find he or she?" Soldier asked.
"If you see them, I want you to beat them within an inch of their life," Tails informed, "And interrupt me again and I'll mindwipe all memories involving bread." he said making Soidler gulp.
"Not my bread!" Soldier yelped as she dashed behind Lily, "Or my buckets! Or heads, for that matter."
"Then shut up." he said making her zip her mouth., "Now listen..my enemy-no, the village enemy from here on out...is named Sonic the Hedgehog," Tails frowned.
"...Damn him…" Rao frowned as she was far away from the hidden village, the former priestess tensing up for a moment when she sensed something, "...Raiju."
"So this is where the village was hidden," the Bride of Conquering Storm noted, appearing behind Rao.
"...He has returned.."
"Hmm?"
"Hikaridesu..he has returned," Rao stated once more, making Conquering Storm frown.
"Why were we not informed sooner he had been reborn?"
"He just returned to the village but he's incomplete...I need to perfect him." Rao sighed.
"Perfect him?"
"Yes...as long as that sibling of his is around..He cannot reach his full potential," Rao informed.
"I am currently serving a new empire after the fall of the worthless Eggman. If you accomplish this, he will be useful to my new master I hope?"
"Yes..perhaps even more."
"Very well. The Neo Metal Empire will assist you then, Rao," Conquering Storm grinned.

Encounter
"...Are you Ragna the Bloodedge?" a voice asked as Ragna stopped his walking.
"Who wants to know?"
"An old friend of Jubei's..."
"And your name?"
"I have several the most famous one is lancelot, my original is shadow...but I prefer being called the ultimate life-form!" the figure said throwing away his cloak.
Ragna raised a brow. Before he was an anrthomorphic hedgehog that had a tan muzzle and pitch-black quills with red highlights. He could barely make out a few tuffs of white fur under the near-dark armor on his torso while metal gauntlets covered the hedgehog's hands. More armor decorated his white running shoes with red, armored soles. Over his face was a near-dark knight's visor with bits of armor going into his quills. On his back was a large sword that was pitch-black with gold spikes near the bottom of the back of the blade and a gold guard and hilts.
"I've been on a long journey. I've seen the way this world and another one ends…and throughout my quest from the past to this moment, I know how to save everyone...but to do that, I need you, Ragna the Bloodedge." Shadow frowned, "But first, I'll test your power. Face me!"
"I don't know what you're talking about and I don't care." Ragna sighed as he started walking away.
"Humph. I guess that cowardice of yours is why you lost your sister to Terumi." Shadow scoffed as Ragna stopped at that.
"...I'm sorry, I think i had something in my ear...care to repeat that..rat?"
"Gladly. Your sister's fate is your fault. You are a coward. That's why Terumi was able to make her the Imperator."
"You...stinking little…" Ragna started as he glared at Shadow.
"You ready to fight now, coward?"
"...Fine. But don't say I didn't warn you," Ragna frowned as he gripped his blade.
O.N: oh shit just got real folks. and incase you think that was for fun no it wasn't Ragna and Shadow meet in the next chapter!
SZ: Aye! But..who will win?
GT: My money's on Shadow, but he'd still admit that Ragna has enough strength at the moment.
O.N: Is it just me or did Shadow acknowledge himself as Lancelot? His doppleganger from Sonic and the Black Knight?
GT: Hey, you made me write that description, so you should know. *gets attacked by a hawk* Gah! Bad, Taka, bad! Go back to Blackquill, you dang bird!
O.N:*slaps GT upside the head* i was trying to be ominous for the viewers! alright favorite parts in this chapter?
SZ: Hmm...tough call...but I guess it has to be Tails firing that sneaky priestess..speaking of, I have a feeling we'll probably see her again soon…
O.N: GT your favorite part?
GT: Soldier teleporting bread off-screen.
SZ: I see...

Shadow: How will this fix everything?
?: You'll have time to plan and see events. You won't be in your world, but you'll be in the one that help set these chains of events in motion.

SZ: You couldn't beat Majin Buu at first, and he lost to Kirby, even in his final form.
