The three girls slept, entangled in one another, like they used to be. Buttercup was laying on her back, one leg tossed over Blossom's while the other was under Bubbles'. Both of her sisters her hugging one of her arms like a teddy bear. Blossom was sleeping on her side, facing her other two sisters while Bubbles was too, looking towards her sisters. Bubbles was the first to wake up, stretching out her free arm and yawning. The blonde sister looked over at her sisters and smiled, detangling herself from them and standing up.

She stretched out her back again, rubbing her eyes. She yawned once more before walking towards the door, opening it and letting some light in. She winced as her blue eyes got used to the light, walking into the hallway. She walked down the stairs at the end of the hallway, and traveled into the kitchen. She decided to make some pancakes because, why not? The blonde found the stuff to make pancakes and began mixing the batter.

The next to wake up was Blossom. She gazed around the dark room, spotting the stream of light coming from the hallway. A small smile graced her face as she pushed Buttercup off of her and stood up. She stretched out her arms and looked down at her sister, sighing. She was going to get told off by her own little sister later, wasn't she? Oh well.

The redhead left the room as silently as she could, so she wouldn't wake the slumbering beast. She walked down the hallway, only casting a glance at was at the end of it - the guest room. She shook her head and walked the other way, towards the stairs. She walked down the stairs and sniffed the air, smiling when she walked into the kitchen.

"Bubbles! You're awake!" the redhead yawned as she came up behind her sister stretched, again.

"I've been awake for a while now." Bubbles replied, giggling. "I've already made a few pancakes, if you want to start eating now." she informed, motioning to the pancakes. "I still have to make Buttercup's helping." the blonde giggled again.

"You might want to make a bit more. We had some.. guests last night." Blossom winced as she went to the refrigerator.

"Who?" Bubbles asked, looking over as Blossom pulled out some bacon.

"You'll see.." she sighed. "I'm going to make some bacon, is that okay?" Blossom asked her sister, who nodded slowly.

"I was thinking of making some anyways." she answered, the smile still on her face even though she was worried.

"Good." Blossom chuckled, finding a pan and getting ready to cook up some bacon. She placed the bacon on the pan and squeaked when it sizzled.

Finally, the beast awoke. Buttercup sat up, rubbing her eyes and glaring at the light that filtered into the room. Where was she, again? Oh yeah, Blossom's room. That would make sense of all the pink and red. The raven-haired girl grumbled as she threw herself back down and tried to go to sleep. All until the smell of bacon and pancakes hit her nose. She stood up immediately, ignoring the vertigo that temporarily got to her, and rushed out into the hallway, down stairs, and into the kitchen.

"Who's making breakfast?" Buttercup asked, sliding into the kitchen. She looked at her two sisters, who gazed over their shoulders at their other sister with a smile.

"You can help." Blossom said, looking back to her bacon.

"Can you get some glasses and fill them with orange juice? Blossom says we need eight glasses, but there's only us three, Professor, Mayor, and Sarah. I think shes going loopy." Bubbles giggled as Blossom lightly punched her sisters arm, in a joking manor.

"Oh yeah.." Buttercup glared at her sister, who glared back at her. Buttercup only snickered. "Hey, Girly. You might want to put your contacts on if they're still here." Buttercup pointed out Blossom's eyes, which widened as she quickly tossed the remaining bacon onto a plate and rushed out of the room. The raven-haired sister laughed, mainly because she was already covering her metal parts. She wore sweatpants and socks to bed, along with a long sleeve shirt. All she had to do was find her mini gloves and she'd be fine. And Bubbles didn't even have to hide anything - she just had to be careful.

A few minutes later, Blossom appeared back in the kitchen. She had her contacts in and she fixed her hair. Bubbles set the plates of pancakes on the table, following up with the bacon Blossom had cooked. Buttercup already finished with the glasses of orange juice. The raven-haired sister sat down at the head of the table, glaring at Blossom. She was about to yell at the girl before two of the three guardians walked into the kitchen. It was Mayor and Sarah.

"Hey girls. Sorry we can't stay for breakfast - Mayor forget he had his meeting today. And as his and Professor's assistant, I have to follow along." Sarah informed. "Speaking of Professor, he left early this morning for his own meeting as well. So its just you girls from now until later tonight!" The redhead said quickly, pushing Mayor along as he cried.

"I don't want to go to a boring old meeting! I just want to eat pickles! What about my pickle!? I promised I would eat him today! You wouldn't make me break a promise, would you?" The girls laughed at the two. Once they left, Buttercup slammed a fist on the table.

"So I poured three cups for no reason!?" Blossom was shocked on what Buttercup was angry about. She nodded slowly, only to cause Buttercup to look up at her. "We have to talk." she informed her older sister, returning to what her anger was really for. She stood up from her seat, holding two of the cups in her not-covered hands. Blossom only nodded as she grabbed the pitcher of orange juice and poured the juice back into it.

"Why did you let them stay, Blossom? They are questionable boys with questionable pasts and questionable tasks." Buttercup growled. Bubbles looked at her two sisters, confused.

"I wasn't thinking, okay? For once, I wasn't. Plus, they didn't seem so bad. I mean, one of them walked Bubbles home, didn't he?" Blossom looked to Bubbles, who was still confused, but slowly catching on.

"BLOSSOM! I watched him sneak into your room! And when I went in there, you were kissing him! And I bet if I didn't stop you, it could've gone farther!" Buttercup snapped, voice rising. Bubbles finally caught on.

"WAIT! You mean-" she stopped when she heard footsteps coming down the hall, the hairs on the back of her neck rising. She turned around, and what she saw proved her suspicions. But that wasn't it. The three girls gawked at the boys, who stared back with wide eyes. A crash hit the floor as one of the glasses Buttercup held dropped to the floor and shattered.

Brick's eyes were red.

Boomer obviously had wires, like Bubbles, in his hair.
