~Chapter 3~

Four young people were on the school roof waiting for Kanji-kun. Chie-san and Youskue-Kun was sitting down while Yu-kun and Yukiko-san was standing. They were the only ones who knew Kanji has something to do with the Inaba murders because they were the ones who went into the TV and rescued him.

His shadow was the hardest so far but we had Yukiko-san to back us up this time and whatever shadow comes up next we'll be ready.

"Do you think Kanji-kun might know anything on the case?" asked Chie who was trying her hardest not to think about meat but her meat gum was not helping." I'm not sure I mean I was kidnapped too and I wasn't very helpful for you guys." Replied Yukiko

"Yeah, I think anyone would have trouble remembering anything from that world but you never know he could have seen something that you missed." Said Youskue "and speak of the devil." As he and the rest of the gang saw him walk towards them and greeted them.

"H-hi there…" he said nervously rubbing the back of his head with his hand.

"What's the change of attitude?" Chie said remembering the few times Kanji was chasing and yelling at them when they were caught investigating.

"W-well, I didn't know you guys were my Senpai." He said embarrassed. "Sorry bout chasing you guys around and stuff."

"Oh. No problem." Yu said to reassure him. "Can you recall anything when you were kidnapped or in the TV world?" there was a pause and then he answered "Sorry I was blowing off steam and… I think somebody came-

"Really who was it?" Youskue cut him off excited they finally might be closer in the case.

"I-I don't know it was a feeling I had, them a dark entrance."

"Was the dark entrance a TV?" Yukiko asked.

"I think so." Kanji wasn't a hundred percent sure.

"Oh who was that boy you were talking too?" Chie blurted all of a sudden and Yu's heart skipped a beat.

"Boy?"

"You know, that detective looking boy. What were you two talking about?"

"Oh right him. Yeah I was talking to him; he just asked if anything changed recently." He stopped for a moment and continued. "There was really nothing to talk about. But the other day when I was resting I noticed him hanging out with Senpai by Aiya."

"What! How do you know that?" Yu's heart was beating, what if they figure out he is actually a girl and dating!

"My family owns the textile shop, I was feeling a little better since the TV fiasco and I happened to see you two."

"Hey what were you talking two him about? Chie asked curiously and the others were as well.

"Hey I'm the leader so it's only natural that I dig up anything, I mean he works directly with the Inaba murder case." It was strange calling Naoto a boy even though I thought she was at first.

"Really partner? How come you haven't said anything?" Yosuke sounded a little hurt.

"I-I was but I was going to announce it soon." I said the first thing that came to mind. "Sorry, everyone."

"It's okay, we know now, I didn't know he was even working on that case, isn't he a little young? And did you find out anything?" Yukiko had said

"Yeah he is young but he is pretty intelligent and sadly no." he was glad they had bought his lie about him trying to get information.

"Anyways, let's go and introduce our new member to Teddie. " said Yosuke

"Teddie?" Kanji said confused

"Come on you'll like him." I said happily as Naoto's secret was safe for another day.
