Hey everyone! So sorry for the long wait on the next update. I've been pretty busy with stuff but I'm gonna try to keep on updating everyday so I could see if the story would be done faster before I go back to school in August!

Brick: What happened to our girls!?

Boomer: We want to know the truth!

Butch: And no lie in it at all!

Me: Calm down, boys! It'll be revealed in this chapter!

Jack: Lets hope nothing bad also happens in this chapter

Ch. 20

Brick's p.o.v.

I don't know how long I was pacing but I was never going to stop. We managed to arrive back at the castle and got some doctors to help our mates. They told us to wait in the room but we wanted to be with them. One of the doctors told us that they're gonna do everything they can to save them and thought it would be better to wait here so the situation wouldn't be worse. Even when we tried to argue with him, we had no choice but to comply and wait.

Right now, Boomer was sitting down clutching onto his pants with his hands folded on his lap while Butch was having trouble sitting still. Jack went inside the cafeteria to avoid seeing us get angry and its a good thing he did because you wouldn't like it when you see 3 RowdyRuff Vampires get mad if you ever mess with their loved ones. But messing with their mates will definitely be filled with hell.

After waiting in the room for almost an hour, we heard a loud slam and we turned our heads to find Haru, Hanyuu, and the other villains quickly running over to us. Mojo engulfed us all in a hug and we hugged him back as tears streamed down our faces. It was hard to hide them since we were feeling very emotional right now.

"We got the news about what happened. Will they be okay!?" Hanyuu asked with worry in her tone.

"We don't know," I answered while sniffing a bit. "Its already been over an hour and we still got no word from the doctor. We think it could be serious."

"Are you certain that the girls are the wielders of the Golden Prophecies?" Haru asked us.

"We're certain! We saw the charms on their necklaces!" Boomer exclaimed.

"But now, the Voltiacs took their necklaces and we don't know where they went! Their scents are pretty hard to find!" Butch replied.

"This is bad. If the Voltiacs unleashed the power of the Golden Prophecies, we're all doomed," Haru frowned. "We need to find them soon and stop them. We gotta get those instruments back."

"The only way to defeat them is if the girls will play them!" Hanyuu said. "But now, we don't know if they'll wake up soon!"

"They will wake up! They're strong!" I cried out.

Suddenly, we heard the door being opened and we turned our heads to find the doctor walking over to us. My brothers and I broke out of Mojo's hug and quickly went over to the doctor. I hope he has some good news for us and not some bad news.

"Whats the status, sir?" Boomer asked him.

"The girls are gonna be just fine. They were just knocked out. We found some bruising on their necks but we managed to take care of that. There weren't any drugs or alcohol in their system so there's nothing to worry about. They're already awake so we can take you to them if you'd like," he explained.

"What a relief!" Butch sighed. "Thanks, doc!"

"No problem."

He then took us over to the patient room where the girls were resting on the hospital beds. They were wearing hospital gowns and their new outfits were folded on the chair. We should ask them on when they had them. Thought that outfit Momoko was wearing made her look pretty hot.

"Girls!" we quickly ran over to them and hugged them.

"Oxygen, boys!" Momoko breathed out.

"Sorry," I said and loosened my arms so the hug would be gentle.

"Cupcake, are you feeling alright?" Butch asked his mate.

"Again, Butch. I'm fine. However, my neck is aching a bit," Kaoru answered.

"What about you, Miya-chan?" Boomer asked his mate.

"I think I'm okay. Thank you for the concern, Boomie-kun," she smiled at him and kissed his cheek.

"Could you girls tell us what happen?" Hanyuu asked them.

The girls looked at each other and Momoko was the one who spoke. "When they knocked us out after putting us in a dungeon, we woke up in different rooms in different clothing on as well. Each of the Voltiac members took us to a dark room where they said that we need to begin the ritual. We were then ordered to sit on 3 chairs that were arranged in a circle in the middle of the room and play our instruments. At first, the music was soothing while we played but as time passed, we felt a tingling sensation within our bodies. Then, a blast of pain erupted within us and it was very painful. Before we passed out from the pain, we saw a glimpse of their leader who had his arm out and our necklaces were in his hand."

"That must've been an extraction ritual," Haru frowned.

"Extraction ritual?" I asked.

"Thats right. Its mostly used for black magic or for evil purposes. The extraction ritual is illegal and all of us must never participate in it. However, the Voltiacs don't follow our laws so they use it to achieve their evil goals. They must've started it while the girls were playing their instruments and not only extracted their powers but their instruments as well."

"Is there a way to find their instruments?" Sedusa asked.

"For us, Jack used Hector the Specter Detector to help us find the instruments and the hideout where the Voltiacs were," I replied.

"Really?" Princess gasped. "Thats amazing!"

"And where is he then?" Ace asked.

"He's in the cafeteria. I'll go get him!" Boomer exclaimed, using his vampire speed to quickly go to the cafeteria and then came back with Jack. "Found him!"

"Hey! I was still eating my pudding!" Jack yelled while holding a pudding cup with one hand and a spoon on the other hand.

"Spicer, did you used your friend Hector to help the boys find the instruments and the hideout where the Voltiacs once resided in?" Haru asked him.

"I sure did!" Jack answered. "Hector, come on out!"

"Bark! Bark! Bark!" Hector jumped out of his backpack.

"Awww, he's adorable!" Hanyuu giggled.

"I know, right!?" Jack happily grinned with his eyes closed.

"Does he remember the scent of the Voltiacs?" Haru asked.

"He still does!"

"And the instruments?"

"Yup!"

"Are you saying that Hector can help locate them?" Violet asked.

"Thats correct," Haru told her. "Since he can detect supernatural forces, he'll definitely help us figure out where the Voltiacs could be with the instruments."

"Then let us also go with you guys!" Kaoru pleaded.

"Not gonna happen! You girls got kidnapped by them and knocked out. We will not let that happen again!" Butch frowned at her.

"But we're the only ones who can play the instruments! Its the only way to protect your worlds along with the other creatures resign on this planet!" Momoko continued.

"We won't get kidnapped again this time! We'll make sure to keep an eye better on our surroundings and we'll remain in our PPGZ forms! Please let us go with you all to find them!" Miyako finished while giving us, mostly Boomer, the puppy dog look.

"Even though you guys would be against it, I vote they should come with us since we need them to play the instruments and bring peace back to this world," Jack piped up while raising his hand a bit.

Butch gave him a nasty glare and he yelped and quickly hid behind Princess. Seriously, Jack. We do want our girls to play the instruments but we don't want them to get captured again. What if the Voltiacs try to destroy them so they wouldn't play!? What if someone else captures them and uses them to play the instruments and use their powers to take over the world!? What if-

"Brick-kun!"

"Huh!? What!?"

"Brick-kun, I can hear your thoughts. You need to calm down."

"But I can't calm down! I'm worried that you and the girls would get captured again and that we'll be too late to save you!"

"It won't happen! This time, you boys will be watching our backs and we'll be protecting you from the Voltiacs!"

"Babe, those words aren't making me feel any better at all!"

"You need to relax, Brick-kun. You have to let us help you boys fight against the Voltiacs and get the Golden Prophecies back!"

"Yeah but-

"If you let us help you, the girls and I will give you boys a surprise!"

"What surprise?"

"We'll tell you if you boys let us help you. Trust me, you'll love the surprise! Lets just say its our special gift to you boys."

I heard her giggle in my head and I could feel my face heating up a bit. If she's referring to that surprise, I would be the happiest man in the whole wide world. Though I don't know if its that or something else. Either way, I have to tell myself to not fall for it. She could be trying to seduce me. My own mate seducing me. I hope she's not learning anything from Butch or Sedusa.

"Give us a minute, please," I told her and grabbed my brothers' wrists and dragged them outside the room.

"They talked to you two in your minds as well?" Boomer asked us.

"They did. They won't stop being stubborn about facing the Voltiacs with us," Butch crossed his arms over his chest.

"If we let them help us, they'll be happy and give us a surprise. I don't know what it is but Momoko was giggling in her head though," I replied.

"It could be something to embarrass us," Boomer said.

"Or something to tease us," Butch smirked.

"Anyways, what should we do? Should we let them come with us or have them stay with the other villains?" I looked at each of them.

"Thats a tough decision," Boomer sighed. "But if I have to choose, I'll have to bring them with us since they're the only ones who can play the instruments and save us all from evil."

"I'd rather have them stay here. If they get captured again, they could get killed this time and we were lucky to find them knocked out and not injured. You know what happens when we get mad!" Butch exclaimed.

"Looks like I'll have to decide," I frowned a bit.

I looked at the ground in interest and had my thoughts remember what occurred to us during our journey. The girls were the goddesses of light, they met the previous goddesses, finding a symbol relating to the Voltiacs, and discovering one of their hidden hideouts thanks to Hector. It'll be hard to decide whether the girls should come or not.

But if they do come, then we'll have to train extra hard to keep them safe just to make sure they won't get captured again if the girls say they could protect themselves in their PPGZ outfits and strengthen our abilities. Maybe Haru could help us with that if he knows anything and we need Hector to help us find them. So Jack will definitely come with us.

After going through my thoughts, I looked up at my brothers. "I made my decision."

"Are we bringing them with us?" Boomer asked.

"Or are they staying?" Butch looked at me.

"I thought long and hard and this is my decision," I replied. "The girls will come with us."
