Authors Note: Wow, I've really been dedicated to this thing. I hope you're having fun reading it as I am writing it. I wanted to let you know about a couple things that slipped my mind in the last chapter that I went and updated.

First, I accidently mentioned Sho, but I meant to write Shu. Secondly, and this is the biggie, I forgot that in Japanese culture that last names are determined by who has a larger business rather than the males last name. So Yosuke would actually become Yosuke Amagi in this case and I went back and changed some of the dialogue to fit this.

Overall, check it out if you want, but I figured I'd fill you in on the corrections so you didn't have to re-read the last chapter if you don't want to. As always, thanks for all the feedback and support with this story and enjoy!

*Chapter 17: The traditional wedding of Yosuke Hanamura and Yukiko Amagi*

"Hi mom! Dad!" Yu waved as his mom and dad came off the train. He was with Dojima and Nanako waiting for his parents to arrive for Yosuke and Yukiko's wedding which was only two weeks away. Yosuke was a nervous wreck, more so than usual. Yukiko's grandparents, on both sides, were very traditional. That's why they chose a traditional Japanese Shinto wedding to please them. Yosuke, of course, was nervous about basically ruining a branch of that line by marrying the only daughter of the traditional inn in a town which the family was well known. Yosuke almost was in heart attack mode over this, but he was slowly learning to not care about the opinions of other's so much so ever since facing his shadow. The worst part about all this was that Yosuke still didn't get to go to the bachelor party that he wanted. What their 'party' amounted to was the four guys hanging out by the river for the afternoon and then getting some steak skewers before heading home.

Yu's parents came off the train with several other people, most like some more of Yosuke and Yukiko's relatives.

"Sweetie!" Yu's mother ran over to him and gave him a huge hug, "I miss you so much! And you Nanako, look how big you've gotten!" Nanako had grown quite a bit over the past couple of years. She was now ten years old, celebrating her first double digit birthday last October. She had grown maybe half a foot and was showing no signs of stopping, "She must be sprouting out of her clothes every few months now."

"Yeah, but we'll survive," Dojima hugged her sister.

*Later that night*

"So where's Chie?" Yu's mother asked as the five of them where eating together at Dojima's house, "Or should I call her your fiancé now?"

"She's… coming out this weekend to hang out with me and the guys and then in a couple more weeks for the wedding," Yu was blushing.

"Can I be the flower girl for the wedding again?" Nanako asked, I had a lot of fun last time!"

"They'd probably let you, but their wedding won't have one," Yu said, "Just a bunch of traditional stuff and kimonos."

"I outgrew my kimono," Nanako frowned.

"That's okay, we can get you a new one this weekend!" Yu's mother smiled, "Consider it an early birthday present."

"Really?" Nanako smiled.

"Sure, in fact, why don't we all get some new Kimono's. We can take the car out to Okina City and go out for lunch together. Doesn't that sound fun?" Yu's mother looked around at the group.

"I have to work," Dojima quickly interjected, "I don't need a new kimono, but thanks anyways."

"Of course you do," Yu's mother rolled her eyes, "Fine, I'll just have to get you two guys new kimonos."

"I don't need one," Yu's father said, "The one I brought is fine."

"It's several years old and there's a huge soy sauce stain all over the front of it," Yu's mother said.

"It's the same color as the stain, you can't even tell unless you're staring at it," he defended himself.

"You're getting a new one!" She scolded Yu's father, "And so are you and your fiancé!" she pointed at Yu.

"I don't think Chie needs a new kimono," Yu said, "Plus I don't think she'd feel good about making you buy her one."

"She's family now!" Yu's mother said, "She'll get one whether she needs one or not."

*The next weekend*

"Oh my freaking god," Yu was carrying about 8 different shopping bags from several different shops at Okina City. His mom, Chie, and Nanako had gotten distracted shopping on their quest for a new kimono and they dragged Yu and his father around with them the whole step of the way. They had gotten shoes and pants and shirts and everything in between. Finally they had made their way to the kimono shop and were looking at all the different designs.

"Look at this one!" Chie pointed to one that was a dark blue with orange flowers on it, "It's so eye catching!"

"I know," Yu's mother walked over to it, "How about this one Nanako? Isn't it pretty?"

"Yeah!" Nanako smiled. Yu looked over at the three girls swooning over the kimono designs. Yu's legs hurt as he looked around for an empty chair or bench for something to lean against. The only chair in the entire store was currently occupied by his father who was messing around on his phone.

"Dad, can I sit there?" Yu asked.

"Nope," he simply said.

"Come on, my legs are killing me!" Yu complained, "I've had to carry these stupid bags around for hours!"

"Son, let me tell you something," he put his phone down, "Your carrying bags full of clothes bought with my money on my time! I've been married to your mother for years and I've done what you've done countless times, carrying clothes around for your woman while she does some dumb crap that you couldn't care less about. So I'm going to sit here and relax because I've deserved it, so come back after you've been married to Chie had to raise a kid with her for 20 years."

"Okay… jeez, you don't have to be an ass about it," Yu said.

"Hey honey! I think Yu is getting anxious to buy his kimono!" Yu's father yelled over to them.

"Come on Yu, let's have you try on some then," his mother yelled back.

"…" Yu grunted. He hated trying on clothes, it was such a pain, "I hate you so much dad."

"Yeah, well," Yu's dad closed his eyes and leaned back, "Deal with it."

*Two Weeks Later*

It was the day of Yosuke and Yukiko's wedding. Yu and his parents were staying with Dojima over the past couple of weeks, having a nice family reunion/vacation out in the boonies as his dad called it. Chie was back with her parents, but often stayed with Yu some nights, including the night before the wedding. They were all getting ready to take off, Yu and his father sitting on the couch, the two of them dressed in black male kimonos. Chie and Yu's mom walked in with Nanako, all of them dressed in colorful kimonos.

"There are our girls, looking sharp!" Yu's father said as he sat up and walked over to his wife, giving her a kiss as Yu looked away from the display.

"This kimono is still itchy," Nanako said, "Why can't I wear that dress from Teddie's wedding?"

"Yukiko's family is really old fashioned and wanted a traditional wedding," Chie said.

"Please tell me when you two get married you aren't going to have one of these," Yu's dad said.

"I'd prefer a western style wedding," Yu said looking at Chie, "Not sure about my bride to be…"

"Western," Chie declared, "I want the most kickass wedding dress… oh, I'm sorry I swore Nanako."

"That's okay, I forgive you this time," Nanako smiled.

"Thanks," Chie smiled.

"I'm sure whatever dress you will get it'll be kickass," Yu said.

"Swear," Nanako said.

"What? You gave her a pass!" Yu said. "You're gonna let Chie get away with it, but not your big bro?"

"Big bros shouldn't swear!" Nanako smiled.

"We should get going," Chie said, "We've gotta meet up with Yosuke and Yukiko and everyone else when we walk in to the wedding."

"Alright," Yu got up with the rest, "Dojima's still walking to the wedding from his office?"

"Yeah, left us the car," Yu's father said as the five all left the household, the kids piling in the back and Yu's parents in the front. They started the car and headed off, turning the radio on and listening to the news.

"In entertainment news, Rise Kujikawa's new album is still number one on the charts, the idol recently married to her new costar Ted Bear has been igniting the country in her latest tour and rumors are swirling around of a possible international tour to Europe and North America.

"Is Rise going to be at the wedding?" Nanako asked.

"Yeah, her and Teddie flew in yesterday, everyone's going to be there," Yu explained.

"How exactly did you guys befriend a teen idol again?" Yu's dad asked.

"We saw her on the television," Chie said as Yu shot her a worried look, "And it said she was coming to Inaba for time off and we started hanging out at school and that's that."

"You kids are lucky, most people would kill to spend the day with her," Yu's dad told them. The five of them drove along for a little while longer until they arrived outside The Amagi Inn; the place was fully booked with a lot of the families relatives who were all dressed for the occasion.

"Alright you two; see you at the wedding," Yu's dad said.

"See you mom, dad," Yu said climbing out of the car with Chie, "Be good to your aunt and uncle Nanako."

"Bye big bro," Nanako smiled and waved, "Don't forget to put money in the swear jar after you get home!" The car drove away as the two entered the building. Inside the lobby several people were walking around, carrying gifts or flowers and everything imaginable for the ceremony.

"Hey!" They heard Kanji say from across the lobby, he too was dressed in a black kimono too. The two met up with him.

"Where's everyone?" Yu asked.

"The girls are all up in the honeymoon suite room," Kanji said. The honeymoon suite as Yosuke referred to it, was just the suite they were staying in the night before the two went off on their honeymoon. Yosuke and Yukiko were going out to and even more rural part of Japan, if that was even possible, to spend some time together, "I'm sure you're going to want to go make sure she's doing alright."

"Is she alright?" Chie asked.

"Probably, but you know, if I had to marry Yosuke I'd be having second thoughts," Kanji joked. Chie nodded and gave Yu a kiss on the cheek before heading upstairs to the suite. Yu followed Kanji into another backroom where Teddie and Yosuke were sitting together.

"There's the groom-to-be," Yu smiled and Yosuke who was clenching his fists and biting his lips, "You excited?"

"I'm nervous partner," Yosuke confessed, "I've been trying to make small talk with all these people I barely know and all their kids. Not to mention Yukiko's family that I have no idea who any of them are. 'Oh hey, you're Yukiko's second uncle by law'… I can't do this."

"They're all here to celebrate your marriage," Yu comforted him by sitting next to him; "A lot of these people don't know each other either, but their family."

"The worst are Yukiko's grandparents; they are REALLY old fashion," Yosuke said, "So don't mention the fact we've been living together and stuff. Teddie, were you nervous at your wedding?"

"No," Teddie bluntly said making the situation worse, "I was excited for the wonbearful day."

"Teddie isn't human," Yu remarked, "Don't sweat it. I'm sure it'll be fine. Your wedding day should be the happiest part of your life."

"I know! I know… I'm just nervous. The worst part is how cool and calm Yukiko is about all this," Yosuke leaned back, "I'm sure it's all sunshine and rainbows with the girls. Even though I'm marrying Yukiko I will never understand her."

*Upstairs in the suite*

"Hello?" Chie said as she knocked on the door to the suite Yukiko and Yosuke would spend their wedding night in. The door opened, revealing Rise who was dressed in a pink kimono. Naoto was sitting on the bed, the room smelling of perfume and everything. "How's Yukiko?"

"She's getting cold feet," Rise said, "You being here will really help." Chie walked inside, sliding the door closed behind her. "Chie is here!"

"Who?" Yukiko shouted.

"Me," Chie said, "What are you doing?"

"My…uh, hair," Yukiko said, "Can I get your opinion on something?" Yukiko walked out wearing nothing but a pair of skimpy, lacy, pink kitty panties, "Is Yosuke going to like these?"

Rise let out a whistle as she admired Yukiko as Chie also stood there in awe of Yukiko's pure beauty.

"Uh… yeah," Chie said, "Yosuke's going to like that, very sexy."

"No they aren't," Yukiko rambled on, "Yosuke won't like these, and my hair is all messed up and the outfit looks ugly, the wedding is off!"

"Shh," Rise said walked up and holding here, "You're okay, you're just nervous. I was nervous too. It's such a big change you're going through with your life you don't know if you wanna do it, but nothing will make you happier than the memories of today. Now go get dressed, I'm sure Yosuke will think you are the most beautiful woman on the planet, I promise." Yukiko had some water forming in her eyes as she carefully dried them.

"That's… beautiful," Chie was going to cry.

"I can't cry because I'm gonna mess up this makeup," Yukiko giggled. She turned around, walking back into the bathroom to finish her hair.

"Yosuke is going to flip when he sees that underwear," Chie remarked as she looked at Naoto, "You're calm and collected as usual."

"Hmm?" Naoto remarked as she was playing with her hair, "Well it isn't my wedding…"

"Your hair looks great," Chie said, "I'm glad you were able to grow it out that again after Rise's wedding."

"I do prefer my long hair, it looks more feminine and Kanji likes it too," Naoto said, "How does Yu look? Any changes with him?"

"No, the same as always, but he's looking amazing in that black kimono of his," Chie laughed as the three gossiped for a little while. Yukiko came out of the bathroom fully dressed for the wedding. She was wearing her wedding kimono, a large hood over her head and her families crest sparkling on her chest. She looked like a fairytale princess ready for her big day.

"How do I look?" Yukiko asked.

"Beautiful," Rise squealed, "Are you still nervous?"

"Yeah… but I'm not going to run away or anything," Yukiko smiled. A knock was heard at the door as Chie went over and slid the door open. Outside stood Yukiko's mom along with Yosuke's mom.

"Honey…" Yukiko's mom came inside and hugged her, "My little girl is all grown up."

"Are we all getting together to go?" Chie asked Yosuke's mother.

"Me and Yosuke's father are going over with Yukiko's and the eight of you get to ride in a limo over to the shrine," she explained. Yukiko's mom let go of her daughter, the two women leaving the four alone. They tided the room up for the big night and then left, walking down together to the lobby. The four guys were all waiting for the girls, messing around with a small plastic bouncy ball.

"Yukiko," Yosuke said as he saw her slowly approach him, "You're… beautiful."

"Yosuke, you're beautiful too," Yukiko smiled.

"I love you," Yosuke said stunned by her sight, "What did I ever do to get a woman like you?"

"One of life's greatest mysteries," Yu snorted quietly to Kanji who let out a loud single laugh. The eight walked together outside where a limo was waiting for them to go to the wedding. Inside, were nice black leather seats with a small bar near Teddie.

"Let's drink some bears!" Teddie laughed as he grabbed one, Rise ripping it out of his hand.

"Teddie, you're going to get drunk," Rise scolded him," You're going to be able to drink all night at the reception."

"We get to drink Saki during the ceremony," Yu told him as he reached around Chie who was also by the bar, grabbing a beer and shoving it inside his kimono for later.

"Even Kanji?" Teddie asked.

"Even Kanji," Yu said as he looked over at Kanji who was quickly grabbing some small bottles from the bar.

"What?" Kanji looked at them, "Damn it, this is just like the scooters back in high school! I'm left out because of my age! I'm drinking at this wedding and that's final," he quickly began to chug the alcohol, but Naoto quickly pulled it away so Kanji wouldn't get drunk before or during the ceremony.

The ride was really quick, taking them to another shrine in Inaba that was for large events like weddings. There were about a hundred people or so, all of the unfamiliar to Yu and the group. The limo pulled up outside the shrine, parking as the driver got out. Several people outside telling the group that the bride and groom had arrived and the ceremony would begin. The driver opened the door and everyone stepped out. The eight walked together in typical fashion, leading the wedding party into the front of the shrine where the priest stood. The front row was reserved for them and the direct family. The six all went down and sat while Yosuke and Yukiko knelt in front of the priest.

The first thing that happened was the priest said a few words and blessed the couple and the entire group as a whole. The priest then proceeded to say a few words, thanking everyone for coming and then read said a prayer out loud to the gods to bless the union.

"He better not ask for Izanami's blessing cause I think she's still a little pissed off at us," Yu leaned over and whispered to Chie, "He's got Izanagi's, that should be good enough." Chie tried to contain her laughter, quietly laughing into her hands. The priest continued on as they took the three cups of saki in front of them, exchanging them and drinking a small sip from each one.

"When do we get to drink?" Teddie whined as Rise punched him in the leg to shush him up. Yosuke was handed a large scroll, reading the text out loud for all to hear.

"We make this marriage vow respectfully before the Hachiman deity," he said, "We Yosuke Hanamura and Yukiko Amagi are delighted to be able to make our vows on this great day, and to become husband and wife through the blessing of the Hachiman deity. We swear before the Hachiman diety to love and respect each other forever and to strive to bring our family prosperity. Moreover, we swear never to veer from the true path of matrimony and to work to share the divine grave of the Hachiman diety by helping people and society."

"By running every business out of town with Junes," Kanji remarked to Naoto as she rolled her eyes from the comment.

Finally, the two began to make an offering to the gods for their marriage. They gave the traditional offerings as a few people began to pass out small cups of Saki to everyone to drink at the end. Yukiko and Yosuke then took their rings, putting them on their fingers as the priest said a few more words. Finally, the two kissed with the priests blessing and everyone drank their Saki, followed by clapping as Yukiko and Yosuke walked down the aisle.

"This Saki is gross," Kanji said as he handed the empty cup to one of the assistants.

"It's ceremonial, it's not supposed to be good," Naoto explained. Yu chuckled as he looked over and saw Nanako along with Dojima walk towards them. Dojima was dressed in a kimono as well; the first time Yu had ever seen him wear one.

"I didn't think you owned a kimono," Yu told Dojima.

"I hate wearing this thing," Dojima grumbled, "It's so freaking tight. I like my suit better."

"Welcome to the club," Chie remarked, "I can't believe we gotta wear this thing the whole day."

"Don't forget, Yosuke and Yukiko want us to stick around for photos," Naoto reminded the group.

"The freaking photos," Kanji groaned, "It's gonna take forever, why couldn't they do them before the wedding like Rise and Teddie."

"Who knows," Yu groaned as they began exiting towards the entrance of the shrine area. Yosuke and Yukiko were standing and thanking everyone for coming. Yu was catching bits of the conversations around him, the girls all gossiping about the wedding. A lot of the guys whispering about how attractive Yukiko looked and how far Yosuke was out of Yukiko's league. The group moved along slowly, Yosuke and Yukiko still talking to all the family members. As Yu and Chie approached the two, they were talking to Yukiko's grandparents.

"It was a beautiful ceremony," Yukiko's grandmother said.

"Thank you grandma," Yukiko hugged her, "I'm happy you had a wonderful time."

"You were always my favorite granddaughter, a pure driven maiden unlike many of today's girls," she explained. Yu and Chie both rolled their eyes as Yosuke and Yukiko lied through their teeth. The grandparents went away, a few more relatives in front of them thanking the two.

"Maro, thank your cousin Yosuke for inviting you," the mother said to her son who appeared to be blushing. Yu suspected that the kid had a bit of a crush on Yukiko, clearly able to tell the signs of a love stricken child.

"Thanks dude," he shook Yosuke hand and went over to Yukiko and shook her hand, "And uh, thank you Mrs. Yosuke," he said avoiding eye contact with her.

"The pleasure was all ours," Yosuke said as he wiped the sweat off his hand, the one kid sweating bullets from being around Yukiko. Yu and Chie walking up to their friends and exchanged hugs.

"Thanks for coming," Yosuke told them, "I know ceremonies like this are pretty boring."

"It was interesting," Yu said, "The reception should be more fun. Also, claiming Yukiko's maidenhead should be fun." Yukiko kicked Yu in the shin as he laughed.

"Well it was fun," Yosuke whispered to Yu, but Yukiko overheard and kicked Yosuke in the shin as well. The two hung out for a little while until most of the people left, the photograph showing up and taking pictures of the couple and the families and the friends. Eventually the friends all climbed back into the limo to head off to The Amagi Inn for the reception.

"Time for the celebration," Yu smiled as he reached into his kimono and pulled out the beer he hid earlier and opened it.

"Did you have a beer in there the whole time?" Yosuke asked.

"I was going to drink it during the wedding, but I couldn't find an opening," Yu justified his actions.

"Well hold off on it for now," Yosuke said as he reached down under the seat and pulled up a huge bottle of champagne. He proceeded to pop the cork and grab some glasses located in the bar area and pour a glass for everyone.

"A toast, to bearriage," Teddie proclaimed.

"To the happy couple," Yu smiled as they all clinked their glasses together. They all talked and laughed on the ride back to The Amagi Inn. As they pulled up, everyone got out except for Yosuke and Yukiko who were going to make their entrance last and together after Yukiko changed into something different. Inside, the dining area had been transformed into a beautiful reception hall with decorations and music.

"Let's dance!" Teddie cried, "Where's the dance floor?"

"There's no dance floor," Chie said, "It's just a nice dinner and some speeches, then the second party and the third."

"Three parties!" Teddie cried, "How grand!"

"We're not invited to the third one," Yu reminded them, "It's just for them and their parents and grandparents… It's not really even a party."

"What's going on at the second one again?" Kanji asked.

"We're going to that new karaoke bar across town with some family members," Yu said as they approached a small table with a basket and a guest book. Yu grabbed the pen and wrote their names into the book as Chie put a small envelope with some money in it for Yosuke and Yukiko.

"Wait, is it an open bar?" Chie asked.

"Why?" Yu asked.

"Because if it isn't I'm taking some of this money out," Chie said.

"Don't do that!" Yu said, "It's an open bar! And regardless you shouldn't take money out because of that!"

"I wanna get drunk!" Chie tossed it into the basket, "Come on, let's go!"

The group all found their table near the back, taking less priority than the family. At the front was a small table with two chairs facing the crowd with both Yukiko's and Yosuke's families crest.

"Your attentions please," a lady said loudly near the entrance of the hall, "Please welcome for the first time ever Mr. and Mrs. Amagi" Yosuke and Yukiko entered together, Yosuke dressed in a red kimono and Yukiko in a pink and golden one. The crowd all clapped as they walked around talking to several other tables.

"How's your speech?" Naoto asked Yu as he was looking over a few notes he had taken.

"Good," Yu smiled, "I'm just making sure I'm saying what I'm trying to say."

"The one at ours was great," Rise said, "I'm sure you'll outdo yourself with this one."

"Yeah," Yu said, his eyes still glued to the notes, "Chie, can I get your opinion on something?"

"Sure," Chie said scooting over and looking at the notes, "Good god your handwriting is atrocious on these, what the hell?"

"I'm trying to write it quickly Chie," Yu defended, "Plus, I'm a little drunk already so I'm not writing to good. I was going to open with the story of how I first met Yosuke, but I don't think it's appropriate," Yu explained.

"How did you meet Yosuke?" Naoto asked, "You never told me."

"The first time I saw him he hit his nuts on his bicycle and then after school Chie kicked him in the nuts for breaking her Trial of The Dragon DVD and then the first time I actually talked to the guy I had to help him out of the garbage… literally," Yu told the story, "Then the girl he loved died and he got all depressed and how he overcame it thanks to me." The entire group looked in horror at Yu as he looked to them for feedback, "Too much?"

"Let's drop all the crotchal injury stuff and Saki Konishi dying," Chie said, "Just speak from the heart about the two."

"Right!" Kanji smiled, "'I remember kissing Yosuke, his mouth tasted like love and his body felt as smooth as the grains of sand on a beach!'"

"You're never going to let that go, are you?" Yu asked.

"That two of my friends openly kissed each other," Kanji laughed, "Nope."

"Hey guys," Yukiko said as she and Yosuke walked up to the table carrying a small lit candle, lighting the one in the middle of their table.

"Wow, that's a beautiful kimono," Rise said to Yukiko.

"Thanks, it's really freaking uncomfortable," Yukiko said, "It was a gift from my grandmother and she got the measurements all wrong. I think she used the ones from when I was in middle school."

"What a wonderful gift," Chie laughed with Yukiko. The two walked away, leaving the group alone again as a server came around and got them all drinks. They had a little fun with their drinks until their food arrived, a delicious arrangement of food. After the food, Yosuke's father got up to the microphone to give a speech. Yosuke's father obviously knew what to say and all, but you could tell there was still an air of nervousness about him. Their family had not been the most welcomed to Inaba with Junes, but people were slowly starting to move past it as the years went by and the local shops worked together to stay in business. However, it was still a fragile relationship and The Hanamura Family didn't want to mess it up. Afterwards, Yukiko's father got up and gave a speech, reminiscing about her childhood and whatnot. Yu wasn't paying that much attention, still trying to figure out his speech.

A few more people got up and gave some speeches, some other relatives and associates of the families. Then, Yosuke gave Yu a look to tell him he was up next, Yu getting out of his seat and walking up to the microphone.

"Hello, my name is Yu Narukami, I was in school with both Yukiko and Yosuke and I've been friends with them for several years now," Yu said into the mic, "Sorry, I'm kinda nervous, Yukiko and Yosuke told me if I didn't behave myself I wasn't invited to either of their next weddings." Yu was expecting some sort of reaction from the crowd, but the joke seemingly went over their heads. Except for Kanji who let out a loud "Ha!" from the back.

"You get it Naoto?" Kanji said.

"The implication being they'll get divorced and remarried to other people," Naoto said, "Yes I got it Kanji."

"Cause you didn't laugh like anyone else here so I thought maybe you didn't get it," Kanji explained.

"She's a freaking genius with like a 500 IQ Kanji, of course she got it," Rise scolded.

"Okay, not going too well," Yu said away from the microphone, "I remember the day I first met Yukiko and Yosuke, it was the same day in fact. I had just moved here and it was the first day of school, we all sat next to each other in class and Yukiko and my now fiancé, Chie, wanted to walk home. What proceeded to happen was my fiancé beat up Yosuke and then tried to hook me up with Yukiko."

"God damn it Yu," Yosuke put his face down as Yukiko looked over at Yu annoyed, "The last thing my family needs to know is a girl beat me up."

"But, you know, that didn't happen," Yu said, "Over years I had a lot of fun with these two, hanging out around town and doing all sorts of things together. The two of them both have remarkably grown into different people and matured beyond measure. So, to the both of you, I wish you many years of happiness and prosperity." Yu got down, going back to his seat as Chie simply looked at him with that 'I told you so' look.

"I'm gonna kill him," Yukiko said through his fake smile.

"Don't worry, I'll talk to him later," Yosuke comforted her.

"I left out the crotch shot stuff," Yu put his hands up in the air as the group looked at him.

"You don't tell a story about how you almost dated the bride and how your wife beat up the groom one time," Chie said, "At least not at this type of wedding, idiot."

"You told me to speak from the heart and I truly felt that was from the heart," The group had a few more drinks as Yosuke and Yukiko continued to make their rounds talking to people and taking photos.

"Man, that Yukiko had got a nice ass," Yu overheard someone say at another table.

"That's our cousin dude!" the other guy said.

"Big deal, it's not by blood," he said.

"Yes it is," the other guy explained.

"Whatever, she's still smoking hot," the guy said looking over at Yukiko.

"Are you ready to head to the after party?" Yosuke asked the group, "It's going to be us, me and Yukiko's parents, and some of the family. Yukiko's grandparents are already going to take a nap so they can spend some more time with us later; mine already went back to the room to take a nap as well. Karaoke really isn't either of their scene.

"Can't wait, karaoke!" Chie squealed, "We should duet Yu!"

"You wanna do it?" Yu smiled, "Alright, let's head up to the honeymoon suite right now."

"Teddie tell you that one?" Chie groaned.

"Nope," Teddie innocently said, "I sw-bear on it."

Yukiko and Yosuke went on their way talking to some more people as Yosuke's parents came over to talk to them.

"Thank you all for coming," Yosuke's father explained, "That was a… interesting story you told Yu, and I can't wait for your wedding as well."

"Thank you very much," Yu smiled as the group all got up to leave. Yosuke and Yukiko both continued to mingle with the guests before making another grand exit and the group piled back into the limo to head to the karaoke bar.

"Hey Yu," Yosuke said innocently to Yu before stepping on his foot as hard as he could.

"What the hell was that for," Yu exclaimed.

"The whole divorce joke and saying Chie beat me up," Yosuke told him off, "You can't do that in front of Yukiko's family and the grandparents looked like they were going to have a stroke!" The two argued for a little bit while the bottle of champagne was being passed around. They pulled up to the karaoke bar and got out, several other people arriving.

"Me first!" Teddie cried as he took off for the stage.

"The bride and groom get to sing first," Rise held Teddie back by his hair. Yosuke and Yukiko continued to welcome their family as drinks were being handed out. Yosuke and Yukiko went up to the stage, picking out some love song and sing their hearts out. It was really touching to everyone, except for maybe Chie and Yu, who decided that the best way to prepare to sing was to start chugging as many drinks as they could at the open bar.

Rise and Teddie ran up next, the two professional singers wowing everyone with one of Rise's songs, followed by a few of Yosuke's and Yukiko's cousins. Kanji and Naoto eventually got up, the two singing another love song.

"Does Kanji know he's singing the girls part and Naoto is singing the guy's part?" Yosuke asked Yukiko.

"Shh, they're trying to express their love," Yukiko said, "It's cute!"

"Well they're doing a terrible job at it," Chie slurred out as she slammed down her empty glass and let out a couple of small burps.

"Holy shit Chie," Yosuke covered his nose, "You're breath smells terrible."

"How does mine smell Yosuke," Yu went over and breathed on Yosuke.

"Even worse," Yosuke pulled away from him.

"Are you two drunk?" Yukiko asked.

"Maybe," Yu smiled as Naoto and Kanji finished their song, Yu and Chie stumbling up onto the stage and choosing another love song and starting.

"WHY DO BIRDS SUDDENLY APPEAR!?" Yu shouted full blast into the microphone and extremely off key, "EVERY TIME… YOU ARE NEEEAR! JUST LIKE ME, THEY LONG TO BE, CLOSE TO YOUUUUUUUUUU!"

"He is so drunk," Yosuke said to Yukiko, "Call his parents, they're going home."

"WHY," Chie began to shout as she let out a huge burp into the microphone, "DO STARS FALL DOWN FROM THE SKY, EVERY TIME… YU WALKS BYYYYYYY! JUST LIKE MUH-HE, THEY-A LONG TA BE! CLOSE TO YUUUUUUUUUU NARUKAMI! FUCK YEAH!"

"I love drunk Chie," Kanji laughed, "She's always such a riot."

"If by riot you mean offensive and uncontrollable, then yes," Naoto said, "But it is entertaining."

"YEAH!" Yu screamed before falling off the stage, completely passed out.

"It's Yukiko, the bride, come get you're drunken son and daughter-in-law," Yukiko annoyingly said over the phone.

"I WANNA THANK INABA FOR ROCKIN! I KNOW YOSUKE AND YUKIKO ARE GOING TO BE ROCKIN THAT MARITAL BED TONIGHT! MONOGAMY! YEEEEEAAAAH!" Chie was waving her hands like rock star and preceding the stage dive right onto Yu, passing out as well. A few people ran over and picked up the two drunks and taking them outside the bar.

*About an hour later*

"Have fun you two," Yosuke said to the now awaken Yu and Chie who were in the back of Dojima's car with Yu's parents driving.

"Bye!" Chie waved, "New dad, can we get some wild duck burger? I'm freaking starving." The car drove away as Yosuke and Yukiko went back to their limo with the others.

"Last time we're going to be in this limo," Yosuke smiled, "Kanji, grab as much of that free alcohol as you can carry with Naoto."

"Done!" Kanji pulled his shirt up to reveal he had taped as much of the stuff from the bar on his person with tape.

"Isn't that stealing?' Naoto asked.

"No, it's free with the limo, a hotel doesn't complain if you steal the soap Naoto!" Kanji said.

The limo pulled up as they got out again, heading inside to The Amagi Inn and the two went into the dining area where their parents and grandparents were waiting for them with a couple of glasses of Saki poured for them.

"Congratulations on the wonderful ceremony," Yosuke's mom said to them as they all made a small toast and drank the Saki. They made some more small talk for a little while, Yosuke just wanting to leave already for the wedding night.

"How is your friend Yu?" Yukiko's dad asked the two.

"He's fine, that wasn't the most ideal scene," Yosuke groaned. The group fell silent as Yukiko broke it with a fake yawn.

"This has been an amazing day," Yukiko said, "I'm ready for bed."

"Well," Yosuke smiled as he quickly scooped Yukiko up, "Love you, see you later." The two hurried out of the room, Yukiko softly giggling with Yosuke. The two passed through the lobby, a few of the people hanging out there giving some woos as they headed up the stairs.

"Attaboy Yosuke!" Kanji yelled from the couch. He was sitting on a couch with Naoto, Rise, and Teddie.

"Give her a bear of a night!" Teddie yelled out too. The two headed up the stairs as Yosuke threw open the door to their suite and tossed Yukiko onto the bed. Yukiko had fallen into a giggling fit as Yosuke jumped on top of her, rolling around with her on the bed.

"Yosuke," Yukiko got up and began to undo her kimono as Yosuke quickly got up and began to help her. He tossed his own kimono aside in record time as Yukiko's finally left her as well. The two stood there in their underwear as Yosuke stared at the panties.

"Holy shit," Yosuke smiled, "Kitty panties…"

"You like these?" Yukiko smiled as she climbed on top of Yosuke and began kissing his neck.

"Not as much as I like this," Yosuke moaned. The two spent some time kissing every part of each other's bodies before removing the last bits of their clothes. As the two began to get intimate, they heard a small noise coming from the closet near the corner of the room.

"What was that?" Yukiko stopped and looked over. Just then, the door flew open and about three thirteen year old males fell out.

"You idiot!" one of them yelled. Yukiko screamed as she covered herself with the blanket as Yosuke quickly grabbed his underwear and put them back on.

"What the hell are you three doing?" Yosuke yelled.

"Come on man," one of the guys said as Yosuke quickly threw a robe on and grabbed all three of them and pulling them out of the room.

"Hey, that hurts!" another one said as Yosuke dragged them down the stairs and tossed them into the lobby.

"Stay the hell out of our room!" he yelled as the three went tumbling down in front of a bunch of the relatives, Yosuke hurrying back up the stairs to get back to his wife.

"Did… did you see anything?" one of the guys asked.

"Nope," the other guy said, "Maro over here was blocking my view."

"I saw everything," Maro smiled and started to laugh, "EVERYTHING!"

"Maro!" a lady ran up to one of the kids, "Were you hiding in the honeymoon suite trying to watch your cousin?"

"I was looking at the girl! Not Yosuke," Maro defended himself be, "She's just so hot! Way too hot for him." The mother ran up grabbing her son and friends, dragging them out of the room.

"What a show I bet that's gonna be," one of the man joked with a couple other guys.

"Yosuke's a lucky man… seriously, that kid scored WAY out of his league," Yosuke's father laughed with the guys, "I couldn't explain it, but he hit the jackpot and he knew it and tied her down."

"I thought he was going end up with an ugly fat chick to be honest, but man was I wrong," the man said to Yosuke's father.

"Well, you're not wrong about that, we all thought he was going to end up with this chick Hanako who… is on the hefty side," Kanji took a swig of the vodka he swiped from the limo.

"… How old are you," Yosuke's dad asked.

"… Old enough," Kanji responded.

"… Give me some of that," he grabbed the bottle from Kanji, "We're out of Vodka at the bar."

"KANJI!" a voice yelled from down the hall from the lobby.

"Is that Naoto?" Kanji asked himself.

"KANJI!" Naoto yelled out again as Kanji shot up and ran towards her voice. He ran all the way down the hall to reveal Naoto had gotten herself into quite the situation near the elevator. Her hair and Kimono were caught in the closed doors, "Kanji, you gotta help me out before the elevator moves, it's gonna rip my hair out!"

"How did this happen?" Kanji asked as he went over and tugged on the hair as hard as he could.

"I was stepping out of the elevator and it slammed shut!" Naoto was crying, "Kanji get me out!"

"Damn it it's too stuck!" Kanji was yelling, "Wait!" Kanji bent down and pulled a small switch blade out and flipped it open.

"No! NO!" Naoto said, "Don't cut my hair again!"

"It's getting cut one way or another," Kanji quickly cut through the hair, holding Naoto back as she tried to stop Kanji, "And… THERE!" he jerked Naoto's head away, "Now let's get this kimono…" just as he was about to start cutting the kimono off the elevator powered up and tored Naoto's Kimino off with no ease at all, leaving her in a pair of panties, but no bra, in the elevator lobby.

"Oh… my god," a voice said as the two looked over to see the kid that was spying on Yosuke staring at Naoto, "I love weddings."

"Ahh," Naoto covered herself as Kanji quickly pushed the kid away.

*Back with Yu and Chie*

"Gimme! Uhhhhh," Chie was slurring into the drive thru microphone. She and Yu were still drunk out of their minds and were in that state where they both could eat until they exploded, "I want… Two double, no, TRIPLE cheese burgers… some chili… and onion rings, and a large chocolate shake!" Chie said with a smile on your face.

"Is that for both of you or just here?" Yu's dad looked back at the two.

"Her," Yu giggled as he leaned over to give his order, "Just give me a number two large with a Mad Bull! See, simple. "WAIT! Grilled Cheese! Two of them!"

"Oh my god, is that enough food?" Yu's mom said in shock.

"I'm starving!" Yu said.

"You had a whole meal at the wedding," Yu's mom looked back at the two hungry drunks.

"The total will be 2900 yen!" the man said to them as they pulled ahead. The line was pretty long, a lot of people ordering food at this time. Yu and Chie both sat in the back almost drooling in anticipation of the greasy, messy, horrible junk food. As they slowly pulled a head, Yu's dad got an evil smirk on his face. When the final car pulled away, Yu's dad simply drove right past the window and pulled back out into the road.

"What are you doing?" Yu yelled as Chie began to bang against the window.

"Leaving," He responded to his son.

"Dad I'm hungry!" Yu was almost crying now.

"You can eat at Dojima's house, I think Nanako has some leftover oatmeal in the fridge," Yu's dad was laughing with Yu's mom.

"Nooooooo! My chili!" Chie was crying in pain now as she looked at The Wild Duck burger as it disappeared in the distance, "Why would you do this?"

"Because it's funny," he responded to them.

"You bastard!" Chie began to kick the back of the seat as Yu's father simply laughed at her pain, "I'm gonna be your daughter you idiot! Why?"

*Back with Yosuke and Yukiko*

"Oh yes!" Yosuke let out one final grunt as he fell on top of Yukiko, "I love you!"

"I love you too!" Yukiko was panting. The two let out a small giggle as they kissed and pulled each other in as tight as possible, "That was great."

"You can say that again," Yosuke nuzzled against her neck, "As much as I wanna do that again I wouldn't mind just cuddling here for the rest of the night."

"I'm pretty tired, I wouldn't mind it either," Yukiko smiled, "…Actually, can we try something?"

"What?" Yosuke asked.

"I…I know it may seem strange, but we can be… open about stuff like this, right?" Yukiko seemed to be embarrassed to even ask Yosuke.

"Of course, all the stuff we've tried and done together, you can ask me anything," Yosuke told her, "I love you."

"I want to be the big spoon," Yukiko said.

"What?" Yosuke asked.

"I want to cuddle and be the big spoon!" Yukiko giggled, "Can I?"

"…Okay," Yosuke turned over, "So… I guess you just wrap your arms around me like I do." Yukiko moved up next to the back of Yosuke's neck and wrapped her arms around his chest. Yosuke smiled as he felt Yukiko's chest pressed against his back and her breath tickled his neck.

"This is nice," Yukiko said as she kissed him on the cheek, "Goodnight my husband."

"Goodnight my wife," Yosuke said as he closed his eyes.

*The next day*

"Here we are," Yosuke said to Yukiko as the two walked up to their cabin in the middle of a remote part of Japan. The two were spending the week together at a resort, if you could even call it that, which was far away from everyone and everything. There was no electricity, no modern heating, and no running water. To Yosuke it would've seemed like hell, but the idea to be unplugged with nothing but Yukiko seemed like heaven now. Yosuke opened the door to the cabin, carrying in the two bags they had.

Inside was a very simple one room set up. Everything was wooden with a small fireplace in the middle of the room and a two person bed next to it. There was a small kitchen area that they could cook with an old fashioned fire stove. There was also a small bookshelf with maybe a dozen books for them on it. The floor and walls were all wooden, and a musty smell of nature filled the air.

"This is… nice," Yukiko looked around, "I like it."

"It's very relaxing," Yosuke sat down on the bed, "Near the beach and a river and there's a garden to pick vegetables from and trails to walk, this is… nice," Yosuke smiled.

"I think I'm going to like it here… Mr. Amagi," Yukiko sat down next to Yosuke.

"I like I am going to like it here to Mrs. Amagi," Yosuke and her kissed.

*Later that day*

"The sunset is beautiful," Yukiko said as the two of them sat on the nearby beach watching the sun go down, "I'm glad the clouds kinda cleared up for us to watch it together."

"It is beautiful," Yosuke said, "But not as beautiful as you."

"Oh stop," Yukiko blushed.

"Remember the day I proposed to you, I said that exact thing and it got you to marry me, so I figured it'd still work," Yosuke smiled.

"I think your logic is sound," Yukiko leaned over and kissed him. The two kissed for a little while until a couple of drops of water fell on their heads.

"It's raining!" Yukiko exclaimed, "Let's go!" the two quickly began to hurry back as the rain got heavier and heavier the closer they got to their cabin. Finally, they made it inside soaked completely from head to toe, "Let's get these wet clothes off… and start a fire."

The two slowly got naked and tucked themselves into bed together as the rain pattered against the side of the cabin. Yosuke and Yukiko felt so together out here in nature, that no one could separate them from that bed, except for maybe the cold. Eventually, Yosuke got out of bed and tried to start a fire in the fireplace.

"Come on!" Yosuke was sparking the flint, "Come on… there we go!" a small fire came to life as Yosuke nutured it into a moderate sized fire. He climbed back into bed with Yukiko as the two laid there and watched the fire slowly rise and fall and it's shadows dancing all over the room.

"Hey Yosuke," Yukiko whispered into his ear.

"What?" Yosuke asked.

"Do you ever want to have kids?" Yukiko asked.

"Like, right now?" Yosuke asked.

"No, not right now, but maybe in a couple of years we could have a baby," Yukiko said, "I'd love to be a mom."

"I'd… like that a lot," Yosuke said, "I think being a dad would be awesome. Having a son who I can teach and play with."

"What would you name him?" Yukiko asked.

"My son… I don't know, let me think about it," Yosuke pondered for a little while.

"I know what I would name our daughter if we had a daughter," Yukiko smiled.

"What?" Yosuke asked.

"Nari," Yukiko told him, "A long time ago I had a distant great aunt named Nari who ran the inn. She was really beautiful and she was an only daughter like me. I always thought she was like me and I found her name to be beautiful."

"Nari… I like that name," Yosuke said, "… Yosuhiro."

"Huh?" Yukiko asked.

"My great-grandfather's name was Yosuhiro… I was kinda named after him, Yosuke, but he was a good man and worked really hard for his family… and I think Yosuhiro would be a great name for our future son."

"Our future son… and daughter," Yukiko smiled as the two snuggled close together, "I think the future is bright."

"Yes it is," Yosuke smiled and closed his eyes as the two embraced in the warmth of the fire and the warmth of each other, "…Yes it is."
