"I really admire you, Tsuna."
"Huh?" Tsuna turned, looking at Enma who was trailing behind him. "Why would you do that?"
Enma let out a thoughtful hum. Then he said, "Well, because Tsuna is someone who should be admired. You're dependable and strong and smart."
Tsuna's eyes widened and a strange look came over his face. "Enma, you met me middle school. You know better then anyone that I'm not any of those things."
"I don't see it that way though. Tsuna was always someone I could count on in school, always there when I needed you. I don't think the strong thing is really up for debate at all given everything we went through and if you weren't smart your family wouldn't be where it is right now. I think maybe Tsuna just wasn't good at school because you didn't need to be good."
Their eyes locked and Tsuna found a blush creeping up his face. It was hard not to find himself embarrassed when Enma was saying this kind of thing to him without a trace of joking or lying in his eyes.
Tsuna threw one of his hands over his face, using the other to shove at Enma's chest. "You're too embarrassing."
Enma just laughed, stepping around Tsuna's outstretched arm and walking past him. "Well, all I did was tell you the truth."
