Finally! An extra long chapter as an apology! And I think this chapter came out really well, so I hope you guys enjoy! Also, there are only about two chapters left for this story!

Reviewers:

CuteNinja25: Ooh, well here it is. Were you right?

IronFistRocks: Oh good! I didn't make it too obvious then! And as far as my channel, it really isn't much right now, but here you go: WolfToon TV
The space between Wolftoon and TV is important, otherwise it doesn't work.

TheImmortalWeapon: Great to see you in the reviews again! I'm glad I was able to induce a little suspense there. And yeah, very true, but Danny hasn't meditated in about forever. You'll see more of that in this chapter! Oh, and sorry, but I was wondering how Coming Together is going?

Mira's pov

"Hello Mira," A voice reached my ears. Rasping and scraping its way through my head. It hurt to hear. I glanced at the woman, but she had not spoken. My eyes were drawn to another figure. A man? No. A teenager.

He hobbled closer. The click of his cane added to the tension, a clock counting down a hidden bomb.

"Who are you?" I asked, making my voice strong. I tried peeking under his red hood, but his face was as opaque as the woman's.

"You don't remember?" He drawled. "You helped me with my greatest victory!" He hacked blood onto the floor.

"What?" I racked my brain, trying to match the voice with a face. What was he talking about? Who was he?

"The little witch girl herself! How sweet," He wheezed. "Bring her." The woman shook her head, whispering something into his ear. He sighed audibly. Nodded. I backed up as the woman drew near, she stooped down.

"What are you doing?" My voice trembled. The woman's hands barely glowed. An unhealthy eggshell color. She touched a finger to my neck and I dropped to my knees. It hurt. But only dully. Weariness filled my vision like thick milk. Warm and sluggish. My head dropped. Everything disappeared. I felt so weak. Too much so to even lift my arms. I was leaden. I was a statue. I was falling asleep.

The darkness stole me from that room.

Danny's pov

"Far?" I asked, trying to pass the time without Mira.

"Yeah?"

"Why did you scream?" I said.

"Dude I told you. I was dreaming."

"No you weren't. Why do you feel the need to lie to your friends?" I sighed. When was the last time I meditated? I rubbed my face at the discomfort of frustration.

There was a period of silence.

"I don't. I feel the need to lie to kings and queens." He said it so quietly I almost missed it.

"Far. I may be a king but I am your friend! Why can't you understand that!" I raised my voice.

"Because soon you won't be. Soon you'll be too busy. Soon the closest I'll be to you will be as a servant!" He shouted. Sobs broke his ranting. We sat in silence.

"Rise," A man approached my cell. I stood. He unlocked the door and before I could say my thanks, he wrapped my hands in iron chains. I lit my fists and pulled. The chains cut into my wrists, but didn't break. Enchanted.

I opened my mouth to warn Far and a rough, sandpapery rag was forced into my mouth. I gagged on the dirty material, but the man was already tying it around my head.

He left me standing there while he unlocked Far's cell and did the same things to him.

"Come. The master requests you presence," The man spoke once more, then he pushed us into another room.

Mira was chained to a wall, unconscious. My heart leapt into my throat as I examined her. No injuries. No blood. Just...something missing. I focused. Her Chi! Her Chi was gone!

The man behind Far and I pushed us to the opposite wall and chained our arms and legs to it. I felt weaker than normal. I realized that I had no urge to put up a fight. There was heavy magic in this room. Dark magic.

"Mira," I whispered. But there was no effort in it. Even Far seemed sleepy and content. The man bowed and left the room. I looked, he was bowing to a red-clad teenager, hobbling like an old man.

"Ah, they're all here. Splendid." He chuckled. I stiffened.

"No..." I muttered. That voice!

He turned to me. "Well, at least someone recognizes me!" He let his hood fall.

I glared at the pale face of my brother.

"Scorpion."

"Glad to see you too, King Daniel," He mocked.

"What happened to you?" I asked. His face was drawn and pale, his eyes glowed with magic, but his body was hunched over and frail.

"What do you mean brother?" He came close enough for me to smell his breath. It smelled of decay. "I feel great!"

"Sc-Scorpion?" A small voice on the other side of the room made him jump. We saw Mira struggling to open her eyes. The woman was at her side.

"Indeed little witch. Indeed," Scorpion smiled. Mira scrunched up her face and her hands twitched, but there was no blast of purple light. Not anymore.

"What did you do!" She screamed. "Why can't I-"

"Because, " Scorpion cut her off, "She stole your magic. Which I naturally took from her. Like a circle," He gestured to the woman. She bowed her head. Mira craned her neck to look at her.

"Why?"

"Because he would have done it anyway. But he would have hurt you. I did it painlessly," Her voice was more jagged than Scorpion's. Mira's eyes widened. I saw Far jerk in his restraints. She mouthed the word, but I heard it as clear as if she'd screamed it. That single word shook the earth and raised mountains.

Mother.

Mira's pov

Mother. My Mother. She was here. Mother. Alive! Working for the enemy? But alive! Mother!

My eyes didn't well up with tears. I didn't cry out. I didn't shake or scream at her or blame her for anything. I didn't even have an urge to hug her. That only happens in stories.

I was just happy. Slightly numb. And kind of sleepy. I was just enjoying the fact that she was alive. Happiness. No sappy tears or anything. Just pure, total, simple, joy.

She let down her hood and I saw her face. It was the same as mine. Only older. Her eyes were a murky brown. And her hair was cut into jagged ends crisscrossing her neck. But it was still her.

"Aw, how sweet," Scorpion snarled. "Now, I have lots of things to do," He pranced over to Danny and placed a hand on his chest. Danny screamed as a golden mist floated into Scorpion. I gasped, Danny's voice sounded less human and more draconic. As if Shao Lao himself was being drained of his energies.

It only took a minute before Danny's head drooped lifelessly and Scorpion smiled triumphantly. Danny was breathing, just unconscious.

"NO!" I barked. Scorpion grinned, moving over to Far. Far squirmed.

"Don't do anything!" Far growled. Scorpion chuckled.

"Why would I? You have no magic. You're as useless to me as you are to your friends!" Scorpion said casually. Far glowered from under his hair, filthy and greasy. I briefly wondered how I must look. I certainly didn't feel clean.

Scorpion swayed, and coughed, leaning all of his weight on his cane. Mother hovered nearby, as if deciding whether to help or not.

"Why are you doing this?" Far choked out. Was he always that pale?

Scorpion giggled. "Because I want Kun'Lun to suffer," He roared. "Your mother agreed to help me with a little spell, so long as I didn't hurt you. I would say I kept my promise well," He said, turning to me.

"What spell!" I asked dangerously.

"Jiānyì de liǎnpáng," Mother answered sadly, "Iron Face."

I drew a sharp breath. The disease.

"Your father was the first, he spread it around," Scorpion sang. "And now that I have all of your powers, I will be the new king of a new kingdom. I will rule over the Immortal Weapons. I will be the new Shao Lao!" Scorpion cheered.

"Now. I have all I need. Leave Kun'Lun by tonight and I might not kill you!" Scorpion's fist glowed purple and gold and green, Danny and Far were released, floating up in the air. I felt myself slip out of my chains and climb into the air along with Mother.

We were ejected from Scorpion's chamber at hyper speed, I couldn't even see through my watering eyes. All I felt was the cold air biting into me as we came outside. We were dumped in the snow.

"Wha? Where?" Danny moaned, coming to. I played with his hair. Far was rubbing his own wrists. Mother looked down.

"My Chi!" Danny grunted, struggling to sit up.

"It's alright Your Highness. All of our powers were taken. We must flee the kingdom," Mother spoke. Far nodded. Danny and I stared.

"No. We are going to plan, and we will fight," Danny said pathetically. Mother's face contorted in anger.

"Are you mad!? You're just children! You've been through enough! I'm not losing you again Mira!" She yelled. I stood up.

"I love you too Mother. But we're not just children. We're going to end this. And besides, he forgot one power," I said. Mother shook her head.

"It won't be enough," She muttered.

"No. I think it will be more than enough," Danny and I said unanimously. We all turned to look at Far. He beamed.

"Thanks guys."

"Your welcome, thief," I smirked.

Thanks so much to everyone who revewied, I hope you enjoyed! And anyway..
