Chapter Twenty-four: Fun?! Yeah right…-
Date: April 28th, 2012
Location: Celestial beach
Time: 8:30 AM
"Watch out!"
~BOINK!~
"Gyah…- ouch!"
"S-sorry. Are you alright?"
Ittoki helped Asami stand up, brushing sand particles off her shoulder. There was a red mark on her forehead, where Ittoki's soccer ball had hit her. She picked up her sketchbook shaking the sand off. Her charcoal pencil was now lost… somewhere in the sand.
"I'm fine. Shouldn't you be with the others, practicing a dance routine?"
"Oh, practice starts around 10 AM," Ittoki placed his soccer ball in his gym bag before zipping it closed, "Yuudai told the band yesterday evening, that he'll take us to the aquarium today."
An aquarium. Creatures underwater. Asami slipped her sketchbook into her shoulder bag. She had already lost her inspiration in continuing her charcoal sketch of an ocean crab. Ittoki noticed that the palm of Asami's right hand was smudged with charcoal, more than the palm of her left hand. The rhinestones on Asami's rich velvet nails gleamed under the sunlight.
"Coral, turtles, penguins, sea urchins, dolphins, sharks, and so much more," Asami said, rubbing the palm of her right hand, "Even though Yuudai is taking you and the rest of STARISH to the aquarium, don't get your hopes up. Knowing him…- he'll have something up his sleeve."
"Oooohh, are you dropping a hint?" Asked Ittoki cheerfully.
"Asami smirked, "Nope."
"Asami, please tell me. Pleaaase!" Ittoki pouted, tugging on the strap of her shoulder bag.
"No way," Asami wiped the charcoal off using her handkerchief, "But…- I can only tell you this: Adapt quickly, most of all, act natural."
"Eh, how am I supposed to decipher…"
"Sorry Ittoki, but that's all I can tell you, "Asami smiled, "Don't worry you'll find out soon enough. Have fun at the aquarium."
Otoya was confused. What did Asami mean by her riddle? An aquarium was an aquarium after all.

"Cut! Wrong, all wrong!" J.J Brooks shouted, throwing his directors cap on the aquarium floor, "We're not trying to endorse a product. Remember, we're trying to captivate our viewers through expressions. Cancel out spoken words. Stick to expressions, which is meant to be your form of communication in the roles, which you're acting in. You guys are supposed to adapt into the roles of alluring water deities. You're not supposed to be acting as a group of scuba divers in search for lost treasure!"
J.A Brooks rolled her eyes, paying more attention to her digital camera, drowning out her younger brothers short-tempered voice. She felt sorry for STARISH being on the receiving end of the line. She stood by the large aquarium pool with her digital camera, taking a few photographs of each member in the band. Elaborate masks and matching bluish-green costumes, meant to symbolize the color of the sea. J.A noticed that a few of the members were looking a bit exhausted. Others already had their teeth chattering from the cold water. She headed back to where her younger brother and the crew were, checking the monitor, which allowed her to view the lower half of the pool. The miracle of technology never ceases to amaze. Underwater cameras. On the monitor she saw another world full of vibrant life, full of fishes, dolphins, and corals.
"J.J, let the idols relax for awhile."
"Yeah…- ok, you're probably right. STARISH is looking completely drained for now," J.J sighed, "Everyone, we'll take a ten minute break!"
"Ten minutes only! So be sure to make the most of this break time," J.A stated afterwards.
Yuudai seated beside J.J Brooks, opened his notebook to a certain page.
~'Handling children; Eighty percent – excellent teamwork
Music video cameos; Eighty percent – Great improvisational skills
Beach photo shoot; Seventy-five percent – Too repetitive in facial expressions
Aquarium photo shoot; …-'~
He sighed. Disappointed in the results, he took out a pen writing down a few words on the page.
~'Sixty percent – Not able to adapt quickly enough in unfamiliar surroundings.'~
Yuudai closed his notebook. Oh. Dear. At a time like this, where a group of rookie idols need advice on what to do next, the best decision… call up on another group. Those who have had the most experience in underwater photo shoots.
