Hiya once again I'm typing on my phone, and my mum is driving down a bumpy track, so I apologize for any typos! Who knows maybe autocorrect might be nice to me! Anyway this is it the big one...THE BEGINNING OF THE BoFA! SO FREAKING EXCITED! Shall we continue? Plz review and follow and favourite!

A right turn here. A left turn there. She took ragged breaths as she ran. Lark had lost track of time but she'd sped up when she heard the sound of the orc horn swim round her. Looking about she wondered what to do next or how she was going to get out...a deep voice began to speak. It was one she hadn't heard for a LONG LONG time.

Kili leaned his neck back as the orc swung a blade at him. He swiftly retaliated and sliced his own sword along the stomach if his enemy. As the orc dropped its sword to cling at its stomach, attempting to stop the blood with filthy hands, he cut its head from the shoulders. Several more approached him and he saw his brother fending off a pack not far from him. Pulling the knife from his boot, he threw it at a goblin approaching his brother who turned to see the beast fall. Fili nodded his thanks and began once again to fight the enemy.
Not far from the brothers, Kili could see, Arandur and Tauriel fighting off a large amount of goblins. The elves made swift work of them, but a large orc pulled a jagged dagger and threw it. It flew towards the she-elf, but she was pushed out of the way by her grandfather. Arandur hit the floor and watched the blood pour out of him. There was no pain, he could not hear the voice of Tauriel screaming his name. The world seemed to slow and as the light left the green orbs the last feeling of Arandur Silvanford was regret.

"Lark?"

"Father?! Is..is that you?"

A figure appeared in front of her surrounded by a light fog. As it cleared Lark saw blue eyes, same as her own, looking back at her. His golden hair and beard glowed in his aura and he held his hammer with white knuckles. Lark stared and clapped a hand to her mouth as Aüle looked at her. There was a brief moment of nothing before she was pulled into his crushing embrace. She inhaled his scent. Smoke and iron, just like she remembered. Her father kissed his daughters head and held her closer as she began to sob. Tears rolled from his own eyes and fell damply onto her hair.

"Shhh Larka, its alright I'm here...I'm here."

Another enemy fell, then another. Kili had lost track of everything, it was all a blur. Then he heard a deep war-cry and whipped round to a sight. There stood his uncle, not a sign of gold-sickness in his eyes, facing Azog the Defiler astride a fierce looking warg. A raging fire blazed in its eyes and the burning sun illuminated the dark coat. It was beautifully dangerous and something inside Kili twitched in recognition. Azog charged at Thorin who swung Orcrist only to be struck at by the warg. The heavy mace clashes with his uncles chest and then Thorin fell.

"NOOOOOOOO!"

Kili saw his brother running towards him but a large group of goblins blocked his path. Fili fought against them; with Kili shooting arrows to reduce the numbers when an arrow hit his back and the blonde prince hit the ground.

"FEEEEEEEE! NO!"

Enraged Kili ran, slicing everything in his path.
...

The anguished cry filled her ears and Lark jumped out of her fathers embrace. Closing her eyes she saw what her body saw. Thorin's body lay in front of her, breathing raggedly. The warg lowered her nose and growled at the dwarf king who tried to swat her away.

"No Thorin!"

Lifting its head the warg saw the blonde prince fall and Lark felt tears roll down her cheeks.

"Fili!"

Then her breath hitched as she saw him. He cut down everything he saw and shot an arrow at the weight on her back. Azog fell from her back, his stomach punctured by the arrow. The warg growled as he approached and she heard the creak of a bowstring. A tall orc, much like Azog, stood drawn an arrow aimed at the prince.

"NO KILI!"

The arrow was released. Larks eyes shot open and she saw that her father had vanished. His voice echoed around her.
"I'm sorry."

Lark screamed and sobbed. Then something inside her snapped and the blackness faded.
