Welcome to a series of shorts for Super Smash Bros: Ultimate! These will include ships and fourth wall breaking, so if you don't like that stuff, don't read!

Chapter 1 - The Author? Part 1

Pit was walking down the hallway after his match against King Dedede. He was SUPER bored. He was about to take the turn to his hallway when he saw a light blue coming from the side. He put his head around the corner to see a girl with a purple witch hat, black hair, brown skin, red and white sneakers, black shorts, and to top it off, a white shirt. Pit started freaking out.

'WHO IS SHE?!' Pit thought. He didn't know who this girl was. He decided that she must've been an intruder from outside. He pulled out his arrow and jumped around the corner.

"INTRUDER!" he yelled.

The girl looked up at him. "Pi-" She said. Pit shot an arrow at her before she could finish. He expected it to hit her and for her to fall back, but instead, it went through her. The arrow hit the wall and slowly faded away. Pit's face paled. The girl stared at her stomach.

Pit ran down the hallway as fast as his legs could take him. The girl only fell on the floor. Pit ran into Peach's room. "PEACH! THERE'S AN INTRUDER IN THE MANSION!" He screamed his lounges out. Peach had a questioning face but still followed him. He also brought along Roy and Toon Link, just in case. He brought them to the girl to find that she had fainted. Pit had just then noticed the symbol on her shirt. The same as the ones in the hallway. 'Maybe she is a new member of the roster, but why didn't the hands tell us?' he thought. Peach moved towards her limp body.

"Oh, this poor girl," She stated calmly. Villager had just then come around the corner to find the girl. He started dancing near her body happily. The rest just stared at him in fear.

"Ok, let's just, bring her to Doctor Mario..." Peach finished. Roy and Toon Link picked her up and they walked down the hallway. They brought her into the Doctor's office and laid her on a bed.

"So, what-a happened to-a her?" The Doctor asked.

"Pit shot her with his light arrow, but it went through her. She got startled and fainted." Roy explained. Pit only blushed.

"Hmm, don't-a worry, guys. She-a will be-a fine! She just needs some time to rest." He walked back to his seat while the rest just sat there thinking. After a good amount of silence, Toon Link decided to ask the question floating around everyone's heads. "So uhh, how do you think she got here?" He asked. "Well, when I turned the corner, I saw a light, maybe she teleported?" He said.

Actually, that's right, Pit.

They all were startled. It came from the girl. They all looked at her.

"WHY DID THE TEXT GET BOLD ALL OF A SUDDEN?" Toon Link practically screeched.

Oh yeah, that's right you guys don't understand completely. Only Pit would... maybe. I'm the Author of this!

"The Author?" They all asked in sync.

Yep! For this fanfic!

"Oh, I get it now!" Pit exclaimed. "Because this world is just your imagination written on paper! That's why you know my name!"

Right again, Pit!

This confused everyone more than they already were, but they didn't question it, not wanting to lose more brain cells.

I've decided to make this world so that you guys can do something interesting for once.

"So what's your, umm, name?" Roy asked.

Uhm, m-my name?! The author stuttered. A little problem with that... I don't have one.

"NO NAME?! HOW HAVE YOU BEEN LIVING WITH NO NAME?! I MEAN, MY NAME IS THE SAME AS REGULAR LINK'S, BUT I STILL HAVE ONE!" Toon Link screamed.

It's not that simple Toon Link! How do I say this... I just can't tell you it!

"Hmph, yeah right." Toon Link mumbled under his breath.

Well then, Toon Link, give me a name!

"Oh, what about Smash? Since that's what this sport's called!" Toon Link suggested. "Or Smasher. Yeah, I like that!" The rest agreed with him.

Smasher it is then! I'll go to my room to rest now.

Smasher got up and left, leaving the rest to question what she meant by her room. "Well, I wonder where she's sleeping tonight," Roy said coldly.

"Hope not outside!" Pit quickly said to try to stop the negativity. "Well, I going to bed to recover from my mini heart attack! Bye, guys!

Pit skipped out of the Doctor's office happily. From what he remembered, his and Pittoo's room was at the very end of the hallway, but when he got there, that wasn't the case. There was another door with a witch's hat and two daggers with a bow in the middle. Pit was surprised by this. 'How did this door get here?' He thought. Well, he was in for a surprise.

Well, that's the start of something that's probably going to end wrong! I'll try writing every day, but I'm not making any promises. By the way, if you're wondering why this is HEAVILY focused on Pit, let's just say, I love him a teenie bit more than the other smashers. Speaking of Smasher, I guess that's my new name now. I couldn't think of anything else for a name. My username sucks way too much to use, so that was the next thing that wouldn't make me cry in my sleep from how cringy it is. Anyway, the next chapter coming soon,
