"You guys are so embarrassing!" Laughter admittedly follows that comment.
We just finished having our monthly dinner at my dad's house. Tonight Matt brought his girlfriend Emily to dinner. Things are getting serious between them. Emily met Matt's family last month and this month she's meeting his extended family which is Santana and my dad's and of course Quinn.
Dinner went great. Emily joined in on our easy laughter and bickering likes she's been there all alone. Matt is probably just embarrassed because Santana, Quinn and my dad, Leroy, don't know how to filter themselves. They like to bring up sex and other subjects that maybe shouldn't be talked about with a new guest.
"Calm down." Quinn waves him off. "Its better if she gets to know us now. This way next time she joins us she won't be surprised about how obnoxious we can be."
Santana, Quinn, Matt and I are hanging out on my parents back porch. My dad's have retired to bed and Ava is asleep. Matt walked Emily to her car and came back to join us.
"I agree. She needs to meet our awesomeness right from the start." Santana fist bumps Quinn.
I roll my eyes. "I think dinner went great Matt. Don't worry."
Matt grins. It's so nice to see him happy with someone. "So what did you guys think about her?" He directs the question to Quinn and I. Santana met Emily awhile back.
"She's a sweetheart, Matt." Quinn smiles at him. "You should bring her around more often."
"Yeah," I give Matt a hug. "I like her. Smart, funny and gorgeous."
"I know, right?" Matt laughs. "She thinks you guys are great too."
"Well duh." Santana teases.
We spend thirty more minutes out on the back porch just joking around before calling it a night.
"Are we still on to crash Santana's Yoga class tomorrow?" Quinn asks as I walk her to the door to get her jacket on.
"Yes ma'am." Quinn and I exchange hugs before Santana and Matt join us.
"Later, babe." Matt kisses my cheek and walk Quinn to her car.
"Fuck I'm tired." Santana shuts the door once both Matt and Quinn have driven off.
"Come on." I grab Santana's hand and start to lead her up stairs to my childhood bedroom. We check up on Ava before going to my bed.
Before dinner I told Santana that I was going to just spend the night at my dad's. She decided to join me. She hasn't completely moved back home but she does spend more time at the house. She's also has cut down on hours at the gym. They hired a replacement for Jackson and Santana now only instructs one Yoga class, twice a week.
"San!" I kick the bed to wake her up. Santana decided to spread out on my twin size bed as if we won't be sharing it. "Take off those jeans." She knows I hate when she gets into bed with the clothes she's been wearing all day.
"Ugh." Santana slowly pulls off her shirt and tosses it to the side. She only gets the buttons on her jeans done before falling asleep. I guess she wasn't joking when she said she was tired. She did work at the hospital today, only getting in a thirty minute nap between work and dinner.
After changing, I get on the bed and finishing removing Santana's jeans. I push her over on the bed and snuggle into her. "I love you." I whisper, pressing a kiss into her cheek.
))^&$^&$^&%^&$%^&
"Okay guys that's it for the day!" Santana address the room. "I'll see you all Monday."
Quinn and I took one of Santana's yoga classes today. We use to come to the class together all the time but then life got in the way so we took a break. Quinn still comes to the gym at least a few times a week. I haven't been in over a month.
"Wanna walk the track?" Quinn asks as the rest of the class clears out.
"Sure." I laugh when Quinn jumps up and down like a small child. "Just let me get my stuff. I'll meet you out there."
I look over and see that Santana is busy chatting with a few gym members so I grab my water and go grab my gym bag. I swing my bag onto my shoulder and make my way over to where Santana is. I stand a few feet off to the side, so they can continue to have their conversation with me interrupting.
"I'm surprised she let you leave your bag in here. They are usually strike about using the lockers and not having bags and personal belongings in the rooms." A hear to my right. I look over to see a pretty brunette. "But Santana is known to be the fun and easy going instructor." She smirks.
"Right." I nod with a smile. "But she did give me the stink eye when I came in. I was running late so…" I shrug. "She'll get over it."
The young lady just smiles and holds her hand out. "Alexis."
"Rachel."
We stand there for a few more minutes in silence before Santana is free. "You go ahead." I gesture to Alexis to approach San first.
"Oh no!" She shakes her head. "I'll probably chat with her for a little. I don't wanna hold you up. I'm fine."
"Hey ladies." Santana comes over before I have a chance to argue. "Running late today I see Rachel."
"Don't be a douche, San." I roll my eyes at her. Alexis frowns at the way I just talked to Santana.
"Did you enjoy the class, Alexis?" Santana ignores me to talk to the other brunette.
Alexi nods with the biggest grin on her face. The girl so has a crush on my wife. "I did. It was great as usual."Alexis looks over at me and hesitates before shaking her head. "I'm sorry. Do you guys know each other?"
"We do." Santana smiles at me. "Alexis met my wife Rachel."
I watch as a blush colors Alexis face. I wasn't trying to embarrass her. I called her crush on Santana within minutes of her approaching me.
"Oh!" Alexis gives me an awkward smile. "Your daughter is adorable!"
"Thank you, Alexis." I give her a genuine smile before turning my attention back to Santana. "I'm going to walk the track with, Q. Meet up for lunch?"
"Yeah." Santana kisses my cheek. "Have fun."
"Nice meeting you, Alexis."
I join Quinn on the track and catch her up on what just happen in the Yoga room.
"That's hilarious." Quinn laughs. "Poor girl is probably so embarrassed."
"I wasn't trying to embarrass her." I shrug. "She's nice. If she didn't have a crush on my wife I would totally wanna be friends."
"Oh yeah totally." Quinn laughs.
Alexis is not the first girl nor will she be the last to crush on my wife. Santana and I both have had our fair share of admires. We trust each other enough to know that that's all it is and to not get jealous. As long as the person is aware that we are happily married and isn't doing something ridiculous then we let it go. Santana actually told me about Alexis and how she thinks the girl has a crush on her. San doesn't wear her wedding band at the gym, neither do I. We are both don't want to lose them so we put are rings on when we leave. I can see how people can easily think we are on the market.
"Are you having lunch with us?" I ask as we start our third lap around the track.
"No." A smile appears on my best friends face. "I'm meeting up with Chad for lunch and an early movie."
"Oh Chad." I make kissy faces at her. "When do I get to meet this Chad? You guys have been hangout a lot."
We reach the end of the lap before Quinn answers. "I don't know. I really like him and I just want to make sure it's not just some fleeting affair before I introduce him to my family."
Quinn doesn't have the best relationship with her parents and sister. So when she says family she means Santana, Ava, Matt, my parents and I. Her actual parents would be the last ones to know about someone she's dating.
"Okay." I link arms with her. "Just let me know when you are ready. I can make dinner."
Ooooooo
"You going to walk for me, huh? Are you going to walk for mommy?" I set back and watch Santana hold Ava's hand and slowly walk from one end of the living room to the other. Ava's nine months and crawls around like crazy. She'll pull herself up and try to take steps but fall every time. But it never stops her from getting right back up and at it.
"San." I sigh when Ava start to whine because she wants to play but Santana wants to keep trying to get her to walk. "She's had enough. Let her play."
"But…"
"Santana." I say sternly. Santana rolls her eyes, presses a kiss to Ava's forehead and then puts her in the middle of the room where some of her toys are.
"She's not allowed to take her first steps unless I'm around."Santana says seriously. She flops down on the couch and puts her feet in my lap. "Massage?"
I roll my eyes and do as she asks. "Did you still want to take her tomorrow?"On Tuesday's Santana usually picks Ava up from my dad's and keeps her all day and night.
"Yeah but we are going to stay here."
I smile. "Everything okay at Matt's?"
"Yes." Santana frowns. "If you had plans…"
"No." I hurry to explain myself. "I just…you've been home a lot, that's all. I didn't know if it was because of something going on over at Matt's or…"
Santana sits up and removes her feet from my lap. "Matt's place is fine. I'm just trying to slowly come back home. I just can't make the jump all at once."
"Okay."
Santana rolls her eyes. "Kiss?"
I laugh but comply.
"Gosh you are such a tease."
It's almost ten and Ava finally fell asleep. We are in our room getting ready for bed. We both have showered and now we are listening to music while I finish getting ready for bed. I'm making sure I have all my stuff ready for tomorrow morning. Right now I'm standing at the dresser going over my list.
"What are you talking about? I'm not doing anything?" I frown down at the list. "I forgot to pack Ava's…what are you doing?"
Santana is now hugging me from behind. She's pulling the paper from my hands. "You don't have on any pants." I always wear panties and a t-shirt. I'm about to ask her what is her point when she kisses my ear and trails down to my neck. She pushes against me and can feel her hard dick poking my butt through her boxers.
"San." I moan when she sucks on my neck. Not enough to leave a mark but enough to make me moan. Her right hand comes around and she palms my boob through my shirt. "Are you sure?"
We haven't had sex in months. We didn't want it to distract from her recovery.
"Don't I feel sure?"Santana laugh.
I just grin and pull her in for a kiss.
