Chapter 12: Beach Deal
After a 2 hour stroll around the town, the group has finally arrived in Bassia Crystal Private Resort which is owned by the Fullbusters. Gray's family owned two resorts in Bassia Town which is the Private Resort and the Bassia Diamond Resort which is open to other tourists.
The gang would be staying in the Bassia Crystal Private Resort for the whole summer vacation and they are privileged to all the amenities the resort provides.
"Finally! Hell-O Beach!" Lucy yelled as her foot stepped to the warm sand along side with her friends. All the girls ran up to her as they cheered in excitement while the guys came behind carrying all their things.
"Lu-chan! I'm so happy you came with us! Let's make this summer unforgettable!" Levy screamed as she tugged on the arm of the blonde.
Hearing her blue haired petite friend's rant, she just giggled to her friends' current excitement. Lucy then looked at her other friends and saw them all happy and thrilled to start their vacation. Once again, she looked at Levy and smiled, "Yes Levy, I'm glad as well that I came along. We will make this summer memorable…"
As the whole group came together near the shore, they all embraced and shouted harmoniously, "DRAGON SLAYERS!"
They all laughed together and started to walk back inside. They all decided to change their outfit and start to have.
Since the gang is accommodated at the private resort, they are privileged to use all the facilities in the resort. The resort has 5 floors having its own five star restaurant, café, and bar. The rooms are found in the third floor. It has ten rooms; all well furnished with mini kitchen, mini living room and 2 kings size beds with a walk in closet.
As they all headed for their rooms, the group is divided into two groups; girls and boys. For the girls, it was not a big deal to be paired up. But for the boys, Erza had to beat them up except her boyfriend, just to arrive with the pairings.
"Alright, room 301 for me and Lucy. Here Lucy, hold it for us." Erza then handed the room key and stepped forward towards the group. "Room 302 for Juvia and Levy"
"Thanks Erza!" Levy took the key then approached her partner
"303, Lissana and Aries"
"Got it! Thanks Erza!" Lissana skipped as got the keys
"Natsu and Gajeel, your room key" Erza extended her hand but seemed like no one was in front of her. So she looked up and saw them two quarrelling.
"You get the key Idiot!" Gajeel retorted
"No you get it! You freak face!" Natsu replied back angrily
"Why me?! You're the excited one! Flame butt!"
"Rust face!"
"Burned-"
"Shut up you two!" Erza snapped as she stood in front of them. Natsu then ran to Lucy and hid himself behind her and shouted afar, "Gajeel! Just get the key and save yourself!"
"Y-yeah! The key! Thanks Scarlet!" Gajeel then snatched the key and ran towards Levy
"Idiots…" Erza mumbled as she shook her head. After minutes, she read the number on the key, "307, daddy get this."
"Who's daddy, Erza-san?" Aries asked as she stood next to the scarlet haired lass. As she glanced at her, she saw her face turned red and started to stutter, "J-Je-Jellal"
"Thanks mommy. Sting let's go!" Jellal responded before he kissed his girlfriend's cheek
"That's so sweet Erza-san…I like that! Loke!" Aries then called for her boyfriend
"Loke! Here is your room key, 308" Erza then handed the key and then exclaimed, "Okay guys! Let's go!"
Once they all went up to the third floor, the paired groups went to their respective rooms and started to change.
LUCY'S POV
As we headed for our rooms, I had to push Natsu away first because knowing him, he would be invading our room. And once he takeover our room, it would be difficult to make him leave. I even wonder how he came along with me instead of Gajeel.
Good enough, once I'm inside the room, Erza came in next and I stated that I would start to change first. Once I'm done, I stepped out of the bathroom and stood in view to Erza. "Hey Erza, do you think this bikini is fine?"
"Yeah…It's perfect! Natsu's going to like it!" Erza replied before she grabbed her clothes and placed them in the closet.
"What?! Erza! I'm not wearing this for Na-"
"I know! I'm just fooling around…But you blushed!" Erza cuts me off before she returned to her task in hand
To my reflex, I covered my face and stormed back to where I have been. While I'm inside, I started to converse with her again and this time I'll tease her! "So are you going to wear your sexiest bikini for your daddy~?"
I then peeked and saw her face really shocked with a red face, "Ha! You're blushing wild too!"
"W-well…not really sexy…but I guess. H-he de-deserves it" Erza suddenly cursed at herself as she stood near the bed
"Awe! You really do love~him!"
"Shut up! Get out of there! I'll change!" Erza stormed inside and pushed me lightly which makes me chortle at her behavior.
As I was left alone in the room, I then approached the door that leads to balcony. I stood there and stared at the beach, "Well…This is it. Whatever happens in this summer, I'll try to just enjoy it."
NORMAL POV
After minutes, Erza and Lucy came down and headed to the beach where all their friends are relaxing. When they reached them, they saw the guys playing volleyball while the girls were lying down in the sunbathing chair cheering for their sweetheart.
"Hey you guys! Drink?" Lissana greeted as soon as she saw them approaching
"Thanks but maybe later…So what's the score?" Lucy replied as she lied down to an empty sunbathing chair but it seemed no one knew so she just started a new topic, "Well, I can get use to this…Just lying down, sunbathing, then relax and read a book."
"Oh come on Lucy, don't you have other things in mind? How about boyfriend?!" Erza claimed as she lied down next to her
"Yeah Lucy-san! It seems that you're the only single girl in the group…" Aries added as she leaned to look at the blonde.
Lucy blushed as she tried to defend, "No, I'm not the last single girl okay…Cana is single!"
"She has Baccus…Though they don't admit it" Levy replied giving a wicked smirk to her
"How about Mira! I don't see her dating anyone!"
"Oh no Lucy… Laxus has been courting her and I'm pretty sure, Onee-chan will be accepting him!" Lissana this time answered her back but Lucy just didn't know when to give up.
"W-well, how about Ever!"
"Elf nii-chan!"
"Jenny!"
"Hibiki."
"Sherry!"
"Ren!"
"Chelia!"
"Lyon?"
"Ha! I know! Wendy." Lucy said back as if she thought she won already in their debate
"Don't you know? It's Romeo!" Erza back fired
"What?! OM…Kinana?"
"Believe it or not it's Cobra" Aries this time replied
"Uh! How about Lucky?!"
"Well…we don't know the guy but we saw her date this cute guy from another school." Juvia talked this time which makes Lucy slump back to her chair
"Alright, fine. I'm the last single girl…" Lucy said defeated as she looked at her friends who seem to celebrate after winning the debate
"So do you like any guy? Or is it just Natsu~" Juvia asked as she chuckled along with the others
"What?! There are a lot of guys there besides him!" Lucy said as she blushed at their acquisition
"Yeah right! Like who?" Levy said as she disagreed
"Hmm…Rogue?" Lucy said unsure
"Taken…Yukino" Lissana answered while drinking her juice
"Um…Droy? Jet?" Lucy tried again as she was sure this was like a joke
"Seriously?! I mean yes, they are our friends but…Really?!" Levy retorted as she leaned forward to see Lucy who just shook her head
"UH! I hate it…I have no more-"Lucy said but was then cut off when a male voice suddenly ask
"No more what Luce?" Natsu was suddenly beside the blonde as he stared at her before setting himself next to the blonde. The boys finally stopped for a minute and approached their girls.
"No more uh…" Lucy tried to think of an excuse but to her relief Loke asked one question, "What were you even talking about?"
As the guys looked at the girls, one of them was about to say 'boyfriend' but Lucy shouted out first, "Stress!"
"Yes! Stress! Right girls?! No more stress c-cause it's uh…summer! " Lucy then laughed by herself and earns herself to be called by her best friend a weirdo.
"Who's up to another round of volleyball?" Gray asked as he drank Juvia's smoothie
"We just played…find a different one" Gajeel replied as he sat up straight next to Levy
"It's a different kind…Couples edition"
"Couples edition? How is that different?" Aries asked as she played with Loke's precious hair
"In this edition, you have to kiss your partner in the cheek when you score. And when you lose a point, you kiss in the lips. But still race to 25" Gray explained then looked at his friends who seemed all energized with the word 'kiss'
"Well then bring it on…" A pink haired teen suddenly volunteered as he stood up and put his Ray-Ban on
"Oh no you can't…I said couples dumb ass…Your single"
"I know…But I have Lucy"
"W-what?!" Lucy suddenly reacted gazing at the pink haired teen
"Alright… Whoever wins, the pair can dare everyone to do something. Deal?" Gray answered back Natsu ignoring the blonde's reaction
"Natsu, wait…I know you're a competitive person but-"
"Deal." Natsu then shook Gray's hand still ignoring Lucy
"What?!" Lucy screamed as she stared at her friends shaking hands while hearing her girlfriends cheer for her. All her mind said to her current state was, shit.
