Chapter 15: A small kiss cause a big move

When Jellal came down to call on Erza, he was surprise to see the girls being in trouble. And as a gentleman, he came to fix and rescue them especially Erza. Even if Erza is tough inside and out, she still feel fear when she is confronted by someone else. And at that moment, he knows Erza needs him. So he interfered and saved the scarlet haired lady.

Soon enough when the trouble was done, Jellal hugged Erza to make her feel she was fine now and everything was at hand. So as Jellal walked away from the group with Erza in his arms he checked on her once again, "Are you sure you're okay?"

"Yeah...I'm totally fine. It's not as if he hurt me or anything." Erza replied as she looked up at his worried face. As she kept her gaze to him she stepped out of his embrace and stood in front of him, "Would you quit worrying about me? I'm fine...see! No bruises, no-"

Erza was not able to finish her sentence when Jellal suddenly pulled her and kissed her lips. She was stunned with his sudden action but the more she felt his lips on hers the more she melted to the kiss.

The next thing she knew was that she closed her eyes and gave the same pressure of kiss to him. She started snaking her arms to his neck and her hand began running through his hair. She slightly pulled his hair to bring him closer and soon there head started moving in rhythm.

But as they were getting to the rhythm of their kissing a sudden clearing of throat cuts them off. "Ehem! You two love birds you might want to do that in one of the rooms here!"

Jellal and Erza then pulled apart as they both looked up and saw Gajeel leaning in a balcony in one of the rooms. Once Gajeel saw them looked to his direction he leaned back and went back inside the room. On the other hand, as the couple saw Gajeel disappear they looked at each others' face blushing at the same time breathing heavily.

"So uh...I'll bring you to your room?" Jellal then grabbed Erza's hand and continued to walk inside the hotel. Erza couldn't look at him at first but after shaking her head she looked at him and replied, "No...Let's go see Natsu. I need to tell him something."

And with that couple headed to the room where all boys are hanging out. As they entered they were teased instantly but stopped when Erza gave them a death glare. Soon enough Erza was able to do what she has to do. She began telling about the incident and earned a worried Natsu. As soon as Erza said about a guy holding Lucy's hand harshly, the pink head ran out of the room and headed to the girls in the beach.

"Where's Lucy?!" Natsu cried as he panted from running towards the girls who was hanging out at the beach. All the girls looked at him so Levy walked up to him and replied, "She went back to the room. She-"

Natsu didn't finish what Levy had to say. As soon as he knew where she was he ran again and started to head towards the room of Lucy and Erza. Lucky for him as he was now standing in the door of Lucy's room he checked the door knob and it was unlock. He then muttered to himself, "Tsk...Lucy always leaving the door unlocked."

And with that he opened the door and saw no one in the room. He entered and started calling out her name, "Luce! Where are you?!"

"Oy! Answer back! Where are you?!" Natsu kept on calling as he walked around the large room. As he passed by the door of the bathroom he suddenly heard things being moved inside. And with pure instinct he grabbed the door knob and opened it and shouted, "who are you?! And what-!"

"KYAAAAAAA!"

SLAP!

"OUCH! OUCH!" Natsu screamed as Lucy damped some ice on his eye quite hard. Lucy somehow flinched with his reaction so she retreats the ice pack but placed it back to his cheek.

"Well who said I was gone missing and who would be stealing in the bathroom?" Lucy asked as she damped again the ice to his face. Natsu then looked at her and took the ice bag from her.

Natsu then moved closer and grabbed Lucy's hand, "I said so and I was just worried. And besides Erza said there was this guy who grabbed your hand harshly."

"Huh? Erza told you?"

"Yeah...do you want me to punch that guy for-?!"

"No!" Lucy shouted before she looked down at their hands. Soon enough she grabbed the ice pack and placed it in his face, "I don't want any trouble. And besides, he is not worth your time."

"Well any guy is worth my wrath if you ever get hurt by them. I'll punch them till their pulped! OUCH!" Natsu suddenly shouted as he felt Lucy pushed the ice in his face too hard. "What was that for?!"

"Didn't you hear what I just said?! Or are you just too stupid to understand what I said!?" Lucy then crossed her arms under her chest as she looked away from him and pouted. Natsu on the other hand found it cute but to get her attention he grabbed her chin and made her look at him.

"I heard what you said. But I'm just too stubborn to follow you. I can't let any guy hurt you...or touch you! I just can't let that happen." Natsu drops his hand and stared at the blondes brown eyes. But Lucy looked down and said softly, "Thank you...for caring about me."

"I didn't do anything."

"Not at this moment but...for all times. You were always there when I needed a shoulder to cry on. You're always there to protect me and accompany me." Lucy then leaps from her seat and hugged Natsu tight.

Natsu stumbled in his sit but returned the hug and buried his face to her neck. Lucy on the other hand did the same as she continued herself, "That's why I want to thank you…Thank you so much."

As he heard Lucy thank him again he pulled away from her and leaned to kiss her lips. And in a split second Natsu pecked her lips and stared at her. With Natsu doing that, Lucy got surprised; this made her lean away from him as she covered her lips.

Soon enough Natsu realized what he has done. So he stood up and turned his back walking away from a shocked blonde. But then walked back and tried to explain. "Luce, I'm sorry! I-I didn't mean to do that! NO! I meant it! But! Ahhhhh!" Natsu pulled his hair in fustration as he looked at Lucy who still didn't react.

He sat down again in front of her and said, "Luce? Are you...okay?"

"You-you said you...meant to kiss me?" Lucy finally talked after being shocked for minutes. She dropped her hand and stared intensely at the pink haired teen. "Why?"

"Uhhhh...look Luce-"

"No. Answer me. Why?"

Natsu then looked away as he knew he had to tell the truth anytime soon. He began blushing which made Lucy surprised again. But before she could ask him about blushing, Natsu finally looked back at her eyes with seriousness in his tone.

"There is something I want to tell you." Lucy nodded as a sign she was listening so Natsu continued, "And it's about my feelings..."

"Y-you're feelings?" Lucy suddenly felt nervous so she began stuttering. But then she nodded again to tell him to continue.

"Yeah my feelings about a certain girl I have a crush on ever since I started high school." Both teens then swallowed as they felt nervous but Natsu wouldn't let his nervousness get the best out of him. So he continued to describe the girl.

"She has blonde hair and been my classmate since kinder. She is my best friend and she is sitting right in front of me now...shocked."
